Sama was amazing! We ended up purchasing a few mattresses from her, and her knowledge about mattresses was truly impressive. She explained everything in detail and made the whole process so easy for us to understand. You can really tell she knows her products inside and out, which helped us feel confident in our decision. Also, a big thank you to Sadaf, the manager, for her support and professionalism throughout the process. Highly recommend working with this team!

Salesperson Matin signed me up for a Fairstone Ashley credit card that I never asked for. He asked for all of my information to “check” what type of credit I would be approved for and I did not realize I would be signing up for the actual card. I’ve been getting so much mail from Fairstone and this is affecting my credit. I’m now having to call them constantly to cancel this card. Complete waste of my time. Only giving 2 stars in lieu of the professionalism and kindness store manager Greg has always shown us. We will make it a point to only work with Greg going forward when shopping at this location.

had a very disappointing experience with Ashley Furniture delivery. The delivery team caused damage to both my stairs and ceiling while bringing in the furniture. On top of that, they left grease stains on the carpet in my brand new home. When I pointed these issues out to the driver, they were dismissive and said, “this much will happen,” which was very unprofessional. I contacted customer service multiple times and shared photo evidence of the damage, but they denied responsibility and did not take any accountability. It’s extremely frustrating to deal with a company that does not stand behind its service. I’m very disappointed with both the delivery team’s behavior and the lack of support from customer service. This experience reflects poor ethics and a lack of respect for customers’ homes. Please avoid buying from here if you can!!

Worst experience ever. I placed an order on Feb 8 and was promised delivery by Feb 26. Then it got pushed to March 21, and now when I followed up again, customer service says the system shows March 24 and it might even be delayed further. Why don’t your salespeople mention these long delays when they’re selling the products? I would not recommend buying anything from Ashley unless it’s in stock and available for same-day pickup.

UPDATE: Updating my previous review unfortunately, the situation has gotten worse. After being told the item would be ready by March 21, we followed up again and were now informed that the delivery has been pushed to April 24. What’s even more frustrating is that there is no guarantee that this new date will be met either. This clearly shows that Ashley’s logistics team is unable to provide accurate or reliable timelines, and customers are left with constant delays and uncertainty. My recommendation remains the same: only purchase items that are already in stock and available for immediate delivery. If your timeline matters at all, avoid ordering anything that is not readily available, as the delivery dates provided cannot be relied upon. My recommendation: only purchase items that are already in stock and available for immediate delivery. If timing is important, I would strongly advise against ordering items that are not currently available, as the actual delivery dates may be significantly delayed.

I had a great experience purchasing my sofa and chairs from Ashley. Ella, the salesperson, was very kind, patient, and helpful throughout the whole process. She answered all my questions and made everything easy. Greg, the manager, was also very professional and supportive, ensuring everything went smoothly. A special thank you to Braian, who handled the delivery. He was extremely friendly, respectful, and professional. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase and the excellent customer service. I highly recommend this store
