Great service! After a missed delivery date they called to reschedule as soon as they could.
My experience was awful. I was promised 3-4 weeks delivery…..order was placed on February 1, 2025. Received the completion of my order today May 8th……..btw 100 percent deposit is BS!

We bought the perfect couch and love seat set from Ashley and were assured would be ready for pick up in 8 to 10 days. After several delays we were told it was ready for pick up. We received several texts confirming our pick up date and time. We drove 3 hours to pick it up (taking a day off work) only to be told only 1 piece was available. At no point were we informed that the couch had not yet arrived. This lack of communication was both disappointing and incredibly frustrating. When we called to complain we asked for it to be delivered to our house or a refund, they said could not deliver and wanted to offer store credit. We did get a refund but are super disappointed in the service.
Kelly was very helpful and the selection was very good. Found exactly what we were looking for. Will definitely go back if we need anything else.
I had a great experience buying a new dining room tables and chairs at Ashley’s Furniture in Kelowna. Palak helped me get the best deal possible and was a very helpful and conscientious person, and very focused in helping me find what I needed. Moreover she helped me split my delivery to suit my needs.
When selling the product, they said it was in stock but they said it was out of stock. Even though I waited for 1 month, my order still did not arrive. I waited for 3 months for another order I received.Unfortunately, the delivery dates of the products are definitely not the same as they promised.
