great designs but the service isn't good! we are excited to have the area rug that we bought but we have been waiting for it, until now! we bought it end of September and they said it's going to take 4-6 weeks. we’ve been following up, but they keep moving the delivery date. It would’ve been understandable if it took four weeks, but they’ve pushed the date so many times that it’s far beyond the timeline they gave us. they told us its going to arrive on or before Christmas! if we had known it would be delayed this long, we would have ordered from another supplier! and now we’re going to be hosting Christmas parties with the house still unfinished!
Everything is good except for the delivery rates which are ridiculously high.
