I have to say I was really impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of Rick the manager, Rashaq the salesman and all the staff who dealt with my couch purchase. I can 100% recommend that you go there. If you don't purchase than that's ok because I didn't feel any pressure to purchase.
TERRIBLE experience. We purchased a NEW $4.5k dining table and they sent me a USED AND DAMAGED table. I then spent 7 months with their technicians going back and forth saying that they’d fix the issues. But guess what? They can’t fix the scratches / paint marks and large chips in the table. I told them that this isn’t fixable and should be returned and exchanged for what I bought. A NEW table. Not used and damaged. They refused and said we don’t do returns or exchange. So I’m stuck with a damaged table and I paid full price. Do not do business with these scammers.

I was helped by Bardia, who was absolutely amazing! He was so patient, knowledgeable, and really took the time to understand what I was looking for. His advice and suggestions were so helpful, and I never felt rushed or pressured. Bardia made the whole shopping process so easy and enjoyable — he truly went above and beyond! I also want to mention Greg, the store manager, who was incredibly kind, professional, and caring. It’s rare to see a team so genuinely dedicated to making customers feel comfortable and happy. On top of their excellent service, Ashley offers great deals and promotions, which made my purchase even more satisfying. Overall, I highly recommend Ashley Furniture Coquitlam. Their friendly and supportive team, especially Bardia and Greg, made my experience exceptional. I will definitely be coming back for future purchases!
