Ashley's inability to provide customer service after your purchases is terrible. I tried for 7 months to get Ashley Canada and The Kelowna store manager to help me get a replacement remote for my tempur pedic bed. Ashley customer service called me monthly with no answers or movement forward. What a waste in resources if you can't solve the problem. Blaming the issue on the manufacturer is also not the answer since I was able to order the remote myself. Unfortunately, a $100 remote replacement cost you a customer for life.
Customer service was 10/10!
