Disappointing Experience with Ashley HomeStore!!! I purchased a full living room furniture set from Ashley HomeStore, and my experience was far from satisfactory. The salesperson was very pushy, and I could sense a lot of tension among the staff. When my couch arrived, the arm made strange noises, as if something inside was broken. I immediately reached out to request a repair, but no one addressed my concern. Later, when I asked to replace the couch (this was actually the second day of arrival), I was told they couldn’t offer a refund or replacement—only a repair. However, they never followed through with fixing it. Because of this poor customer service and lack of resolution, I won’t be shopping there again.

We purchased a piece of furniture from this store along with an extended warranty that was promised to cover everything, regardless of what might happen. Unfortunately, less than a year later, the color of the leather on areas that don’t even come into contact with the body—such as the sides, bottom, and back—started to change. When we contacted the store, they refused to even have a conversation with us. Their only response was that it’s “not covered by the warranty,” which completely contradicts what we were told at the time of purchase. This experience shows that not only is the quality of the product questionable, but their after-sale service and warranty promises are unreliable. I’m very disappointed and would not recommend this store to others.
Soheil helped us at Ashley’s . He was a great salesperson. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy. He took the time to answer all our questions and made the whole furniture-buying experience smooth and enjoyable. We really appreciated his help and would definitely recommend him!
