I don’t write reviews, but the service I received from Manny when it came to buying our sectional couch calls for one. We live out of town, but decided to walk through Ashley’s Furniture when we were visiting Kamloops. Manny helped us find what we were looking in minutes, he was a rockstar and made it easy! Manny was super helpful through it all. From giving us all the options for the couch in the store, to getting us the best deal, to setting up the delivery to our home in Williams lake. Manny kept me in the loop during the whole process and was very professional. We will be back and I would highly recommend.

I am not a happy customer. I needed sofa cushions replace because of poor quality. Yes, they order them: however; they sat at the Kamloops store for 2.5 months because they would not deliver them to me in Westbank. They were quick to take my money for the purchase of the furniture. Customer service from this location is extremely poor. I had to make the trip to pick the cushions up myself without being reimbursed for my gas either. Would I recommend this location? Not at all, the owner walked around and ignored me.
Great selection of high-quality furniture and excellent customer service. Rob was incredibly helpful and guided me to the perfect choice without any pressure. The ordering process was seamless and my new sofa looks perfect in my home. I will definitely shop here again!

No stars it should be… Bought 2 couches 1 week ago and now can’t get an answer from anyone regarding delivery. Terrible customer service… it’s amazing the store is still in business! Do not recommend any business with this business
