We arrived 20 min before it closed for the day and Priya met us as we were furtively looking for a specific end table. We were quite impressed with the showroom. There was so much to see and everything was very beautifully laid out. Priya was patient with us and helped us find what we were looking for. We were very pleased with our purchase. The items at Ashley are worth looking at, and we hope to come back when we have more time to browse.

Highly recommend avoiding Ashley’s warranty service. Their warranty team has been extremely unprofessional and frustrating to deal with. I opened a claim months ago for a frame and cushion issue. The first technician appointment was a no-show with no communication. After rescheduling, the frame was finally repaired, but I was told to open a separate claim for the cushion. The same thing happened again—the technician appointment was missed, and when someone finally came, they brought the wrong-size cushion. I was told another technician would come with the correct one, but nobody contacted us. When I followed up, I discovered the claim had been closed without the repair being completed. I was then told a new claim would be opened and that I would receive a text to schedule an appointment. Days later, nothing. Another agent then falsely blamed me for not answering calls and said the same thing again. Months later, the warranty issue is still unresolved. The lack of communication, repeated missed appointments, incorrect parts, and closed claims is completely unacceptable. Ashley’s warranty service has been an absolute nightmare Update- yet again tech did not bring the replacement for squished matress from poorly designed sofa bed. Technician want me to open 4th claim for the same sofa bed. I am tired of this and will never buy poorly designed furnitures from Ashley. Its been several months of opening and closing claims and waiting for techs who dont show on scheduled appointments. And customer service agents for accusing you not answering the phone when they never called.
I recently had an issue with a product variance on a delivery, but the team handled it absolutely beautifully. I want to give a huge thank you to Sadaf, Soheil (known as Sol), and Rose for their incredible support. They listened to our concerns, stepped in immediately, and provided a very fair and professional solution. Their communication was prompt, respectful, and top-notch. It is rare to see this level of dedication to customer satisfaction. Thank you all for turning a frustrating situation into a great experience!
