After visiting every furniture store on United Boulevard, I settled on Ashley HomeStore! Their showroom is clean and nicely laid out making it a very calm and pleasant experience. The staff are helpful but not pushy. Harleen was particularly wonderful to work with.
I had a disappointing experience with Ashley and their financing partner, Fairstone. Before proceeding, I asked multiple times whether there would be any fees or interest. I was clearly told there were none, and that I would only need to pay the remaining balance. After speaking directly with Fairstone, I found out there is a $35 annual fee attached to the financing. While the amount itself isn’t significant, the issue is the lack of transparency from the start. Accurate and upfront disclosure is critical when it comes to financing. This felt misleading, and it impacted my trust in the process. I hope Ashley ensures their team clearly communicates all terms moving forward.

Buying from Ashley Furniture Industries was one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had. Sales team? Excellent. They’ll go above and beyond to get your money. Delivery team? Also great—no complaints there. But customer service? Absolutely terrible. We received a damaged food board, and what should have been a simple replacement turned into a 4+ month nightmare. We visited the store multiple times, and even the employees there couldn’t get clear answers from their own customer service department. We called, emailed, followed up constantly—and every time we were told, “It’s on the way.” It wasn’t. Not once. On top of that, every single interaction meant repeating our entire story again. No one keeps records, no one takes responsibility, and no one follows through. This company is clearly focused on making the sale, not supporting the customer after. Avoid if you value your time and sanity.
