I appreciate the customer service team and most of the sales staff; they were great. I did have one issue with the assistant manager, but thankfully he's just one person, and the rest of the team made up for him. The delivery guys were quick and efficient too.
the biggest turn off for me is being followed around the store after I made it clear that Im just looking around and will let them know if I need help. I find that most stores now give customers space and dont follow customers around like a lost puppy. Without even knowing exactly what I'm.looking for she dragged me around the store showing me things that I'm totally not interested in. Needless to say I found the exit as fast as possible but not before being asked for my name and phone number, which I refused to give. I avoid stores like this at all cost. NOBODY likes to feel harassed when shopping.
Very unhappy with delivery change and having to communicate via text instead of by voice. Will never deal with Ashley’s again if that is the service you offer
