The worst experience of my life. I will never set foot again in your store. I would not recommend your store to anyone and frankly the service at the store has gone down over the years.
Stagg did their best but your computer system sucks. we spent 20 minutes buying the lift chair and an hour 20 processing paperwork. System must have been designed by a Federal agency.
Buying a sofa bed from Ashley Furniture was a very pleasant experience. Heather assisted us through the process and my husband and I couldn't be more happy with the 'experience' !!!

Nice experience over all. We went in already knowing what we wanted and the purchase went nice and smooth. The staff is friendly and helpful and also tried to get us a faster delivery!!
I initially came in with my daughter in law and I was looking for a dining room table and chairs. We were greeted by a very nice lady named Heather. She was very helpful and patient. In the end we purchased a table and combination of chairs. We are also looking for a bedroom suite. I would definitely come back and ask for Heather. Thank you.

To say I am extremely disappointed in the quality of their furniture would be an understatement. I purchased a couch from Ashley Furniture a year ago. Within 3 months I had to have the cushions replaced. The new ones did not fair any better. As I sit here on this awful couch, I can’t help but regret the amount of money I spent. I expected this couch to hold up for more than a year. I owned my previous couch for 20 years and it held up better than this one. I should have done better research as this seems to be a common theme. I will never buy from this company again.

Good quality but 3 shelves missing. Tried phoning but keep getting put on hold. Will have to drive 20km into town to sort this out. This is not white glove service.
