Ashley management from top to bottom are intentionally fooling the customer and well versed in telling all kind of lies.I purchased my furniture in November from Coquitlam store and told them that I need the furniture asap.Dining table and chairs were delivered in December and rest of delivery was scheduled for Jan 1st week.I called the customer service to confirm the delivery as I do get any prior delivery notice and they told me that their is no scheduled delivery till March .I told them to cancel my order as I don’t want to wait 5 months since I ordered in November.After that they told me that ok they can deliver in January.Yesterday I started getting message that half of my stuff is coming in January and rest in Feb.I am so upset and frustrated .I am going to cancel my order on Monday and buy furniture from other reliable store.Not Ashley again.

Excellent shopping experience received yesterday while I was purchasing a set of leather sofa in Ashley Homestore Coquitlam. Their staffs, including management, are super friendly & supportive!! Well Done!

Overall, we had a great experience at Ashley Furniture. Everything was good, and the staff were helpful. A special thanks to Hazem — he was very nice, friendly, and supportive. His customer service was excellent. The only thing that needs improvement is the order process. Even when the item is available, the waiting time is quite long. Other than that, very satisfied with our experience.

I bought a couch recently, but it wouldn't fit through my apartment door. They were good about refunding my money without a lot of hassle. I respect that, and will likely shop there again because of that. Good luck getting the same treatment at Leons or the Brick. Not in a million years!

Extremely disappointed with this company’s customer service. Several items were delivered damaged and of poor quality, and despite reporting these issues weeks ago, there has been no follow-up, no clear timeline, and no accountability. The in-store staff were polite and tried to help, but overall communication and after-sales support are unacceptable. I am still waiting for a proper resolution or replacement. Update: In response to the comment posted by a company representative:, the phone number was posted two days ago. I have called multiple times and left messages, but I have not received any response so far. If there was a genuine intention to resolve this issue, there would have been at least one follow-up by now. I am still waiting for actual contact and a real resolution. I do not recommend this company. Update: Despite multiple follow-ups, phone calls, and voicemails, this issue remains completely unresolved. Posting a phone number publicly without answering or following up is not a meaningful attempt to resolve a customer complaint. At this point, the continued lack of response leaves me with no reasonable option but to consider next steps, including filing formal complaints with consumer protection agencies, the Better Business Bureau, and pursuing other available remedies. I am still requesting direct contact, a clear resolution timeline, and a concrete outcome. If there is a genuine intention to resolve this matter, now is the time to demonstrate it.
