Overall good products. Both salespeople missed a crucial point in our bedroom set and it was that the headboard we wanted wasn't available with the overall bed frame we wanted. So we were forced to choose a different headboard and we went there twice, both people have missed that point. Otherwise it was all right.

I stopped by for some window shopping, hoping to get a little inspiration. However, I don’t really enjoy visiting this store because the sales associates tend to follow you around and bombard you with information about anything you so much as glance at. It makes me uncomfortable having someone hovering over me like that.
I had a weird experience at Ashley Home Store Coquitlam. Michael was great and helpful until we bumped up against store policies and delays that ultimately prevented me from buying what I wanted. I bought the same item at another store 2 days later. Another sales associate interrupted my conversation with Michael to ensure he told me about beds. I said I wasn't shopping for beds and the other associate insisted, so Michael gave me a pamphlet to get the other associate to leave us alone. My first and last time shopping there - despite Michael's efforts. Update - head office takes these reviews seriously and followed up with me to get detail, explain how they would proceed, and were v professional. Bottom line - feedback, when given and received respectfully, helps us all grow and do better.
