While the in store experience was ok, the rest isn’t and we only had our couch delivered 3 days ago. One side of the modular couch came in a box with tags, the other side didn’t. The one that didn’t doesn’t match up and the power reclining foot rest doesn’t fully go back into place. Called customer service immediately, told to take pics and text to a number, they would get back in 2 days. Just got an email saying they are sending us a “part” to arrive in 2-4 weeks and if we need help assembling, to reach out. WHAT part are they sending???? We expect a whole new section of the couch! I immediately responded back but it all seems to be AI generated responses so not sure what response we’ll get back. We paid a premium price and should have paid more attention to the reviews about after purchase issues. We haven’t even used it yet as I was waiting to hear a response.
Amir did an outstanding job and showed us the demo and helped us to apply for Ashley card to make our shopping with a great experience .
