Ashley’s in Kelowna has a wide variety of furniture t9 choose from at a reasonable price. Cindy gave us amazing service and very knowledgeable about all the items we looked at in the store. She made the whole furniture shopping process less daunting.
All the way through from purchase to delivery to white glove service was exceptional. A few hiccups trying to marry up my two orders but Cindy my sales representative was amazing in helping get it organized. My white glove service was on time, efficient and sooo helpful! Thank you to the entire team!
Showroom has excellent display of current inventory available. We were able to find new living room set that fits our style and decor.
Joseph was awesome he is quite knowledgeable on the bed and matress that we needed reminding me to match to the dresser that I had bought earlier.
Of all the furniture stores that we’ve purchased furniture from, this has been the worst store. Terrible customer service. The furniture pieces we ordered had a delayed arrival of 2 weeks. No one told us this, so my partner and I left work early to pick up our furniture on the original pick up day. We were told at the store that it would be another 2 weeks until our furniture would arrive. Two weeks later, I called the store, and they said our furniture had arrived 5 days prior to my phone call, yet no one had contacted me. Very poor communication on their end and we will not be purchasing any more furniture from Ashley’s in the future.
