We had an excellent experience at Ashley Home Store. From the moment we walked in, the service was friendly, professional, and completely pressure-free. Our salesperson, Bal was outstanding. She was knowledgeable, patient, and very accommodating throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all of our questions, helped us find exactly what we were looking for, and made sure we were comfortable with our purchase. A few days after we made our purchase, we noticed that the item had gone on sale. We contacted Bal, and without hesitation, she was more than happy to refund us the price difference. Her willingness to help and ensure we were completely satisfied speaks volumes about her commitment to excellent customer service. My fiance and I were in last week to look at purchasing a new mattress and bed frame. Kelly was absolutely amazing. Who would have thought Ashley for appliances...but we had heard through word-of-mouth and were pleasantly surprised to find a substantial appliance gallery that was along side their furniture gallery. We were surprised at the extent of the sections, and in our case we were looking to purchase a refrigerator. Their sales person, Kelly, gave us great support, was very knowledgeable and did a great job showing and talking to us about the differences between manufacturers, their models and options. We were able to find and select a refrigerator that fit our needs and budget. We would definitely consider Ashley for our next appliance purchase ... And although we were there to look for a refrigerator, we did check out their furniture gallery, which was also quite impressive.
