Extremely poor customer service. I purchased a $3,000 Party Time recliner which required power. Having no power in the middle of my room. To resolve this I was sold a battery pack for $200 to power the chair. When it was delivered the power pack did not have the right plugs for the chair. I went into the store to exchange the “proprietary “ power pack and was told the chair manufacturer had changed the plug configuration and they would have to source a new power pack. “Leave it to me and we will get this fixed” they said. It is now three weeks later and no contact from the store. I went into today to speak to the manager but she sent her people back to me saying she had a cold and didn’t want to expose me. The staff told me I had to call customer care. I asked them to call them and sort it out. I was starting to become frustrated. After speaking with customer care for 30 minutes they wanted to send a technician to repair the chair. It was like they weren’t even listening to the problem. I told them there was nothing wrong with the chair just the wrong power pack. (English was not their first language). After many frustrating attempts to explain the problem I said forget it I will just return the chair. I was then informed that I couldn’t return the chair because I didn’t do that within 48 hours of receiving it. I said goodbye and asked again to talk to the store manager. This time she came out but only wanted to tell me I had to deal with customer care. I will never buy anything from Ashley again and hope no one has to go through what I am going through. I called customer care back and was told to submit a claim via text message. The text is answered by a bot that goes into an infinite loop of the same questions.

Ordered a bed and mattress they said it would be about a week! Got the bed and had to wait a few more days for the bed! They messaged me to say bed was in so went to pick up and when I got there they told me it wasn’t! Waited a few more days and then they called and said it was in! Went there picked up and went home! After opening it I realized it was missing parts! After making contact they said they will ship me the parts to complete the bed! In my opinion there was to many mistakes and will not be going back!
Really quality furniture and so friendly staff from sales person to delivery guys. I’m so happy to have deal with this company. Will highly recommend this place for anyone!!!
