I have has 0 issues with the store themselves but 4 years ago we bought a kitchen table and chairs and were told that the furniture warrenty covers everything even if a screw driver was to go through it. Bring forward to todays date and one of the chairs my knee went through it my kneeling on the chair but its not covered under warrenty because thats normal "wear and tear". Not sure how having a knee go thorough a chair is normal. Call us dumb for believing in the sale pitch for the warrenty but maybe the sales people should be a little more honest in what it coveres.

I would like to update my experience with Ashley Home Furniture and recognize the outstanding customer service I received from Rose. Initially, I was very disappointed with the lack of support I received regarding an issue with my coffee table. Despite reaching out for help with a repair or exchange, I felt that my concerns were not being addressed, which led me to leave a negative review. Shortly after, Rose, the store manager, personally contacted me. She took the time to listen to my concerns, treated me with respect, and genuinely cared about finding a solution. Thanks to her professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction, Ashley has agreed to replace my table, and my new one is scheduled to arrive on July 2. I truly appreciate Rose's excellent customer service and her willingness to make things right. She completely changed my experience, and I am very grateful for her help.
