I’ve always loved Ashley’s and their products. The salesman I had, Andrew was very helpful with which sectionals would be best for my household as I have animals. Very polite gentleman, not pushy at all. The lady at the desk Tara was also really nice to deal with.. would definitely recommend this place. I’m extremely excited for my sectional to be delivered Friday!😊😊
Scott at Medicine Hat did a fantastic job for us again. We had a few challenges for him to overcome and he was up to the task! Very impressed with the great service!
I went to Ashley to look at what they had for sectionals for our new home. Andrew. Was sent over to me to answer any questions and show me what they had based on my requests. Andrew was very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, In assisting me to choose the sectional that met our needs. I brought my husband back later that evening, he looked at and tried out the sectional and we decided to purchase it. We had to go for dinner, so said he would do up all the paperwork and have it ready for us when we came back the next day. We went back the next day Process the payment and we were happy to find out that the item was in stock and would be available for when we took possession of our new home. If you shop at Ashley’s, I recommend you specifically ask for Andrew as you will not only enjoy chatting with him, but also you will have the experience of a qualified Ashley furniture employee you is honest.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. From the beginning this was the worst experience ever. Booked an appointment with Scot. Showed up, lady at the front greeted us and asked if we were Scot’s appointment, as he is day off today, but Andrew will take care of us. Andrew said that Scot was sick that day, so we are not sure if he was day off or he was indeed sick. Andrew took other customers and didn’t even acknowledge us. We went back where the appliances were, only to wait about 30 minutes before Andrew showed up. By that time I was fuming and didn’t really wanted to finish this sale. But we were here, so we did. Wished we left and went to someone else. Delivery was pushed back TWICE, where we took time off work and had booked trades people to install appliances for us. This was a huge inconvenience for us. We will NEVER shop here again. When I called Andrew about the canceled deliveries, he was nothing but confrontational and unhelpful and wanted 10% of total sales to cancel an order that he did nothing for. I am a manager of a retail store and this is not the customer service I readily make available to my customers and I am very unhappy to have been at the receiving end of this where this should’ve been a very happy experience. And to top it off, I have not been contacted by Tara, manager, to discuss this as stated that this was shared with her. I’m very unhappy.

Tara is our go to person when we need go get something from Ashley's in Medicine hat. We went in and purchased 3 chairs and a new fridge. She Is amazing to deal with and if you have any questions she has the answer.
