Very good service and met my expectations
I honestly didn’t have a good experience at all. Every time I asked the salesperson about something, the answer was just “No, we can’t” or “We don’t have that.” Even with the cushions, most furniture stores include two cushions with the sofa, and this definitely wasn’t my first time buying one. The delivery process was also very frustrating. I explained that I work and, for example, on Wednesday I am not available only between 10 AM and 4 PM, but I was told that delivery only works within their set schedule. There was absolutely no flexibility or effort to accommodate me. Overall, I’m very disappointed with the experience. I won’t be purchasing from The Ashley again, and unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else either.
DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES FROM THEM! I am incredibly disappointed with my recent appliance purchase from the Coquitlam location. I bought a brand new washer-dryer unit, and it broke down after just two weeks. When the first technician came out, they confirmed the machine was defective and needed to be replaced. I then contacted the store manager, who assured me they would help, but instead, I had to wait another week for a second technician to arrive. That technician was supposed to be there at 9 AM, but didn't show up until 6 PM. After opening the unit, they claimed it was fixed, but when I tested it immediately before they left, the exact same problem persisted. Even after showing the technician that it was broken again, they still refused to replace the machine. I have now been without a working appliance for a month on a brand-new purchase. I am extremely dissatisfied with this level of service and strongly advise everyone to avoid Ashley Home furniture for appliances.
Our ordered supposed to arrive today August 20 but no delivery yet. We even never been contacted. Thats totally unacceptable. We even tried to contact the phone number on file but there is a wierd voice message!!!

Very poor quality and poor claim process. My new bed support leg is broken twice within 6 months. This is supposed to be their own product line with good quality. Their online claim process is not working and their phone support is also not helping to create claim. This is another BRICK company.
