Super unhappy with this place and would not support again! We were told we would get our order in by the end of April and the postponed it till May 7 and now May 3 they told us they are going to cancel that date as well and postpone it again!
We were told our product would be in by the first of May. Now it’s the third and we’re told May 14. Completely unacceptable, we would not have bought in the first place if we knew it was going to be this late… I guess they’ll do anything to make a sale including giving false info. I do not recommend them at all!!

Took care to meet our families’s needs
We have had an absolutely terrible experience here and I do not recommend shopping here and spending your money. 8 months ago we bought furniture for our entire home from Ashley Furniture and spent thousands upon thousands of dollars and we also bought a warranty. I have severe respiratory issues and so do the people in my home. Upon purchasing I needed to make sure the the inserts on my couch I purchased was a certain type of material. I inspected the couch they had in the show room prior to purchasing and was extremely adamant at making sure the inserts were the type I needed and that I would also receive that upon arrival. The sales associate assured me it would be. Once I inspected it I have seen that it is not even a proper insert, I have revised a couch with brown fuzz inside of it. Not any sort of cushion at all. It is a fuzzy brown filling that is extremely loose and small and has no shape at all. When I called the store to voice my concern I was told there is nothing they can do to fix this. I was told word per word that “we don’t care and that there are inconsistencies in our shipping and each item is made differently” also telling that it is a problem that is irrelevant. I have asked to speak to someone higher up and have not yet heard from anyone. I have had my table break apart within the first week which was fixed, my couch break apart the first week which they fixed and have had issues since the beginning. We also purchased a mattress from them and our mattress has indents on it within the first few months as well and they are not standing beginning their warranty for that either. They also made dents in my drywall and there was no compensation for this or solution. It is a brand new build and they left damages in several spots which i had to pay to fix myself. I would advise you to think twice before spending money here and on a warranty. I am extremely unimpressed with the service I have received and the condescending tones from all the people I’ve spoken to. I spent 4,000 on just a couch alone and they are doing absolutely nothing to fix this situation. I will be taking my business elsewhere from here on out. THIS WAS COPIED DIRECTLY FROM THEIR WEBSITE REGARDING WARRANTY: Unforeseen defects in construction or manufacturing, plus coverage for other accidents for an additional years.YET THEY ARE DOING NOTHING TO FIX IT.
