Bad service, I should receive my order on June 27-2026, I wait more 5 days to give them a chance, but nothing happen, after that I went to ware sales to ask them what happen but they didn’t care, just they said “ sorry” your order will be late until July18-2026.

As a loyal Ashley customer for many years, I am extremely disappointed with my most recent experience. We received a dresser with a visibly scratched drawer and reported the issue immediately. After multiple follow-ups and more than two months of waiting, the problem remains unresolved. The lack of timely communication, effective scheduling, and proper follow-through is unacceptable. What is most disappointing is not the defect itself, but Ashley's failure to stand behind its product and provide a reasonable solution. This experience has significantly damaged my confidence in Ashley's customer service. I expect Ashley to promptly review this matter and provide a proper resolution. After countless follow-ups, Ashley Furniture still failed to resolve a simple issue. They replaced the damaged dresser drawer with another damaged one, which is completely unacceptable. This demonstrates a serious lack of quality control and respect for customers. As a long-time customer, I expected a professional solution—not repeated disappointment. I cannot recommend this company based on this experience.
