Although inventory showed that they had one in stock, it turned out that it wasn't available. The team was very communicative and ordered it in for me, ensuring that it arrived quickly. The customer service I received was exceptional from start to finish. The staff was knowledgeable and patient, answering all of my questions and helping me find exactly what I was looking for. They even helped me coordinate pick up and set up, making the entire process seamless and stress-free. I absolutely love my new coffee table and it has truly transformed my living room. Ordered and paid for a mattress. Waited 21 days called for a update to only be told it is not even ordered yet. Recieved no promised call back . Will just buy else where and get a refund
Although the service has always been kind and accommodating. I will be not purchasing from this store or it's associating stores again. I bought a fridge last August, and have been trying to get it fixed ever since. It has been very frustrating not feeling heard or feeling like anyone even cares that this problem is still not resolved!
