Went in looking for a love seat. Which Yadwinder showed me a few while asking me what style I wanted(I told him that I wanted one with rounded padded arms. ) he took me over to the one I was looking for. Only took a few minutes. No pressure. He new everything about the love seat.
Manager(s) dealt with us and were great. Said the couch doesn’t go on sale, so gave us only $100 off but then a few days later the couch went on sale for $350 off. Luckily I noticed. Salesman didn’t contact me to let me know.

After visiting every furniture store on United Boulevard, I settled on Ashley HomeStore! Their showroom is clean and nicely laid out making it a very calm and pleasant experience. The staff are helpful but not pushy. Harleen was particularly wonderful to work with.
I’m extremely disappointed with this delivery experience. The delivery crew was completely unprofessional from start to finish. They were rude, disrespectful, and acted like they didn’t want to be there at all. Communication was terrible, and instead of trying to help, they responded with attitude .Customer service and professionalism were clearly not a priority for this crew. I’ve never experienced such poor behavior from a delivery team before. I would not recommend this company to anyone expecting basic courtesy, professionalism, or reliable service. Very frustrating experience overall.
The delivery service was very good. They were sending me messages to let me know exactly the location of the driver and the last message told me that they were very close to do the delivery. I had enough time to be able to receive my order.
