Where was Rose the lady who responds to reviews when I called? I bought a table waiting a week and excited when it arrived.It was a marble coffee table and got the table home and opened the box and was so disappointed as the table was cracked on the underside and reglued. Not sure if they dropped it or what but it was damaged and sold to me. So I returned the item and Joseph the sales guy along with Tashir the manager said no problem we will refund your money. I just found out that because I returned it there’s a 10% charge restocking fee and I called customer care and no help there. Very frustrated but lost me as a customer.This is very unacceptable.
We had a wonderful experience at Ashley’s Furniture with the staff and products! Cindy was our sales person and spent lots of time over a few days to help us find the right fit for our family. She even spent time helping keep our toddler entertained! The whole experience was very comfortable and without pressure. The furniture is good quality, but the pricing is more reasonable than other places we looked. The store manager was also very personable and helpful. Would definitely recommend!!
Bought a bed frame boxing day. Great experience with Joeseph. My wife and I take a lot of time making any purchasing decisions. We are probably annoying customers to deal with but he was patient and informative.

Ashley was our second stop and the first place had the same couch for a lower price, they offered their %125 price guarantee and we ended up getting a brand new model for less than the discounted floor model would’ve been so very good experience and Joeseph was excellent to deal with. So far has been a great experience
