Who would have thought Ashley for appliances...but we had heard through word-of-mouth and were pleasantly surprised to find a substantial appliance gallery that was along side their furniture gallery. We were surprised at the extent of the sections, and in our case we were looking to purchase a refrigerator. Their sales person, Kelly, gave us great support, was very knowledgeable and did a great job showing and talking to us about the differences between manufacturers, their models and options. We were able to find and select a refrigerator that fit our needs and budget. We would definitely consider Ashley for our next appliance purchase ... And although we were there to look for a refrigerator, we did check out their furniture gallery, which was also quite impressive.

Not a good experience. After receiving msg my order is ready for pickup I wait for 2 hours at pickup location because your accounting or salesperson done something wrong in paperwork.
The atmosphere in this store is awesome! The staff is super helpful, especially Harlen, who is a true asset to the company. She is incredibly knowledgeable, takes the time to explain everything thoroughly, and really works with you to meet your needs and find the best possible discount. Greg, the soft-spoken manager, was also fantastic and helped us secure an amazing deal. Huge shoutout to Harlen and Greg!
