Dont bother shopping at this store they have there own agenda with regards to delivering when they want and sit on your money for 3 months. No wonder there are no customers in the store, wouldn't be surprised if they close soon. Very nice in the store, no customer service afterwards!

nice furniture I'd you are willing to wait 3 month for it. Ashley furniture promise delivery when they want to deliver! We gave 2 month notice of date delivery required they have made us wait another month. BE WARNED! Think twice before purchasing from this store...no wonder there are never any customers inside.
We were approached by Amanda as soon as we walked in. We told her what we were looking for & she showed us what Ashley had to offer. She is very knowledgeable about the recliners we were looking at & made sure we knew all the details. Title: Beautiful Furniture, Terrible Customer Care & Logistics I ordered a king bed base, headboard, and two sideboards from Ashley Furniture in June, and delivery was canceled and delayed for 4 months until October 1st. A few main issues stood out: * Misleading Sales Claims: In-store staff claimed all items are made locally in Ashley warehouses—the bed base was actually imported. We were also never told the slat spacing required buying a separate box spring to prevent mattress damage. You really cannot do without this as the slat spacing is so far apart! * Conflicting Support: An automated call flagged that one sideboard was missing. When I spoke to human agents, they assured me they’d secured the missing item and the full order would arrive October 1st. * Incomplete Delivery: Despite assurances, only one sideboard arrived with the bed base and headboard The Bright Spots: The delivery crew on October 1st was professional, polite, and handled everything great on their end, and the furniture itself looks very pretty. Overall, the product looks good, but the inaccurate sales pitch, broken support promises, and massive delivery headaches make it hard to recommend.
