Had a great time working with Bleu over the last three days. Awesome time.
I bought a 2 bedroom condo in Kelowna,needed to furnish it. So I was doing my rounds. Went in to your store to look around , I walked by at least 4 sales people , no eye contact , no greeting, I was never asked did I need any help. I think I was profiled (I am heavily tattooed) there were many customers coming in after me , the sales staff were on them at the door. I spent 1/2 an hour walking the store , then left. Unfortunately for your store I was looking to completely furnish a 2 bedroom condo. Probably close to $15,000 . All good though , found a store who were very helpful and gave me great customer service.

I was very pleased with the delivery! They let you know when arriving. The guys were very personable, friendly and efficient. Job well done !!. Do not appreciated all the EMails prior to delivery day!
Not impressed. They said it would be delivered on the 7th of November. Then received a text saying we had to pick it up in a different town. When I called I was put on hold for 17 minutes. Could not understand the person who I finally spoke with. I hung up…. Very disappointed
