I’m disappointed with the quality of this sofa. After a short period of regular use (only two months), the cushions and seating area began to sag. This is not what I would expect from a product at $3500. I also found the pricing to be unclear. The price was not explained properly, and there were unexpected charges at checkout. More transparency would be appreciated.
The sales person was very friendly and helpful. However, I was never informed as to what the extended warranty would cost. I know what it covers, but I find the cost a bit high. I only found out the cost when I viewed the bill after I got home . I should have paid more attention before that. No other complaint.
Terrible customer service. The management at the Coquitlam location is horrible. Please do your research before buying from this store. There are soo many negative reviews online.
