Went in looking for a patio table and Rita helped us out, we ended up going with a whole patio furniture set then all new furniture for the living room inside too! They were extremely helpful and patient with our indecisiveness and we couldn't be happier! Definitely recommend this store to everyone
Do not buy from ashley furniture. The store at Red Deer is "sales only," which means no accountability whatsoever would be taken if you wanted to return something or get a refund. The aftee sales service team is virtual, which means you would never be able to talk to someone who can sort out any issues that you have. The service team never gets back to you, and the sales team apparently has "no clue," and neither does the delivery team. My partner and I lived with an unassembled dining table, which ordered 4 months in advance, which sat on top of the dining chairs for exactly one month. Then, when we wanted to return the items, the service team wanted us to be ok with changing the item, which would take another few months (because they never have stocks of items). They don't have parts for items they sell, apparently anywhere in canada. So if something was missing, you'll end up sitting with items that you can't use, and ashley will use your own house like a warehouse to keep the itmea until the delivery team is available. They have a 48-hour policy for returns, which comes into place even if you're not using the items (since they come without the essential parts and just sit in your house). Also, they take a 10% stocking fee for you to return items, so even if it's not your fault, they charge you to return items. Picture attached of the dining table that came without bolts and sat on top of the dining chairs for one whole month and was returned (we had to order the parts ourselves and was supposed to come within 2 weeks or even before as what the service team promised). Do not buy from here for items which requires pre ordering. It's not worth it. You can buy similar designs from other furniture stores in red deer. Wish we did because we regret ever shopping here.

Extremely disappointing experience. I was sold a warranty and promised replacement cushions, which I followed up on multiple times over a month. Despite emails, texts, and recorded calls confirming they were ordered, the company is now claiming my warranty is void based on an unverified chat thread that could have been with anyone. When I asked for a signed copy of my contract, I was sent a generic pamphlet instead. Unprofessional, evasive, and unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend trusting this company to stand behind their word or documentation.
The Red Deer Home store was absolutely awesome, our sales lady was great, and the manager was awesome as well! Great people, great store, great products!
Was told 1 date for pick up and every time we called the date got further and further away. Ended up waiting 1.5 weeks longer then originally told. Then we were told they would arrive on Sunday but can't pick up on Sunday only on Monday. Then Monday comes and I get a phone call saying no pick up on mondays only tuesday- Saturday. No one seems to know what they are doing and offered no help for any inconveniences we experienced. Definitely wouldn't buy from here again.
Landon and his partner were very good with manoeuvring around the walls and stairs. Both were very polite and worked well as a team of 2. They were careful when assembling and cleaned up the packaging material. They get an A+!!!
