Frustrating! The sales strategy is to hover and follow you around. Even when you politely ask for space the sales people continue to follow you - no chance for a private conversation. When we finally decided on pieces the quote we got didn’t include the sale going on (which is fine) and was adjusted when we asked if the sale was applied. They then took a 10% deposit. After the deposit was paid they realized there were missing an item (despite reiterating 3x out loud that 2 chairs were included). Adding the chair (after the deposit) increased protection by $200. When I questioned that I was told there is nothing they can do. After far too long of trying to purchase furniture, I asked for my deposit back with the intent of ordering online and was told it would take 7 days… so, I couldn’t make a purchase and I could get money back. The manager got involved and offered a slight discount which was appreciated; I was then charged two more deposits because the math wasn’t mathing. Overall frustrating and disappointing. Left deflated after what should have been an exciting experience. Will stick to online.
