Furniture service is half decent, but do not bother buying appliances here. Much better off at other stores. Bought 6 appliances here end of July because they promised all in stock appliances to be delivered mid August with the fridge on August 22nd as I was on a tight timeline. They went ahead and scheduled the delivery for August 25th instead for whatever reason. After reaching out they said they will deliver everything on August 22nd. That was the first delay. Few days before delivery they said 3 of the 6 appliances are actually delayed and will be delivered sometime in September. Second delay. Then after reaching out they revised to 2 items on August 27th and the third in September. A day before delivery I wasn’t getting any notifications so decided to reach out. Now all 3 items were pushed out into September delivery. Third delay. Now I’m left scrambling to get appliances elsewhere and paying more because I’m not combo-ing 6 appliances at once. And Im already behind the deadline based on their initial promise. Cherry on top, they delivered the washer and dryer, bolted them in a stack kit and put them in a tight wall niche (where it’s supposed to go luckily) but its almost impossible to pull out after. What they forgot to do is take off the transit bolts off the washer so you can actually use the machine. Left me struggling for hours pulling it out inch by inch to try and get to the back to do it myself, and then the same amount of time to put it back inch by inch. On the furniture side, the delivery was alright but they removed our old real wood bedroom set which currently retails for $6200 in their store and put it in our garage with the top of the headboard on the concrete and sides of the bed face down on the concrete. All visible parts of the bed were scratched up and ruined. Overall would never buy here again, and disappointed I gave them over $20,000 of business in the first place. 9/10 do not recommend.

They are very help full and professional

I would highly recommend Ashley HomeStore for your furniture needs. The sales associates don't hover or bother you while you are looking around, but they're right there for any questions and concerns. I love that the products are made in Canada and it's a Canadian business, but still at an affordable price. I will absolutely be coming back for more stuff, but for now I love the couch I have!

I purchased a brand-new console from Ashley HomeStore for $1,300. Unfortunately, when it was delivered, I was very disappointed with the condition and packaging. The console was only wrapped in two layers of plastic wrap, and there were scratches on both the top and bottom. The door magnet was also broken. I contacted the store to return or exchange the console. However, even though the damage was not caused by me, I was told that I would only receive 90% of my money back. They offered to have it repaired instead and said that a technician would come to inspect and repair it. It has now been about a month since my purchase, and no one has come to inspect or repair the console. I am very disappointed with this experience and regret my purchase. For a $1,300 brand-new item, I expected much better packaging, quality control, and customer service.

I am extremely disappointed with this delivery. My order was delivered one week late, and even then, it was incomplete and several items were damaged. The sofa sleeper was supposed to be delivered fully packaged, then unboxed and installed inside my home. However, it was brought to my home already unboxed. The delivery team then claimed that it could not fit through the elevator or the stairway and took it back. This is completely unacceptable, especially since the delivery and installation arrangements were supposed to be handled by your company. The items that were actually delivered were also incomplete and damaged. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with this experience. I regret spending my money on this purchase, as I have received neither the service nor the products that I was promised. I expect this issue to be resolved immediately, including replacement of the damaged and missing items and a clear solution regarding the sofa sleeper.

Very poor quality and poor claim process. My new bed support leg is broken twice within 6 months. This is supposed to be their own product line with good quality. Their online claim process is not working and their phone support is also not helping to create claim. This is another BRICK company. Update 25 Aug 26: I have called the number twice and no one is picking up and no one is returning my call.
