Great Customer Service. I had originally placed an order over the phone for some furniture But upon arrival we Decided to grab a kitchen table last minute. Ronnie was amazingly helpful and gave us a great deal. Drayton was extremely helpful with helping us load everything up, and even wrapped up the furniture extra to make sure we had no damage on the drive home. I will definitely be a returning customer and 10/10 recommend them.

I bought a bedroom set and a large sofa, both of which exceeded my expectations in terms of quality and style. Later, I decided to get a TV room set that I saw online but wasn’t available in the showroom. The team was incredibly helpful and quickly placed the order for me. The delivery was impressively fast, and everything arrived in perfect condition. The customer service was excellent, and the delivery team was professional and efficient, handling assembly with ease. Highly recommend this store for quality furniture and exceptional service!

The management and customer service of the Lloyd staff is horrible. I ordered furniture in December and was told that it would take 3-4 weeks to be delivered. I called back in the 4th week to ask which date exactly would it be delivered. In response, the lady on the phone was super rude and casually said it will take another 4 weeks to be delivered. Firstly, shouldn’t she have contacted and informed me instead of me asking? I mean where did the courtesy of “apologizing” go in this world? Also, who delivers furniture “in stock”, two months or more later?! She clearly wanted the customers to not come back because I will not! They need to change the staffing at Lloydminster for sure!
