Came into Ashley last week and Karan came up to us he was very professional and didn't "stalk" us in the store when we had a question we went to him we left but returned today may 12 2024 to keep looking found the couch we looked at last time was on sale we made sure to seek out Karan to make out purchase rhe sales manager came over we worked iut some deals and are happily leaving with a couch and a desk and chair lol very good customer service we didn't feel hounded at all thumbs up to the team

Poor Quality Bedding Set, Terrible Customer Service
The shopping experience was good, but we are being totally let down the delivery/fulfillment. Our living room set didn't show up on the date promised (April 24, 2024). I called, they said all but one item was in stock, but the earliest they could schedule the shipment was another week and a half (May 4th). I got an automated text on April 29th confirming the arrival on May 4th. Waited around all day, but it didn't show up. Called today and now the earliest the partial shipment will show up is May 11th. The last piece is likely not until the end of May. Customer service was pleasant, but offered nothing for the inconvenience. Won't be shopping at Ashley ever again. I'm not expecting Amazon next day delivery, but if I knew it would take 2 months I wouldn't have bought in the first place.
