It's kind of odd to go into a furniture sales place and feel welcomed without pressured, attended to without being followed. Whatever training they're doing for their wonderful people (or maybe they just happened to hire just wonderful people who didn't need training) the whole team that I ran into in that store on both occasions were absolutely remarkable individuals. Yesterday on Thursday August 20th it was a little event thingy with snacks and stuff and a TV setup for kids... Anyways they attended to our kids and we're so genuinely kind - so everyone working that day I would like to just recognize as being wonderful. Mani was our sweet sales girl, but again I wish I knew everyone's name cuz they were all fantastic.

Sales woman was very knowledgeable. Anything that she was not %100 sure of she talked to a technician if it was a mechanical question or to the finance person regarding pay plans. Was very prompt and would text me in a reasonable time. Bad thing was the phone number on the website. When called was no prompt to talk live to a store person. Tried 4 times and kept getting no where. Your listing business by not having the proper prompt to get transferred to the stores front desk. Dumb dumb.

We had a great experience in store, but we're deeply disappointed in the post-sales experience. To the point where we have been debating if we would purchase direct from Ashley again. We had just moved to the area and needed to purchase a new dining room table. We ordered a new one and we're given the expected delivery date of "Friday August 15th". It's Friday August 14th, so I thought that's fine, I can make myself available both days just in case and disposed of our other table in anticipation of the delivery. Called in today (August 14th) to confirm and was told by the computer and a very unhelpful Janice that the delivery date is actually August 22nd now. None of this was communicated with us. We have young children, no dining room table, for multiple weeks and we were planning to travel over our expected delivery date. We had understood that the 15th (from our purchase order) was our delivery date, but from talking to customer service it is ready but not on the truck since we didn't schedule it for the 15th. I didn't realize that we were expected to guess their timelines and schedule it ourselves AGAIN after having scheduled it in store. I don't know where the communication breakdown happened, whether is was our salesperson or head office, nor why we are expected to self-schedule after having confirmed the date. If we had wanted the IKEA experience, we would have gone to IKEA. A genuinely disappointing experience. Zero communication, horrible service, no resolution offered aside from a half hearted "sorry" 🤷🏼‍♀️. Would not recommend. Guess I'll miss my mom's 60th birthday now.
