I was about to give one star, since these guys changed their mind and honour their word after disagreement. I am deciding to give them 2 stars. I have to accept they give me 30.00$ extra off to keep my mouth shut but that can only get their review from one star to 2. Although i refused to take the discount but they stacked it anyways. I Placed an order on 3rd of September. Paul Informed me that i will be receiving the item on 30th or i can buy display model. I end up choosing to wait. I didn’t bother these people at all and called on 5th of October to find out the status and was informed oh your order got delayed by another 3 weeks. I informed the Paul this is why i don’t like dealing with furniture stores. Anyways provide me with the display model and i will be on my way. Paul said oh i need to talk to the manager Rakesh and will call you in 15 minutes. I was like either you guys honour your word that you were willing to give me display model or i will cancel the order. He said we will call you in 15 minutes. Time passed and i went to store after 30 minutes and asked about the update and they informed me that now manager Rakesh is refusing to sell the display model since its their peak season now and if you still want display model you need to buy side tables as well. I was like, are you kidding me and Rakesh replied that is why we are willing to return your money. I reminded them about the discussion we had during the sale. Then Rakesh and Paul informed me because they have to wait for the new table and they wouldn’t be able to sell anymore units, they can’t sell the unit anymore. I reminded them about the discussion again and asked what changed from the day of sale to now, when you were willing to let me take this and now I can’t. I told them this is the worst service i have seen and asked my money back. They returned my money but when Rakesh saw me typing and changed his mind and said now i can buy it. I was like “seriously”. At the end I bought it since i was waiting from 30 days. To keep my mouth shut as mentioned earlier Rakesh offered me another 30.00$ off but why all this when you could have just gave me the unit anyways. Sometimes i think, what changed in Canada. I love my country but man customer service went to gutters these days.
Exceptional service and information from Rob re king size mattresses and motion air adjustable bases. Options were well explained which allowed us to make a choice that was the best fit for us. Will definitely be return customers!
