We spent quite a while at the store. Adding coffee tables and lamps to our order. In the end we got the deal we thought was fair.

In store staffs are doing a great job selling and accommodating customers. However, I gave 2 stars is because of the after-service they offer when they delivered the item that has a manufacturing defect. They will only repair the item and not replace it. I have been waiting for 1 1/2months to date for them to fix the issue but no action has been taken seriously. Now, they want to drill new holes on the new table to have it aligned and doesn't want to replace it at all. Please do not trust these people, they only want your money and that’s it. Not even the extra warranty they charged is not worth the penny, because they will just repair and not replace. So disappointed. High Price, quality is poor. Everything has been settled. Red Deer Customer Service Staff especially Harp & Rose stepped in and settled everything. Table is now replaced with a new one. Keep it up Red Deer Team.
