We recently purchased a sectional sofa from Ashley in Coquitlam, and the customer service was excellent! Priya helped us at the store, and she was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process. She made our shopping experience very pleasant and easy. Ordered a microwave on Aug21 and I am still waiting on Oct 24th. Original shipment date was first week of September. Just keep getting the run around and no one can answer where it is. Can’t get through on the phone Came into the store after the chat bot said it was supposed to be ready for pickup on the 24th. Still not here. Very frustrating and still no microwave. Please take this into account when shopping here. Promised pick up date can take a lot longer than the sales people promise.

I bought a beautiful couch and my sale lady, Harleen, was wonderful. She put up with my mind changes and responded to my messages immediately, she helped negotiate a great price and arranged fast delivery. it was a very smooth and wonderful experience

Had a great time shopping at Ashley’s. Sama was a wonderful sales associate she really knows how to do her job well. From when we stepped in the door she treated us really well. We have went to many furniture stores looking for sofas and we never got this high level of customer service. Sama is very knowledgeable with a lovely personality. She put in a lot of effort to show us lots of options that would fit our needs. She even went through our floor plan with us to figure out sizes and to see what fits. She also got smaller furniture toy pieces to help us figure out how we want to configure the set. Overall, we had such a wonderful experience with Sama and the Ashley store. Thank you!

We purchased a dining set from Ashley Furniture in Coquitlam after Sama spent considerable time assisting us. However, after noticing an issue with the set, we returned the following day to request a return, and the service completely changed. Sama and Bardia, both assured us verbally that the return would be handled, yet neither completed the paperwork nor provided any confirmation number. So we didn’t get convinced and contacted the customer service, we learned this was not the proper return procedure and did the return on the phone with customer service and got the confirmation number. Eight business days later, our refund still hadn’t appeared on our credit card, and I had to return to the store in person. Thankfully, the store manager, Mahmud, was professional, respectful, and helpful. He explained the process clearly and followed up on our situation. Unfortunately, Sama and Bardia were friendly when making the sale but unhelpful when we needed assistance with a return and avoided addressing our concerns when we came back. Customer service shouldn’t end once a sale is made. Customers deserve the same respect and professionalism after a purchase as they receive before one. Mahmud was excellent, but our experience with the two sales associates, Sama and Bardia was very disappointing.

Update Oct 25 2026; After 3 months of waiting, Service team came and noticed they ordered wrong parts. They said they have tried their best to fix the support legs and promised their fix will work. Now after 3 days booom. It broke again. So we are unable to use the bed again. Next stop for us is to seek the help from consumer court. Such a bad quality furniture. I am guessing this company is using FAKE Reviews to sell their poor quality products. Very poor quality and poor claim process. My new bed support leg is broken twice within 6 months. This is supposed to be their own product line with good quality. Their online claim process is not working and their phone support is also not helping to create claim. This is another BRICK company. Update 25 Aug 26: I have called the number twice and no one is picking up and no one is returning my call.
