I purchased a couch at the store on the 5th and the sales person told me that the couch is available and can be delivered the same week. Because, I was going out of town, I asked for a different delivery date and she gave me Aug 14th. She also told me that I would get a call a day or two before and will be given a delivery time window. I didn’t get a call so I called Customer Service and they said we have it in our warehouse, unfortunately Saturday is already fully booked so we’ll deliver this Sep 3rd! I’m sorry but this is ridiculous and unacceptable! I was very specific with the sales person about how I wanted a couch that could be delivered to me within a day and this is what I got! Frustrating …
Friendly, helpful and warm service!
I called ahead and spoke to one of the sales representatives told her what I was looking for that I would like her to have a selection of that particular item and that I would be there with my mother within the hour. When I arrived, I Was met at the door by the sales associate I had spoken with On the phone, she was engaging, friendly and accommodating. Between the sales associate and the store manager, I Received excellent customer service. The most valued component of that experience for me Was both the sales associate I dealt with and the store Manager Listened patiently to exactly what my mother’s needs were absolutely met them and not once was there any pressure in the process all around an excellent experience.
Ella was very polite and the Manager was knowledgeable about the mattresses. The mattresses is what it says about it. The delivery was tracked and they communicated along the way until it got into my place. The only downside is that if you would like it delivered all the way into the room you desire then you have to pay delivery fee. Overall the two guys were very friendly and polite.
