I recently purchased a sofa from Ashley’s Furniture store in Abbotsford and I’m pleased with the whole process. The staff are friendly yet professional and allow you time to look without being hounded. The store is clean organized and has a large variety of furniture in stock to view and try out before buying. Grant, the salesperson who helped us was very knowledgeable. Most of my furniture has been purchased from Ashley’s Furniture, I love the quality. I would recommend this store if you’re looking for good quality furniture!

We have bought twice now from Ashley in Abbotsford and it has always been a very enjoyable experience. We have often felt very pressured into purchasing at other franchises and have never felt like that at this location of Ashley Furniture. Not only were the sales advisors very knowledgeable and helpful, they were also respectful of our budget, needs, and wants. Sales person, Ricky, is very knowledgeable on Ashley's products. We did not feel pressured into buying anything...but we did as we were looking to purchase. We can't wait for our power loveseat to be delivered next week, very quick service. He is also very kind. Update, our new power recliner was delivered on the day promised. We were emailed a link to track the driver's GPS location and it was precise to determine delivery time. The two delivery gentlemen were proficient and courteous. We are very pleased with this Ashley purchase experience.

I've never been disrespected at a furniture store before but I was yesterday. The sales man realized I wasn't going to buy something during my visit and asked that I leave out the side door. He explained that ppl who don't buy things hurt their sales numbers because they have a head counter at the front door. I have told my family and friends about my experience and we will not be shopping at Ashley's anymore.
