I had a great shopping experience with Palak. She was a lot of fun and made some good suggestions. Did I say she was fun? You don’t think of furniture shopping as fun, but numerous laughs were had. My hubby and I were greeted at the door by Heather who instantly offered us a bottle of water. ✔️She showed us around with zero pressure and she remembered everything we said to her.✔️She made us feel valued, heard and at ease.✔️She introduced us to her manager who was just as kind, knowledgeable and fun. Again, zero pressue.✔️We started out just looking but ended up buying a sectional which is what i wanted for years. We can't wait to get our delivery and tell Heather how much we love it. Will not be shopping here again.. Sales person was very pushy and my spouse and I felt like we we're being watched the whole time! Sales person was no more then 5 steps from us at all times. Made us very uncomfortable..
