Excellent pressure-free service from knowledgeable, friendly representative. Many choices and we found what we were looking for.
I purchased a dining set and it was delivered damaged. I reported the issue immediately and have been following up for several months through emails and phone calls. Despite this, the issue is still not resolved. I have been asked multiple times to resend photos and repeat the same process, without any clear resolution. This is not a standard situation. The product was delivered damaged and the case has been ongoing for months without proper resolution. At this point, I am requesting a full return and refund. If this is not resolved promptly, I will proceed with a formal complaint. Very disappointed with the after-sales service.
So we met the most nice, genuine, and informative person at Ashley’s. Harleen, She wasn’t pushy but good for her new what to say and do for our family need. Helped us with picking size and even later, possibly in her own time helped us with layout using pics we sent. Made it as simple as possible without the pressure. Tanked you south
My husband and I stopped at Ashley store to look at dining sets, and we were greeted by a sale person Hazem there, who introduced himself, asked what brought us here, and provided us with a basic info without putting any pressure on us to buy anything. He just simply offered to find him should we have any questions or need further information. We found Hazem being professional, respectful and personable. With Hazem’s assistance we have purchased a dining set for us. We will definitely recommend him to our friends/acquaintances should any of them need new furniture, mattress or appliances. Great sales guy in Saul, he wasn’t push but readily available. Promoted finest quality and explained the differences. He made our shopping day very easy and enjoyable. We will definitely return to Ashley as Saul and our previous experience were top notch.
Ashley has a some great furniture and great rugs. I had called them before going there in regards to a particular rug I had liked. Matt was a very prompt consultant who not only answered all my queries but also went a mile ahead by ensuring to looking into warehouse for availability. Matt made the entire purchase experience prompt, swift and joyful.
