I would give Ashley Homestore a higher rate but after today, they lose points. Dealing with the sales person was great but when it comes to the delivery that's different. To schedule a delivery I was told it has to be by text message and my mother bought a recliner and yesterday I got the text for delivery. I scheduled the delivery for one of the dates given and got a reply it was confirmed. Late yesterday, I get a message stating the recliner was ready for delivery and then this morning I get a text message asking if my mother was ready for her delivery. My mother called this morning and the date that was picked is no longer available and she has to wait an additional four days. If you are going to charge a $169 for delivery and only do this by text message, make sure your system is working. The chances of going back to buy anything else is very very very slim. I also have a delivery to come once the loveseat is built and I hope I get better service.
Was very pleased with the salespeople that we dealt with. Very helpful, polite and not pushy at all; showed us all the features of the furniture we were interested in buying. Well built and sturdier than the competition and an optional 5 year warranty that covers everything you would need. Will definitely repeat shop there in the future.
Wondered into Ashley Homestore Langley to shop for some living room pillows, throw blanket, and tray to decorate our new couches and was greeted within the first couple minutes and helped right away piece together what I was looking for. Two lovely ladies helped me put together a beautiful combination of decor items and even went over the return policy in case it didn’t end up being what was imagined in my head once in the actual living room and when I got home, it was absolutely perfect. They did an amazing job pairing decor together for me and I was very happy with my experience!
The customer's choices are not enough
The service here is outstanding! Josh is extremely knowledgeable about all of the products and showed us all of the features of each item we looked at. We bought a gorgeous couch and loveseat today and will definitely shop here again. The manager, Gurmeet, is also fantastic. We had a very positive experience at Ashley Furniture in Langley!
