Palak was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. We originally went in with no intention of purchasing, but after trying several options, we ended up buying a Tempur-Pedic mattress package. My wife wanted a night to think things over, and the team made us feel completely comfortable by offering a full 48-hour refund option if we changed our minds. That level of confidence and customer service really stood out. Fast forward a couple days later, after trying several other brands and models elsewhere, we decided to keep our order because nothing compared to the comfort and quality of the Tempur-Pedic. Huge thanks to Palak for the patience, professionalism, and zero-pressure experience. Highly recommend!
