I went in about an hour before end of day for them.. And was greeted and helped within seconds, I was shown a few couches and swivel rocker chairs in my price range and boom. Decided and paid and ordered with no hassle.. Great service and no bs.. 👍🏼🎊

I’ve always found the team from Ashley to be welcoming and easy to discuss furniture needs. Their selection, both in store and online, is very good and their pricing is very competitive. I’m looking forward to receiving my sofa and loveseat. Pictures are from the floor model.

Great experience today with our delivery. Communication was timely and accurate. Delivery service was efficient and friendly. Appreciated that they confirmed everything was where we wanted it and that they advised us of the 48 hour satisfaction policy.

Our salesperson was attentive. Found it disappointing that the website was difficult to use and slow. Also the whole process for paying was very long and tedious with the use of two systems for invoices and payment processing.

I purchased a bedroom set from Ashley in Kelowna on Tuesday, February 24. During installation, I realized that the product had a manufacturing defect. After several conversations with Ashley furniture, I was unable to get any resolution. They did not provide any clear answers and, in the end, simply said there was nothing they could do. The person I spoke with could not provide a clear or convincing explanation. I am truly disappointed that I chose to buy from this store. I strongly recommend that others do not purchase from Ashley furniture, as their customer service is extremely poor and unprofessional.

Something has gone seriously wrong at this Ashley's location and I feel obligated to document it. A few weeks ago I bought a shelving unit here. My sales rep Palak was helpful enough, but before I left she pushed hard for a Google review. I said sure, walked out, and honestly forgot about it. A couple weeks later I came back to browse. The moment Palak saw me walk in, her face said everything her mouth didn't. Visibly annoyed. At a returning customer. Because I forgot to leave a Google review. Palak try learning poker face. Now here is where it gets interesting. Go look at the reviews for this location. Palak is specifically named in multiple negative reviews, and every single one says the same thing. And every time a bad review goes up, three glowing five-star reviews appear right after. Every time. That is not organic. And frankly, that is not a great look for a furniture store trying to build trust. This is what happens when sales reps stop chasing commissions and start chasing validation. Soliciting reviews is already a grey area. But making a customer feel unwelcome because their ego needed a five star score that never came? That is a completely different problem. That is personal. And customers notice. I work in real estate and write for a living. I recognize patterns. And I intend to write about this one. Sometimes people forget that customers talk, patterns get noticed, and actions have a way of catching up. This one already has. I will not be returning.

once the sale is completed, customer satisfaction is no longer a priority. Horrible customer service.
