Terrible customer service! They tell you a delivery date, you pay then they keep changing the date. You have 48 hours to cancel and they kept telling me to call tomorrow so that I would be past my cancelation time so I would end up paying 10% to cancel. Dishonest. Shop elsewhere.
We were shopping for a bedroom suite. Brendan assisted us with our purchase. His approachable personality and product knowledge made us comfortable with our purchase. He ensured we were fully aware of the choices and options we had within the bedroom suite we chose. The furniture came in two different shipments within less than three weeks. Delivery dates and live txt and email tracking messages were sent by Jenny so we knew when the furniture would arrive.
