Bad service, I should receive my order on June 27-2026, I wait more 5 days to give them a chance, but nothing happen, after that I went to ware sales to ask them what happen but they didn’t care, just they said “ sorry” your order will be late until July18-2026.

I received outstanding service from Richard in the appliance department. He was patient, courteous, and took the time to listen carefully to my needs and preferences. His approach was thorough, and he asked important questions that I hadn't even thought to consider. Because the space for my new refrigerator is somewhat challenging due to renovations completed after the current fridge was installed, Richard carefully explained all the measurements I needed to provide so he could make the best recommendations. His attention to detail gave me confidence that I was making the right choice. After a very disappointing experience at another appliance store, Richard's professionalism and extensive knowledge were a breath of fresh air. It was clear that his expertise comes from years of experience, and he genuinely wanted to help me find the best solution rather than simply make a sale. I would not hesitate to recommend Richard to anyone shopping for appliances. I had never considered Ashley's as a place to purchase appliances, but thanks to Richard's exceptional service, I'm very happy to say I made the right decision.
