While they may have some good products and deals, I'm not a fan of pushy sales people. I find it so annoying to be bombarded upon going through the door, then followed around, given flyers and made to feel like I need to make a purchase right now. I recommend giving people space, asking if they need help and if they say no, don't push it. I don't want to feel like paycheque when I'm trying to make a large purchase. We promptly left and went elsewhere.
Our sales associate, Ghazal, was really nice and helpful. We were so lucky to meet her. With her personalized attention and customized service we got many great items for our new home, and we are really satisfied and happy with everything. The displays of showroom were really great and made our experience even better and pleasant. I highly recommend Ashley for home furniture. ;)

Horrible experience, I placed an order in the store with girl named Simran on Feb 23rd, paid in full and yet waiting for delivery, it’s 17th April today, initially was told march 13th everything would be delivered, we renovated our house and discarded our old furniture, desperately needed the bed as my parents are old and can’t sleep with out the bed. I never recommend Ashley, I thot it was a big brand and customer service would mean a lot to them but I was wrong because I have been calling them 10 times a day, every time I am told I will be called back and never ever I receive a call back, feel like I have been looted..
