Potential buyers please reconsider purchasing from Ashley unless you enjoy sinking into discomfort. Customer service is zero, when it comes to sell they are very active, when help needed you are the enemy for them. Their price match and warranty coverage policies are a big joke. This brand believes in selling junk furniture at a premium price. Similar to many other reviews for this location their store staff is racist, arrogant and rude. I am extremely disappointed with the Sectional Sofa I purchased from this location 9 months ago. Within 9 months of use, this sectional squeaks as soon as someone sits on it. Seat cushions have sagged leaving the seats uncomfortable and unsupportive. I am not at all surprised that their warranty policy does not cover both of the issues mentioned above in their warranty policy. Please consider reviewing warranty policy before the purchase as it does not cover any of the common issues related to their products. Their price match policy is a joke. Within 10 days of the purchase, the price of the item purchased was reduced by 15%. When i tried to claim their price match guarantee i was insulted and bullied the store staff. When i tried to talk to the store manager, i was told that he is on vacation at present and i was promised a call back from him. Never heard back from him even after numerous follow up phone calls/emails. This brand does not care about its customers or quality of their product. This experience has left me questioning the durability and comfort of their products. I strongly advise potential buyers to reconsider purchasing the Ashley Sofa unless they enjoy sinking into discomfort.

I have been trying to solve an issue for over 15 days and it seems like Ashley does not care about its customers. I bought a mattress that is over $2700 and it was delivered in a plastic bag that was completely open and resealed with tape. I contacted both the coquitlam store and the customer care before the 48 hours due to a problem that is because of them not because of me and they refused to do anything. They keep telling me it’s new. I talked to the sales managers in store and the regional manager and they kept trying to say I was wrong I told them that this is something hygienic there is hair in the mattress and it came opened and resealed, how do I know it’s new and how do I know nothing came into the mattress like bed bugs. I told them that I want them to bring me a new one because I can’t accept a $2700 Tempur-Pedic mattress that has been opened before. Everyone refuses to help me and they want me to believe that it is new, I told them if I go to their warehouse and see the mattresses and pick it up from there will they come open like mine and he was like no, which means they have no consistency with their products. I told them if it was a rip it would be a bit understable due to the delivery truck but not completely opened and resealed this is unacceptable. the cheapest mattresses come completely sealed. This is an expensive mattress that should be handled with care when delivered to a customer. I did not even ask for a refund I just want to get a new one and they keep saying mine is new BUT HOW DO I KNOW ITS NEW. They have no proof it’s new. no one ever will accept an opened product especially a mattress due to HYGIENE reasons. This is unacceptable, there customer service is terrible no one has authority to do anything, they refuse to connect me with their store manager only the sales manager. If they want to be truthful they should have said your product might be resealed due to our warehouse process before delivery but they didn’t. When you pay for your product before it is delivered you are trusting them to bring you a perfect condition product. They can’t just take your money and not deliver good service. I ADVISE TO NOT BUY FROM ASHLEY. THEIR POLICY IS FAKE AND NOT REAL.

I went browsing with the wife and ended up picking up some decor items. They would not let me purchase without giving my personal information. I repeatedly told them in store I didnt want to because I did not want to recieve marking emails etc. They assured me it was only for "If I wanted to return them" Again, I declined and still, wouldn't let me purchase without providing name, email, phone number and address. So I did... Well guess what, an email and 2 texts within a week asking me to review has earned you a 1* for the following... 1. Not letting me purchase without giving my info. 2. Lying about what the info will be used for 3. Repeatedly sending marketing materials after specifically saying I didn't want them. Any future purchases I was planning to make will be made elsewhere. Sure hope being able to bother me with texts and emails was worth it.

I am extremely disappointed with the Ashley Sofa I purchased. From the outset, the cushions seemed plush and inviting, but within a short period, they began to sag, leaving the seats uncomfortable and unsupportive. They are refusing to change and do something about it. The promise of a cozy, stylish sofa was quickly shattered by the reality of uncomfortable seating. It's incredibly frustrating to have invested in a piece of furniture that fails to live up to its basic function. Sitting on this sofa has become a daily discomfort, causing backaches and soreness. I expected better quality from Ashley, especially considering the premium price I paid. This experience has left me questioning the durability and comfort of their products. I strongly advise potential buyers to reconsider purchasing the Ashley Sofa unless they enjoy sinking into discomfort.
