I really dislike the shopping experience at Ashley’s. They have good products and reasonable prices but I don’t enjoy the forced meeting with a manager at the end when you’re pressured to buy warranties, join their membership card club, etc. I want to pay and leave, not sit through a mandatory sales meeting like a time-share condo situation. Our sales lady was nice but the whole vibe is high-pressure and sketchy.

We ordered several furniture items from Ashley, including a bed. After waiting almost one months for our order to arrive, the bed broke on the very same day because it was not installed properly by their delivery/assembly team. We contacted customer service expecting a quick solution, but instead we were told that it could take two to four weeks to receive the replacement parts and have the bed fixed but now they telling us you need to wait for more one month too. This has been an extremely frustrating experience. The customer service has been extremely disappointing, and based on our experience, I would not recommend Ashley Furniture.

The worst customer service experience we have had. Our bed was delivered after almost a month, and it appears to have been installed incorrectly. Only a few hours after installation, the bed broke. We contacted Ashley, and we were initially told that the replacement parts would arrive within 2–4 weeks. After waiting several weeks, we were then told that we might have to wait another month. Despite the significant delay, the incorrect initial estimate, and the fact that the bed broke shortly after installation, we were told that neither a refund nor an exchange was possible. The installation was arranged through Ashley and we were charged for it, so this situation has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. If Ashley resolves the issue, I will gladly update this review. However, based on our most recent conversation, we were told that a refund is not possible even under these circumstances.

Purchased this large rattan tray from Ashley for $49, this was not what I was after on my visit, but a great find. Better price than Homesense IMO. Lots of home decor items for good prices. The staff at this store is extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Simply outstanding experience! Was in the market for a mattress that is suitable for both my wife and my sleeping positions. Upon entering the store was greeted and helped by Palak. Truly helpful in every way. Listens to your wants and needs and suggests what she thinks will work for you from her vast knowledge of the stores inventory. Not pushy in any way and a great conversationalist with a wonderful sense of humor. Thank you so much for making our down time so comfy!!

Ashley store in Kelowna is a shopping therapy delight. The furniture is displayed so attractively, complete with accent pieces. Heather, our sales lady was very helpful with a little humor in just the right places. We were up front that we needed space to wander and take it all in and then we found what we wanted.
