purchased a rocking chair September 28 and pick up was on our sale order for October 08th. This day had come and gone with no contact whats so ever. I called the automated number and got a delievery date of a 2 weeks later, same thing happened. I went into the store with very little help. they told me the delievery system was all automated and wpuld look into it for me. when phoning the automated lined for pick up I was given another date. this day came and gone. no communication from the store. I went in wanting answers, compensation and most importantly my chair. I was told I could cancel my order, order something else or be patient and wait for it to come. I message was sent to the main warehouse and then a few days later I got a text message (automated) that I could chose from pick up dates begining 2 weeks later.... the chair finally showed up. I was never given a call by the manager regarding compensation, never given any calls regarding updates. will not be shopping at ashleys again .
Everything from, browsing, to questions being answered, to well informed to putting my purchase together to the efficient and timely delivery .... was all fantastic!!! Thank you all so much.
