Vanessa was amazing! Had patience to listen to my preferences and to what my concerns are in regards to a fabric covered couch (because of my dog I was more tempted by the idea of a leather couch, even though I would have preferred fabric for coziness reasons), she was knowledgeable and friendly and somehow managed to make finding/ choosing a couch fun! I've been searching for days and after liking one from the store (Langley) we went all the way downtown because I wanted to see one other specific couch. Ended up checking four more stores and in the end went all the way back to the Ashley store in Langley. I'm very happy with the options, too, and I'm only getting it in two weeks because I need time to sell the one I have at home now. Great customer service, great sales skills, and a great attitude to top it off! Thank you, Vanessa!
