I went to the store to see if they had replacement bolts for our dining room table. They were lost in a recent move. Tushar the young man that assisted me had the young gentleman who does all of their assembly found the right bolts and they also were able to find me a new coffee table and lamps. The service was terrific and the people that assisted were awesome.
Good selection of furniture. Long wait times for furniture to come in (seems standard these days so no worries) but staff was a bit too pushy to buy the protection plan, and took a very long time to get my piece ordered, was a bit frustrating. Also higher delivery fees for small pieces of furniture. Happy to pay 100$ for a couch delivery, but definitely not for a small chair I can just pick up myself. Over all though, good furniture at not bad prices so will probably look there again for future furniture purchases. Editing down to 1 stars- was called Monday and told that my furniture would arrive Wednesday morning and that I HAD to pick up by Wednesday evening. I made this work. Went into the store today only to be told my order had not even arrived. Not very good customer service.
Cindy was very friendly and helpful! Went over and above by sending me pics of items on the floor, that I couldn’t come in to see in person, so she helped me out over text. Greatly appreciated.
My wife and I were in need of a few things for our new place in Kelowna. We were extremely pleased with the assistance we received and are very happy with our purchases. If we require more furniture, we will definitely shop at Ashley Home Store. We highly recommend everyone to check out this store.
