There was no pressure to buy. Staff was amazing with providing information regarding what other colors the sofas come in. Patient with me as I was very undecided until I sat down and fell in love with a sofa that was slightly over my budget! The sofa options were great they have so many options that would have different appeal to different people!

I purchased a three-piece circular coffee table that my husband and I were very happy but upon delivery. We realize that one of the side tables was rocking the legs were sitting, and there was also noticeable scratches. I phoned my sales clerk at the Coquitlam store in British Columbia and she says it’s out of our hands. We will not give you an exchange. You have to call customer service. I called customer service and explained the situation to them and they told me. We will not send a new table. We have a technician come out to try to fix it. I’ve actually never heard of this, but I said OK. They came out three weeks later after I purchased and the young girl said I could try to fix And it does wobble the table I will put in an order to have a new one I phoned the next day to ask when the new one was coming and there was no record that there was one coming and they said have to fix it I was absolutely absolutely stunned at this situation I spoke to the call centre clerks who gave me the runaround I tried to call the sales woman. She says we don’t handle this They’re going to try to come out and fix it again and glue the leg I would never recommend buying a piece of furniture in this store as it comes damage. Good luck you’re not getting a new one. They just sent a text they are sorry ??? and I am to call the service centre ? Like I called 4 times and nothing has been resolved. They pass the buck from one department to another ! Be warned is all I can say !

We were shopping for a new couch Friday night, our sales associate Sama was very personable. She made us feel very comfortable while trying out the furniture. she was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products & how they were made. Everything was on sale, we had a great time & chose a modular sectional. We will be back!!!!

I have been looking for a wall clock for some time now and found the best and largest selection at this Ashley location. I’m thrilled with my purchase.

Awful store!! There is no reliable sales person let alone customer service!!! They sell product with zero knowledge, and if an issue raised ,there is no store manger to discuss. Don't even relay on what they tell you, they will change their words once the money is paid. Also, it seems that there is no customer service department that oversight their performance. The so called store manger at Coquitlam branch (Mohsen) showed no respect to the customers, and always hiding himself to ignore the customer's problems. Please be careful !!!! I am following up with the other departments to see if anyone could respond to my terrible experience, If I got any answers, I will update my review.

Avoid This Store at All Costs – Untrustworthy and Frustrating Experience We had a deeply disappointing experience here. We went in on a Sunday to buy a bedroom set, negotiated a price that was approved by one manager (Mobash), only to have another manager (Mohsen) barge in and cancel the deal. The original price was based on an online competitor's offer, but Mohsen dismissed it, claiming their store was more "honest" about what pieces were included. After checking with the competitor, we returned to give Ashley another chance, settled on a deal, and applied for financing, thinking the set would include the full bed, dresser, mirror, and two nightstands as agreed. On delivery day, the truck arrived with only a dresser, one nightstand, and the bed’s headboard — no rails, footboard, or second nightstand. When I called, I was told we’d need to pay extra for these "additional" parts. After hours of frustrating calls and being passed back and forth, Mohsen blamed the error on a "rookie" salesperson. This was our second negative experience here. We previously bought a sectional with a "comprehensive" warranty, only to be denied coverage when we needed it, as they pointed to the third-party warranty provider, washing their hands of responsibility. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. I wouldn’t trust them with another purchase. Update with Reply to the Owner: No you are not Sorry, I spent hours with you on the phone trying to fix this and you did absolutely nothing to fix your mistakes. So please spare me the rubbish of pasting in a typical reply to unfavourable reviews. Your service was terrible and I will never step foot in your store again. I urge people to avoid these liars!

I experienced shady and misleading sales tactics. When purchasing a couch, I was explicitly told the delivery date after my salesperson checked the available delivery day. My roommate and I both took half a day off work to ensure we would be home for the delivery. On the day, I called Ashley and the couch was "on schedule" and would arrive 2 weeks later. Upon many emails and calls to management to address the misleading information, I went into the store. The supervisor on Sept 10 told me that I "should be be grateful for only waiting for 2 weeks and that other customers have waited a year for their couch." I have never experienced the attitude or treatment from a saleperson and supervisor. For the prices of the furniture, the customer success is very disappointing.
