The girls were all super helpful and very thoughtful when they knew I was suffering with a back issue. It was a comfortable experience and they certainly helped make it a lot easier!
Our experience was great forgot for name, but it was a gal that helped us. She was really good at explaining stuff, what was best for our family. Waht I absolutely loved She was not pushy, if you go to some stores, they come right away to you and try to force you to buy stuff. And she wasn't doing that. She was just simply answering our questions. And let us decide if we wanted to buy anything or not.

Terrible customer service, my aunt purchased a table, was defective almost immediately. Picked it up, brought it back using a Sharpie to correct it, she sent it away again, they sent her back another one and all she wants is a return on her money, as she had to buy another kitchen table because she was without one for over a month. Don't waste your time or your money I'm adding this to be able to respond to you. Of course you can find my information in the system, because if you had already read it, then you would see that it was my aunt that purchased it. There's no point it's been a 3-month ordeal. At that point I was looking for a couch, and then the kitchen table, I opted to buy somewhere else. My parents have also stated that they will never shop there either, as they've had their couches, and a horrible experience with you guys as well.
