Our salesperson Rob was one of the best salesmen that I’ve met. When I initially came in to look around at beds, instead of being pushy, he just gave me information and guided me in the right direction for the kind of mattress I was looking for. Rob worked with me to give me great pricing on the bed that I truly wanted and not something I felt pressured to buy. He gave me multiple options for mattress ranging from something super cheap to something luxurious, and I went with the luxurious bed. We could have price matched at our local City Furniture in Merritt and got the bed there, but Rob was so amazing I preferred to make the trip to Kamloops to give him the sale because he worked tirelessly to help not just me but also my husband find the right mattresses. When we look at living room furniture in the future, I will be coming back to Ashley and hope to work with Rob as he knows his stuff. Hats off to Rob!
