Fantastic service and exceptionally friendly staff. They were very friendly even though they were frustrated.
Won't be dealing with this store again picked out a bunch of stuff that I really wanted made changes. Because it changed my mind on a few things. And I kept asking about the shipping. And kept getting told that the shipping was free. Then, at the very end before, I was just to come and finalize everything. I was told that they would try and get free shipping. Very misleading and they lied. Don't appreciate being lied to you and do not appreciate being treated the way. I was by one of the associates, and she acted very unprofessional. After she was told not to talk to me and then didn't even tell me what the reason was because I complained about her. And then act super unprofessional and acted like she was in high school and a two-year-old on top of that But the bottom line is, I don't enjoy being lied to.That is why I chose not to go back and finalize my purchase.And there was no follow up as to why or what the problem was

They not only set everything up perfectly but also cleaned up after themselves, leaving the space spotless. It’s rare to see this level of service, and I truly appreciated it.
