We had problems with the controls on the side of our loveseat, this it was a manufacturer problem. When I talked to Asneem, he looked after it promptly, got the replacement parts within a week. He was very understanding, and looked after us very well.

Just had a great experience at Ashley Furniture thanks to Manny, one of their awesome sales associates. From the moment I walked in, he was super friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. He really took the time to understand what I was looking for and showed me a bunch of options that fit both my style and budget. Manny knows his stuff—his product knowledge made everything so much easier. He was super patient with all my questions, gave honest advice, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. What really stood out was how responsive he was—even over text! He helped create room layouts based on my measurements and even came by the house to help sort out a few things. That kind of service is rare these days. Thanks to Manny, I found exactly what I needed and left feeling confident and excited about my purchase. If you're furniture shopping, definitely ask for Manny—he goes above and beyond. Only downside? He’s a Liverpool FC fan… but I guess nobody’s perfect 😄

My experience as soon as I walked into the store. Manny helped us pick out furniture for my son and daughters new place. Manny went above and beyond what he did for us. He showed us the different books of material and color for the furniture. He helped and suggested options for us as we were doing a theme color for the home. Manny suggested and gave ideas to us and sold us the best long lasting products. He set is up with the delivery of the furniture which arrived at the mentioned time and day. The setup of the furniture was amazing and he even called to make sure everything was good. I have spent so much in this store and with Manny's great honest customer service we will always go back.
