We recently purchased a sofa from your company and unfortunately, the entire experience has been quite disappointing. Firstly, the delivery was delayed by two weeks without informing us . We had disposed of our old sofa the day before the initial scheduled delivery date, which left our family room without seating for ten days. Despite leaving several messages for the manager, we received no return calls, highlighting a severe lack of customer service. Moreover, during the delivery, the sofa was damaged while being moved into our family room. We promptly filed a complaint regarding the damages on June 21 and left additional messages, but we have yet to receive any response. This combination of poor communication, delayed delivery, and damage to the product has left us extremely dissatisfied with our experience. Plus they answer with an automated reply
If you spend too much time in the store with the salesperson, she will be impatient. If your sofa is white, be aware the delivery person’s dirty hand can leave his finger print on it! The bed smells pungent!
My experience at Ashley was INCREDIBLE!!! The moment my husband and I stepped into the store, Michael was extremely welcoming and super friendly. He made the process of getting our new sofa so smooth and stress free. We sat and discussed everything in detail, reviewed all options, and then made a final decision.
