I found the salesman, Brendan, very helpful. There was no pressure to make any purchase my first visit. On my return visit he remembered me and helped with my purchases.

I was pleased with the help at the store. And so far pleased with other quality. What was not so great AT ALL was the delivery date. Purchased October 23, delivery was to be Dec 4, then November 27, then mid January. Absolutely less than optimum and many things were not explained related to delivery date, etc. at time of purchase. Delivery guys were great, very accommodating and friendly.
Our experience was great. Everyone is so friendly, I felt so comfortable, no pushing for a sale just polite conversation. We got all the information from the salesperson ( with a big smile). That we needed , they are very knowledgeable about their products.
Ashley store and customer service we're good but their delivery system was not the best, I wasn't happy with them
