I usually don't mind waiting, but the lack of service here is unacceptable. From the moment we walked in, not a single staff member acknowledged us. Most of the employees were either on their phones or standing around doing absolutely nothing. One staff member was standing right next to us and didn't even bother to lift his head to greet us. It’s no surprise that we decided not to purchase anything. If you have staff that is this disengaged, don't expect to keep customers. We took our business to a competitor down the street who actually wanted it.

Ricky was knowledgeable of the products and was helpful in helping my elderly father find just the right bed side table. Great service, kind demeanour and he made our experience shopping super easy. Thank you so much!

He genuinely cared about helping me choose the right pieces, even steering me away from items I liked when he explained why they wouldn’t work and suggested better alternatives. I quickly came to trust Jesse’s advice, and his recommendations consistently turned out to be the right choice. The final result looks fantastic, and I love how everything turned out. I’ve been to several Ashley Furniture stores, but the service at the Kamloops location was by far the best. At other stores, I've experienced pushy sales staff who wanted to sell furniture without considering whether it would work in my space. I highly recommend Jesse and Ashley Furniture Kamloops if you want expert guidance and a stress-free experience!
