Awesome experience with everyone. Got our wonderful couch from them! They offer awesome protection with your furnitures investment. Our transaction were fast and smooth. Highly recommend. Mahmud and Matt are very helpful and knowledgeable. I suggest make sure you know the measurements of your space before you come and take few pictures so they can show you pieces that will work best.

I initially had a good experience with Hazem and Sadaf at the time of purchase, but the post-purchase process has been extremely frustrating. The item delivered was defective, and no one has taken responsibility for resolving the issue. We’ve contacted customer service multiple times and have even spoken with management in person on several occasions, but we still haven’t received a clear answer or solution. It feels like the focus is only on customers during the purchase phase, with little to no support afterward. Overall, very disappointing experience.
