A great store. Found the perfect loveseat in one short visit to their Kelowna store. The sales rep, Palak, was so easy to deal with, cheerful and helpful! We don’t buy much furniture these days but it is still our go-to place to shop.

Honestly very unfortunate experience. The Positive: Love our new furniture. However, was supposed to be delivered approximately 3 months after purchase; no problem as we were so excited. But… The day before delivery, I reach out to the delivery company as no one had reached out to me to confirm delivery. The delivery company tells me that most of my furniture is not even in yet (not their fault). I was obviously upset with Ashley as no one had told me? We got rid of all of our furniture days before to prepare for this arrival, so I had NO furniture in our house with zero communication. We had no couch or table or chairs for 9 days. Thank goodness I contacted them as my partner had that day off specifically to wait for the delivery. To top it off, I had a Europe trip booked after the delivery date and had to arrange a friend to stay at our house in order to be around for delivery. The delivery company was amazing though, super friendly and did their best. Ashley could have done a much better job communicating considering we spent over $5,000 for everything. Would not purchase from here again due to the terrible communication.

If I could give a zero I would have , me and my spouse were in this location around diner time . Upon getting into the store we got what was barely a hello . Looking around the store In hopes of buying a new sectional for our home , we quickly realize it wasn’t gonna happen at this store . Not only service was horrible and none existent, we saw what could be a sales rep laying down/ sitting on a bed while he talked to what seem to be staff that was setting up bedding . Very unhappy with the lack of attention we started to walk away to the exit . At this moment the sale rep that was more engage with the other staff member decided to walk over to us pretty much steps away from the door to greet us . Ashley Kelowna you just blew what could have been 3000$ sale. Gm of this store should have a sit down with staff and ask them why they think customers aren’t top priority .
