I purchased a Tempur Prosense mattress and adjustable frame $6576 around Oct 24 2025 and asked them to deliver it for Nov 15(around 20 day later). I explained my conditions for sales person and manager that I will move to new house on Nov 15th that I don't have any bed or mattress there. So if you change delivery time or send it after this time I can't stay there because I don't have bed and mattress to sleep. On Nov 14th at 6 pm they sent a text and changed delivery to Nov 19th. I called them and explained my condition to costumer service that I can't stay in new house without bed and mattress but they didnt help me. In this condition I had 2 options extended my old house contract (fernished house)for 15 days more or booking Airbnb. So, I extended my old contract up to Nov 30th and I paid $1000 more. In the same time I paid 2 differnt rents for 2 houses. I called them more than 3 times and Costumer service almost did nothing. They offered me $150 gift card for next purchase from them. I m not happy with this conditions and ask to give my money back but there answer didnt changed. Last thing that I must mention is day of delivery: According to new delivery time it was between 2 to 5 pm on Nov 19. I took a day off to be in new house but they arrived at 8 pm. I m so angry and sad because of this perches.

I purchased a Modmax sofa from Ashley about 5–6 months ago for $5,000. Despite using it only a few hours each day, the cushions have become lumpy and the fabric has started to fray. The foam has become very soft and deformed, making it uncomfortable to sit on. The seat area has lost its shape, which was initially firm when we bought it. Overall, I am disappointed with the quality and customer service and would not recommend this product or store.
We are very satisfied with all our past furnitures purchased from Ashley and looking forward for our newest living room set coming soon. Great customer service, knowledgeable sales representatives and staff.

Below zero stars – absolutely disappointed with this Ashley sofa. Within less than a month the fabric started to pill, create knots, and leave lint everywhere. It already looks like an old, worn-out couch even though it is practically new. When I bought it, the sales person kept assuring me that the fabric was “very good quality,” that it was fully covered by warranty, and I even paid for the $500 protection plan for extra peace of mind. Now that there is a problem, all they tell me is to “use a fabric shaver.” I have done that and the pills and lint come back again and again. After that, I went through a long process with their Guest Services, sending photos and explaining everything. In the end they refused my claim, even though the sofa is still within the one-year warranty. The product quality is terrible and the customer service is below zero stars. When you are buying, the sales staff are around you all the time. When you have an issue, they disappear and do not stand behind what they promised. I would not recommend this sofa or this store to anyone. Do not trust the sales promises, the “warranty,” or the protection plan. I spoke with Rose and they accepted my claim. I do wish the guest services team had handled things better initially before this review, but Rose really understood my concerns and made sure the claim was approved.
Bardia Sadeghi was great! Very helpful, showed me a bunch of options and was very flexible to help me get what I needed. Checked several stores along that road but ultimately came back to him.
I went to Ashley store on United blvd to buy furniture for our new home. We were greeted very warmly by Bardia and later assisted by Sadaf. He was very professional and very knowledgeable about the sizes that could fit into our condo. He had a great taste. He was so corteous, and like a gentleman. Sadaf was also warm and cordial and helpful. We are looking forward to having our new furniture and table sets in our new home in January.
We bought a bed from Ashley, and it broke after only 8 months — completely unacceptable for a brand-new piece of furniture. We requested replacement parts in September, and the experience since then has been a nightmare. Every time we contact them, we get the same scripted apology and another delay. Now they’re saying the parts won’t arrive until January, which is beyond ridiculous. For such a large company, the lack of communication, accountability, and urgency is shocking. They take your money quickly, but when something goes wrong, you’re on your own. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences we’ve ever dealt with. We regret purchasing from Ashley and strongly warn others to stay away. This experience will be reflected in our future reviews.
