Purchased a bedroom set in March, the salesman in the store was great to work with. However scheduling delivery had to be done through their customer service call center and it was a nightmare. When the items were delivered a month later, both night stands arrived damaged. After numerous phone calls/emails/chats, Ashely determined that one would need to be completely replaced and that the other could be repaired. Three months after the purchase and another dozen phone calls to schedule the service, Ashley techs came out but informed us that they were only there to replace one night stand and we would need to call customer service to arrange the repair for the other. Another month later, the day before the repair was scheduled, Ashley email saying that the repair was being canceled because they needed to order replacement parts. (Ashley doesn't asses the repair until 24 hours before it's scheduled). It's now taken another month to receive the replacement parts and Ashley is currently unable to schedule the repairs.
The guys who delivered my furniture were absolutely awesome. They made the experience pleasurable.
Excellent customer service and knowledge of furniture, options & focused on client needs and requests. No huge attempts for upselling which is an absolute deal breaker for me so as usual staff at Ashley are much appreciated 👍 👏 and Austen new to the scene is excellent and thorough! Really enjoyed working with him!

Had a great experience, the beautiful sales lady knew exactly what I described to her, about the recliner I was looking for, that was on sale…now I’ll give another review after I get it, and experience the product…👍
I bought a couch a week ago from this store. It was delivered on Wednesday. The actual experience of purchasing was actually really good. It's the delivery where it went downhill. I paid $1400 for a new couch and when it was delivered it had stitching coming out of the back pillow. I contacted them the day it was delivered and they made be use a virtual assistant to send pictures of the damages to. Then they said they would contact me in 48 hours. They sent me an email saying they were sending a replacement part. No one ever spoke to me or I would have told them that was unacceptable. Monday FedEx dropped off the whole back cover to the couch that has to be installed professionally. I did not pay for a recovered couch. I paid for a brand new couch and that's what I want. When I told them I wanted to return it they said it's past the 48 hours. I called them the day of delivery. They didn't email until after 48 hours and I didn't receive the replacement part until well beyond the 48 hours. This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered and when I called their "customer care" Terry just kept repeating their 48 hour policy. I will be going down to the store to speak with them face to face. I reached out to the person who sold it to me and he has yet to return my call. I would keep the couch if they replace it with a brand new couch. Why would you deliver a damaged product? I wish I would have read their reviews on here and the better business bureau before buying. I will also be making a complaint on the better business bureau. *Edit* I have changed this to a 3 star because Rose has reached out to me and is sending me a replacement couch. Once I have recieved the couch and made sure that it is all good I will update again. *Edit* I have edited my review again and given it 4 stars. The replacement couch came today and there was no damage. I am pleased with the help that Rose provided. If anyone has any issues with their order I would suggest reaching out to Rose for help.
PURCHASE AT YOUR OWN RISK! We spent $5k plus a delivery fee on couches that arrived damaged! I called and let customer service know immediately after delivery about the damage per their 48 hour policy. Ashley refuses to replace the damaged piece unless I pay a $100 delivery fee for the replacement and a $40 fee to have the damaged piece picked up! Ashley states repair over replacement policy if you are unhappy with an item. Unhappy with an item is not the same as an item arriving in broken & stained condition straight off of the delivery truck! I'm stuck waiting 4 weeks for parts and for a tech to attempt to repair/clean my brand new furniture with no guarantee this will restore my couch to "showroom quality". By this time I will be long past the 48 hours to decide if I'm "unhappy" with my purchase. I've contacted the Red Deer store and Ashley Canada multiple times but they refuse to do the right thing. BUYER BEWARE this company does not stand behind their products and has poor business ethics! I have never come across another company that operates this way! Atrocious customer service if you have any issues. This was an extremely disappointing and emotionally taxing experience and I will not purchase from Ashley again in the future or recommend them to anyone!

We had an excellent experience here. Everyone was very friendly and the service was great. Troy was professional and his humor was on point.
