Found the perfect sectional for our family room, and got a good deal. Thanks Cindy for the expert advice.
The service in the store was very agreeable and nice hence the 2 stars. However anything after that brought the experience down. After I purchased my sofa and after asking on multiple occasions if the account created to get a discount meant I would have to pay a fee for which they had repeated I would not, I had to deal with Fairstone, a company through which you had to create an account in store (again to get a discount) in order to pay for said sofa. I had chosen to pay within 3 months which meant, again, no fee. However, after a month I had been told by the company Fairstone that I would need to pay it within a month otherwise I would have to pay a fee of $35 (mind you, that was even before I had received the sofa) on top of the actual couch. After many calls, when we do actually receive the furniture ordered, it’s not even the proper one. The whole ordeal took a lot of time and efforts that I do not think was worth.
Heather was very helpful with the purchasing selection and financing👍
Overall good experience, fast and easy process. Ryder was a good helper!
Very helpful for getting what I needed. Ordered on line and talked to a real person Cindy and she was very helpful!
Knowledgeable, friendly and kind salesperson (Ryder) who helped us find the perfect couch within our budget. Warehouse staff wrapped it professionally and helped us load it. Would highly recommend this store!
I already knew which sofa I wanted, but needed assistance with choosing a power recliner. Heather was very helpful and knowledgeable which made our experience a positive one!
I would first like to thank whoever changed my review and changed it from a negative to a positive review!!! So now I will write my review over again. Myself and my husband bought a recliner from Ashley’s last year in August. In October I noticed that the foam in the seat had shifted and we were left with a hump. We had went to Ashley’s and they gave me the number for the service department. They had informed me that I had to send in photos of the chair. I sent in multiple photos of the chair and waited and waited. It’s now February (I believe) and still nothing. I phoned them back and this guy said that the pictures weren’t warrantable. He told me to go on Ashley’s website and talk to a visual technician. I talked to some guy that you could hear his kid playing in the background. We did a video call in which he stated that Ashley’s is going to fix this as cheap as possible. He had told me that when they get the part that they would notify me. Weeks went by and nothing. So I contacted Ashley’s again only to find out that he never ordered the parts. So if I never followed up the parts would never have arrived. So know I’ve got the parts ordered and they send them to your address. BUT you have to go and pick the parts up yourself from FedEx. So we go pick up the parts and I message them back to say that we have the parts. (Every time I talk to them they want the photos, name , address, telephone number and file number). I told them repeatedly that they have everything on file. So anyway we book a time in June. Actually they booked the date because I was supposed to get a text from “Jenny” within the hour and never received anything so I had to contact them again the next day telling them that I never received a text from “Jenny”. So the girl on the phone set up an appointment with the date for June 17th 2026. Luckily I was off that day. I work on a rotation schedule of 4 on, 2 off. The day before the appointment they had said that the technician would be there between 830 and 1130 on that day. (A shift came up that day that I could have bid on for double time an hour which I would have got because nobody else bid on it and I am high up on seniority). I waited until 1130 with no contact from Ashley’s. At 130 that day they called me to tell me that the technician was sick and couldn’t make it. I missed out on an extra shift instead of waiting for someone to show up. So we rescheduled it for July 22nd 2026. We were on vacation in Seattle watching a baseball game when I got a text from Ashley’s asking to reschedule the appointment. Today we went directly to Ashley’s and talked to the manager which he had put me on the phone to take to the supervisor of the warranty department. She had said that I hadn’t gave them the opportunity for the technician to come in and fix it. I asked how many opportunities I had to give them. So as of today I have the part sitting here to be installed and an appointment now for August 22nd 2026. They canceled this appointment as well. I give up!!!! I am so over Ashley’s. They need to get their shit together. I have been dealing with this for way too long. The salesperson had told us to get extended warranty so if anything goes wrong it will be fixed. Bullshit. We have bought numerous items from Ashley’s in the past. This is the last time that I will be doing business with them. Please DO NOT remove my post as I will just put it back up again. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!
