Not worth the price. Bought a couch a few months ago, and it’s already sagging in multiple spots despite very gentle use. However, the team has been prompt in reaching out and is actively working on resolving the issue. I appreciate their quick response and willingness to make things right.

😅Funny Fact aboutAshley: I had a very disappointing experience at Ashley. The bedding set I purchased was of poor quality, and the customer service was just as bad. The staff work on commission and were dishonest just to make a sale. What’s worse, even the manager backed their misleading claims instead of resolving the issue. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place. After I left a review Company sent someone to check to see what is our issue, to my surprise they said your right Ashley doesn't make good stuff, and our quality recently suckes , everyone complained, and I said then what is next, she said I am sorry can't help more , and they left without any compensation. Don't buy from them

Walked in to have a look around walked out having placed an order. There are lots of tasteful options for any home and budget. We are really happy with the quality and style of the products we bought. I liked dealing with the sales team mainly Rebecca who had a really good selling style, brilliant interpersonal skills without the need to hard sell. She let the products speak for themselves made sure we got suggestions based on our feedback and was happy to jump on the furniture to prove the quality was as good as they said!!! All in all they couldn’t do enough for us. More than happy to recommend. The furniture was pristine and I highly recommend the white glove service. The two guys couldn’t do enough to make us satisfied. Superb!!!
