Disappointed with material variance - Still waiting for a resolution I am updating my review because the issue is still not resolved. Today, Ashley’s delivery team brought a replacement chair, but unfortunately, we had to reject the delivery and send the truck back empty-handed. There is a serious communication gap between the showroom and the warehouse. The model we bought at the Coquitlam store had a premium, velvet-like, textured fabric (veined plush feel) in "Smoky". However, the items being delivered to our house have a completely flat, low-quality regular fabric texture. It is a completely different material from what is advertised on the showroom floor. We love the design and would prefer the "Fossil" color, but ONLY if it comes in that exact velvet-like texture we paid for. Right now, we are stuck with an item that doesn't match the showroom quality. Rose from customer care has been trying to assist, and Sadaf and Soheil (Sol) were helpful in-store, but the warehouse keeps sending the wrong fabric texture. I hope management steps in to fix this manufacturing/ordering error immediately.

My experience has been awesome so far! The customer service/sales person that handled my call was o professional and understanding! His customer service is to tier. I’m definitely going through with my order.

We visited Ashley,s today on United Blvd in Coquitlam, We were politely greeted by a young Man named Matt, He was welcoming and professional. After a brief chat we just wanted to look around this very impressive store, It's very well stocked. Lots of everything . After a bit of browsing we decided we needed some help and we found Matt and he bent over backwards helping us decide on the furniture for our condo, He drew up a floorplan with dimensions and helped us find a beautiful bedroom suite and a Great sectional for our Living room. We got some great deals there today, We're very happy. Some of the other team members were also very friendly..We will definitely be back to purchase more pieces very soon, Thanks again Matt..We'll done.😎
