Our shopping experience with Ashley Home store was very positive. Rita, the sales clerk, was such a lovely lady and answered all of our questions. We were extremely pleased with our purchase and because of Rita we will be back to Ashley again.
Purchasing was nice but there delivery people are not good . Could not get old couch out so just left it an put new one in garage. Don't pay for their delivery plan. Also marked the ceiling and walls

We had an issue arise throughout the process of purchasing our couch but Rose, the store manager, did everything she could to rectify the situation and did so successfully. She was extremely quick the fix the issue and very kind to do so.
I recently had the pleasure of working with Brendan at the Red Deer Ashley store. He personally called to invite me to a private VIP Sale. Although I couldn't make it until near the end of the day, Brendan remembered me from a visit a few weeks earlier and warmly welcomed us back. Brendan is extremely knowledgeable and refreshingly not pushy. He is patient, professional, and meets you where you're at financially, without any judgment. He truly went above and beyond. Went in looking for a patio table and Rita helped us out, we ended up going with a whole patio furniture set then all new furniture for the living room inside too! They were extremely helpful and patient with our indecisiveness and we couldn't be happier! Definitely recommend this store to everyone
