Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever used in my life. Would give it -5 stars. Purchased a sofa and was not delivered to the store. We get a call saying to come pick it up in Calgary which is 2 hours away. Uh no. When it did arrive at our home it was seriously broken. Contacted them and didn’t get back to us. When they did get back to us they say there is a 48 hour return policy so they won’t take it back. The worst experience ever. Never buy Ashley furniture.

I went yesterday to Lethbridge Ashley Furniture and bought a floor model recliner love seat, I need a specific size because I need it to fit a space in our RV, they had me sign a waiver saying sale is final, which I did, however this morning we realize this recliner is to big, we were supposed to pick it up today, I called and explained the situation, then I went to the store, the sales lady is lovely and really tried to help us out, but had nothing in stock that would work for us, she took us to talk to her manager who was extremely rude and who said I was rude and this is a final sale, needless to say I got upset as well. I really had hope for some good will but nope and I will never shop there again, the guy is a real jerk, we have purchased furniture there previously but never again, and want to pre-warn people before purchasing items from this business.
