Terrible customer service!
Most unprofessional group of people I've ever met. The movers themselves were polite and efficient. However, our sales representative was beyond unprofessional. If it were not for the nice pieces we found, we would not have purchased. Very unprofessional. I could get into the number of reasons but my characters are limited. Once again, the movers themselves were very helpful and polite so this should not reflect that area of the company.
