I visited Ashley’s over the weekend to view and purchase the Bixler Sofa, and overall, the experience was excellent. I was offered the option to finance the purchase, which I was happy to proceed with. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the third-party lender, Fairstone, which turned into a very stressful situation that caused me to stay at the store for almost 2 hours. That said, I want to give a huge shoutout to Matt and Sadaf, who went above and beyond to support me. They made sure both my dog and I felt calm and taken care of throughout the situation. Their kindness really stood out to me. They offered snacks, water (even for my dog!), and were genuinely reassuring. They were incredibly apologetic, even though the issue was completely out of their control, and truly had my back as a customer. Matt even provided a polishing kit as a gesture of goodwill, which I appreciated. This location has an amazing team, and their level of care goes beyond just customer service. I’m really looking forward to receiving my couch and hoping everything goes smoothly from here.

BEWARE I GOT SCAMMED. The lady straight up lied to my face about the credit card they offer through Ashley's. Ended up costing me 150$ in fees. But the cherry on top is my product is broken out of the box. I have been fighting with them for a month now. Going back and forth. They keep saying they need more information. Not sure how 15 pictures at all angles I could, Plus a video isn't enough to see the issue? Do not go here don't not buy anything.

Update: Thanks to Jason, he helped us and got our fee waived. However, I am still incredibly disappointed in how the managers and my salesperson handled this. It shouldn't take leaving a public review to get a problem fixed when it was clearly this simple all along. We recently spent over $6,000 to fully furnish our new place, including a twin bed frame that cost over $500. Unfortunately, the bed arrived squeaky, weak, and completely unlevel (which I verified with a leveling tool), causing me actual back pain. When I immediately called Guest Care, I was shocked to be told there would be a $79.99 return pickup fee plus 10% return fee from the original price for my bed frame, something my salesperson completely failed to mention. I then called the store directly, and the manager promised to submit a ticket ASAP, to get that $79.99 fee waived for me. It has been two days, and when I followed up with Guest Care today, they informed me that no ticket was ever submitted. It feels like this store completely ducks responsibility the moment they clear your payment. The post-sale customer service from both our salesperson and the store manager has been incredibly poor. I expected much better treatment as a customer who just made a major purchase.

The post-sales experience is absolutely Kafkaesque. We had bought most of our furniture - beds, couch, tables etc - from this store. The purchase experience was great - polished staff, polite demeanor and all that jazz. The products are a little flimsy so but they look urban while they last. The “last” part is a little tricky. In our case - the king bed creeks. Poor thing can’t take too much load. Thankfully we had purchased the warranty and we are well in the warranty period. They can’t deny service. But they can be patronizing and suggest you to wait and claim your no-claim reward. Here are your options - deal with a vender that’s no longer with them. Or you’re on your own. If you go to the people you did business with and made payments to, well, you wasted your time. It’s against their policy to help their customers. They are sorry - they can’t help. That’s all! So, go and enjoy the purchase experience. But keep in mind - it’s a pretty witch that’ll come in its grotesque form the moment you need it. If you ask me, it’s basically a scam under the convenience of corporate policies.
