My experience with ashley customer service was terrible. The problem should not take months. Many excuses. My quality of life. It is ashley responsibility to resolve this issue.

I bought a dining table from Ashley and I’m honestly shocked at how poor the quality is. We paid around $2,000, and after only a short time of normal use, the wood already has visible marks and dents. The surface scratches incredibly easily, and it does not look or feel like a high-quality piece of furniture. For this price, I expected something durable and long-lasting. Instead, I’m now stuck with a table that looks years old even though it’s barely been used. Very disappointed, and I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone looking for quality furniture.
