If I could give 0 stars, I would. From the beginning this was the worst experience ever. Booked an appointment with Scot. Showed up, lady at the front greeted us and asked if we were Scot’s appointment, as he is day off today, but Andrew will take care of us. Andrew said that Scot was sick that day, so we are not sure if he was day off or he was indeed sick. Andrew took other customers and didn’t even acknowledge us. We went back where the appliances were, only to wait about 30 minutes before Andrew showed up. By that time I was fuming and didn’t really wanted to finish this sale. But we were here, so we did. Wished we left and went to someone else. Delivery was pushed back TWICE, where we took time off work and had booked trades people to install appliances for us. This was a huge inconvenience for us. We will NEVER shop here again. When I called Andrew about the canceled deliveries, he was nothing but confrontational and unhelpful and wanted 10% of total sales to cancel an order that he did nothing for. I am a manager of a retail store and this is not the customer service I readily make available to my customers and I am very unhappy to have been at the receiving end of this where this should’ve been a very happy experience. And to top it off, I have not been contacted by Tara, manager, to discuss this as stated that this was shared with her. I’m very unhappy.

Andrew was helpful with all our purchases. He was respectful, polite and knowledgable. He went beyond his job as we are new to the area and he aided us with directions. Thank you Andrew.

Tara was extremely helpful, friendly and informative. I would recommend her to anyone that feels uncertain about making a purchase. She made us feel very comfortable and we love the furniture piece she help us picked. It fits our needs and space perfectly, truly worth the buy, excellent quality furniture! My fridge broke and I was glad that I had pitched extended warranty but a lot of good it had been! My fridge broke June of 2023 and was finally taken away to be fixed in November and was returned finally in February, only to have it break again at the beginning of March! It only lasted a month and I have been struggling again to have it fixed! I was MORE than patient the first time but after asking to talk to a manager (more then once) and being denied, I AM DONE! Never again will I buy from or recommend Ashley.

I am so done with Ashley… I purchased several appliances there and bought extended warranty on my fridge… My fridge of course broke June of 2023 had the technician out several times and it kept still not working. Technician said he couldn’t fix it as it was the compressor… Ashley was going to pick it up and take it away to be fixed. It sat in my dining room from September till November when they picked it up. Returned it February and it broke again March (lasted literally 1 month). Now it’s been a month and technician has been out and said it’s the same problem. Ashley keeps telling me to wait for them to call. I asked to speak to a manager as I’m frustrated and was told they would phone me the next day between 10 and 11. No call. I call them and they deny that happened and I need to wait. Asked for a manager two more times and she just put me on hold and I waited 20 minutes with no one ever picking up the line again… I am very frustrated, and now I’m furious. I was being so patient but there are limits!! I am sick of going down a flight of stairs to use my garage fridge because my beautiful kitchen fridge is broken! So I do not recommend Ashley or their extended warranty as well as the fridge is whirlpool so stay away from that too!!

Initially purchase was good but pray nothing breaks. My fridge had extended warranty and unfortunately I have had to use it but it's been a nightmare!!! It broke in June of 2023 and it didn't get fixed and back to me till February of 2024, only to break again 1 month later!!! It's been a month again since I've started the process all over again. Amazing customer service, their delivery service guys were absolutely professional and so efficient at their job, I was utterly amazed and will definitely be recommending this business to everyone. Thank you so much guys.
