If I could give them zero stars I would. The purchasing experience was good, our sales man was great HOWEVER once they take your money there is ZERO after sale service. Buyer beware Our cushion is sagging within the first week, sofa arrive damaged with a hole in the back. We even went in and spoke to the manager who said he would be in touch to try to help us as their customer service number is a joke. Did he phone us back as promised? Nope. Seriously save your money and buy a sofa from one of the businesses next door. Wish we did

I had such a great experience furniture shopping with Harleen, she’s honestly one of the best associates I’ve ever met. What made it even more special was that she’s also an interior designer, so she brought her professional expertise into every suggestion she made. She truly understood my style and helped me choose pieces that fit perfectly together. She even took the time to sketch ideas for me, which made it so much easier to visualize everything. She was patient, kind, and never made me feel rushed. It felt like I had a personal designer guiding me, not just someone helping with a sale. I’d highly recommend Harleen to anyone looking for both great service and expert advice.
