My mattress is over 10yrs old with a big rip on the bottom exposing all the foam, so it was time to get a new one. I went up and down United Boulevard, visiting multiple stores over the span of 2 weeks and eventually ended up at Ashley Homestore. They mostly carry Tempurpedic, Sealy, and Stearn and Foster. Sales professional Micheal (yes, spelled MichEAl) Thain was so knowledgeable and so patient with me as I took my time laying on each mattress. His knowledge about each brand's product is extensive and he guided me to pick out my mattress with zero pressure. It was hard to pick because every mattress he showed me was a winner. If they work on comission, he deserves all of it. The one thing with Ashley though is that they do not offer free delivery like all the other mattress stores, and they don't haul away your old mattress (due to hygiene). It's quite costly and it honestly almost broke the sale but I liked Micheal so much that I ended up going through with it anyways.

Ela was amazing, professional, and well knowledgeable. She introduced herself when I walked in told her what I was looking for in in the matter of roughly 30 minutes I was walking out the door. I have been in sales my whole life even have a flooring store myself. She would be a person I would love to have on my sales staff.

Purchased a large sectional. Foam is cheap and falls flat quickly. We purchased the extended warranty which is not honoured. Last couch we purchased was from urban barn which has a much better warranty. Avoid Ashely’s and Guardsman warranties.
