Horrible experience at Ashley Langley Bypass store. Purchased sofa set last week and was confirmed a delivery this week. For a call yesterday that item is not available in the warehouse, it will be delayed by more than couple of more weeks. We already scheduled a large item pick up by city. Now we are without couches for 2/3 weeks. Will not recommend Ashely home store!!
Do not fall for their warranty/store credit scam. They will not honor the store credit, and will provide no help. Run away!!!
It's the sticker shock for me
Friendly and efficient service and I'm pleased with the comfort of the chairs with this one exception: I'm no longer interested in building my own furniture and I told the sales staff this and they assured me it was so simple. As I sat on my kitchen floor, frustrated that some of the bolts didn't quite fit the pre-drilled holes and how some of the pieces aren't flush, I was reminded I could have just said no, but instead I'm writing this mildly crappy review because I'm mad at myself.
