Worst experience with sales people assisting my partner today, July 27th when he called to Ashley Furniture store in Medicine Hat, AB inquiring to purchase another piece of furniture to gift for an upcoming wedding this weekend. I spent over $8253.47 last Saturday, July 25th and was assisted by a pleasant sales person Manjinder Kaur (she gets a 4star) who informed me that the delivery for my remaining furnitures will be this coming Wednesday, July 29th. On the other hand, my partner called today at about 1230h and spoke to a Scott. My partner was asking if he can add another purchase - a coffee table with the delivery on Wednesday & Scott seem to be non-accommodating by telling my partner that somebody will call him instead. He asked which name and phone# and had difficulty looking up my information. Scott hanged up after telling someone will call my partner back and did not realize he did not hang up the phone. My partner heard the conversation happening at the background where Scott was laughing to another sales person by the name of Amanda, also laughing and Scott saying to her my partner yelled his phone # at him and that he couldn’t understand him and that my partner was giving him a headache. “And the guy was asking if the stuff was out already from calgary that they just bought last Saturday.” and Amanda reacted “Wait til they find out they are not getting their furniture this week!” and laughed harder. So my partner started saying I can still hear you guys talking about me and talking about us here, and then suddenly hanged up. My partner called back immediately and told Scott that he was still on the line and can hear him and the Amanda badmouthing him and me. Scott was denying it at first, and then eventually apologized to my partner; told my partner that Amanda is working on checking on the purchases last Saturday. Amanda validated to my partner after she asked if there was something wrong, and my partner asked that there was Scott from sales who he was speaking to another woman and badmouthing him and laughing about us and our order, and Amanda admitted to my partner “that was me” and apologized. With the table my partner tried to add & purchase - Amanda says no there’s no way to get it soon but until August 13th and was asked by my partner if she can look up if there was one in Regina or Saskatoon. My partner says he called another Ashley store, in Regina and in a minute they gave him the answer, and said they found one in Saskatoon. Amanda told my partner after a callback, that he has the mattresses ordered but my partner needs to pick it up on the weekend! Like what the heck is this customer service Ashley furniture Medicine Hat, AB???!!!! i paid for my delivery and paid extra to assemble in the place of delivery and just because another person is inquiring, you will act nasty! Why did you guys did not act this way last Saturday in front of me?! you guys are freaking cruel to even make comments that I am difficult when you all there don’t get along with each other and showing your customers the same! I remembered Manjinder Kaur having trouble w the sales lady wearing a cowboy hat doing my invoice (not getting along). You guys dont get along their as a team or just because one already got the commission you guys would not be welcoming anymore! Act like adults and provide excellent or even just close to nice customer service, otherwise that is the wrong job for you! Amanda! Amanda! Amanda! Gave me the best experience buying my first couch, my crib boutta be sik now thanks Amanda, ill be back for a new mattress soon!

Amanda is the bees knees! if you need a couch or a bed frame or anything else you have to go to her. I went to Ashley’s to buy a couch and also got a bed frame, and dealing with Amanda was better than talking to Ashley herself in the flesh. If you’re trying to furnish your home this girl gonna get you set up all fax no printer. Our house is bussin now. To top it off, she was dealing with a very special customer while also dealing with us, the multitasking along with maintaining a professional demeanour is very impressive. I work in the car industry and I’ve never seen a better salesperson in my life. Thanks Amanda! We will be back!

We had a wonderful experience with Cali and pj they went above and beyond to help us with our choice of furniture. We will definitely shop at Ashley again thank you for all your help.
