I hope I have enough room for my post. Less than 2 years ago we bought a couch, love seat, chair and a headboard. Almost immediately the chair material on the sides started to buckle. The reclining mechanisms were clunky on all the seats. When I finally got through to customer care, jumping through hoops with photos of serial numbers, videos, pictures. They sent out a guy, he adjusted and said “ oh no, these are not good, I’ll report” . I followed up that week only to be told it was all normal. They did pull the material on the sides of the chair… stapling the heck out of it!! Yep, still puckering. The headboard stunk for months, terrible smell, everyday day I used sprays and essential oils to mask the nauseating stink. Then!!!! The material on the recliners starting squeeking when reclining. So much that you couldn’t hear the TV for those seconds. I called, rude I individual didn’t give me the time of day. Dealt with someone else, sent videos. They sent out an absolute lovely technician who proceeded to tell me the only fix was to lube the sides. Can you imagine?? Lubing your furniture?? Anyway. Cheap useless furniture that I am stuck with. Can’t sell it because I’d lose too much money. Don’t buy Ashley furniture. They are your friend when you are purchasing, then you are a pain in their butt when there is a problem,

This was our first time visiting, and honestly, we had no plan to purchase anything. However, our experience completely changed thanks to Amir. He was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. Even though he was very busy and assisting three customers at the same time, he still made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. He took the time to explain all the options in detail and answered all of our questions without any pressure. Because of his professionalism and friendly approach, we ended up purchasing much more than we originally expected.
