I ordered online. Initially they said 2 weeks. Then 4 weeks. I cancelled my order and then they called and said they could deliver within a few days, so i decided to keep the order despite, reading others bad reviews. I got the Lonoke Sofa and Loveseat set. They seem to be sturdy and good quality so far.

We didn’t end up buying as we found something in a different style we loved more… but i wanted to say Derroch was very helpful and informative about sectionals. He even took off his shoes to jump on the couch to show us the springless feature lol

I found a sectional I liked and paid full amount with 48 hours cancellation option. I went to another store and found exact same furniture for over $1000 less. I called to cancel Ashley order right away as they were going to do multiple deliveries with different pieces. Some would not arrive till January. New store was able to provide free delivery of all pieces at once before Christmas. I cancelled at Ashley and purchased from the new store only to find out Ashley is going to take 7-10 business days to provide a refund on a transaction that has not even cleared pending yet. Definitely not happy. I cancelled within an hour and all they had to do was reverse the charge and cancel the order. Instead, they quote their policy and state that it has to go through their head office so they can take two weeks to remove charge.
Horrible return policy I received defective and unusable bed frame was told they won't even let me exchange it didn't even want a refund just an exchange for something that is not damaged HORRIBLE customer service after they take your money.I have gone through your service desk told I have to wait FOUR MONTHS for replacement parts. The text robot is ridiculous and nobody in the store will help me so your response to contact service is a JOKE
