Don't buy from Ashley, just go to Sofa Land or Urban Barn or any other store. Ordered dinning chairs and confirmed with the sales person of the delivery date as we are moving to a new place and have no furniture. And we were happy to order something else that's available and the sales said oh it's on the way so expect it in another week or so. - Ordered Jul 15, expected delivery 24th. - Nothing on 24th. Got a text on 29th saying to schedule a pickup for Jul 30. Fine if it's a week late whatever. - Nothing on 30th. Called again and was told oh it's at the warehouse but was not assigned to my order and to expect a call to schedule. - Nothing and called again on 31 and was told should be here mid Aug. Asked customer service that I got a text to schedule for yesterday and what happens if Aug 13 comes around and it's not here again. Nothing If you wanna get the run around, then buy from Ashley. I'm glad I bought from other stores for our other furnitures. They didn't just say whatever to get your money and were actually truthful of the dates and expectation.

Sales peopel have very assumptions Won't listen to what you really need or what you want properly. I have furnished my entire house from Ashley's furniture in Coquitlam store was very happy with the service and quality. However I am really disappointed with Penticton store. I had to walk away from the deal. Very disappointed at this location.
Great selection here and always staff available to assist you with your needs. Purchased a couch and recliner set and opted for the white gloves delivery. Both pieces would be a couple weeks due to availability, but the couch was in stock so they will deliver it 1st. Two separate white gloves deliveries no extra cost! I'm impressed with the quality build of the furniture and will recommend Ashley to friends and for any future purchases!
The initial sales experience was acceptable, and we were satisfied with our purchase. However, during the delivery, the delivery personnel left a significant scratch on the top of the dresser. Unfortunately, my wife did not notice the damage at the time of delivery as she was in the middle of a Zoom meeting. Once we discovered the scratch, we immediately reached out to the customer service team. We were then referred to the warranty department. Upon contacting the warranty department, we were informed that because the unit was a final sale and sold "as-is," they would not assist us with the damage. However, it is important to note that we purchased the dresser in perfect condition, without any scratches or damage. The damage clearly occurred during the delivery process, which we believe should be covered under their responsibility. We also tried to reach out to the sales representative who handled our purchase, but we have yet to receive any meaningful assistance or follow-up from them. To date, we have not received any resolution, and our attempts to resolve this matter have been met with a lack of response and poor customer service. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I am extremely disappointed with the after-sale support from Ashley Furniture. We expect such company to take accountability for damages that occur during delivery and provide proper customer service when issues arise.
