(**Update below) Purchased a 4 piece MODMAX II sectional. The left recliner was damaged in transit or on my driveway. After the left recliner popped out of the reclining track, I looked underneath and found a wheel for the recliner track was broken and missing one half. I found the other half in my driveway. This was less than 3 hours after the furniture was all set up. I was told I had 48hrs to report any problems. I contacted service and it took multiple calls and 3 days to get any sort of reply. The reply: waiting multiple weeks for parts to ship to my home, then I have to arrange for a service technician which usually takes an additional 1 to 2 weeks. So I am looking at 6 to 8 weeks to get the couch repaired that they dropped of damaged. I called the store and voiced that I wanted a replacement item because I paid for a new item, not a damaged item. If I could not get a replacement I expect a discount similiar to what I would get for buying a demo or open box. Faith said she agreed that was fair, would pass the information on to a manager, and I would get a call back after the weekend. 6 days since that call and I am still bugging them to have a manager call me. 2 weeks since I recieved the damage item. **Update** Following my review Rose reached out to me immediately and was able to assist me with this issue directly and give me the information I was not getting from the service or sales teams. There seems to be a bit of separation between sales and service and I was not getting clear answers or the sense of urgency I felt was fair after my couch showed up damaged. The repair technician was curious and knowledgeable of the product and Rose immediately followed up to ensure I was satisfied. If anyone is having issues like I had, I recommend submitting a 1 star review and contact the customer service rep that replies to it. Thanks again, Rose.
