Had a good experience buying a new tempurpedic bed. Sales staff were very nice and our purchase was available sooner than scheduled which was great!!
Braden the salesman was excellent. Its too bad i will be in my condo an entire month with no couch. Order on December 16 but cant get to my place until January 30??? Thats not excellent service.
Service sucked
Bought a bed frame, box spring and mattress. Paid for delivery. Delivery people came and they had no slats for the bed frame. It took 3 visits back to the store just to be handed the wrong slats. Husband(who is 70) cut them to fit along with having to make the legs. Have conversed with Ashley's in Red Deer, where we bought the bed, and they think we've done a wonderful job. We have not been compensated for anything we've done. They did not fulfill their end of the contract.
The team at Ashley were so helpful and patient with me to make sure i got what i was looking for and within my price range. Thanks so much Brayden and team.
The sales persons I dealt with were extremely communicative, kind and most helpful!!!! I appreciated that we were greeted upon arrival, but were not “hounded” while we browsed on two occasions, today and earlier bus week.
I just purchased a sofa and a chair and now waiting for delivery. Rita, the salesperson and the manager were very friendly and professional explaining everything with details. They told us it will take 4-5 weeks for delivery so we were hoping to receive the items before the New Year. We just found out they will come in the middle Of January :(
All around bad experience. I have bought a couple items from Ashley’s . Last couch I bought was not good I sank in the cushion. So I sold that one … then gave Ashley’s another chance . This time terrible service pushy sales man …. So no more I will never go there again . A very nice place to go is Sims Furniture Red Deer look there before you decide to buy
