I don’t usually writing bad reviews, as I myself work in customer service and know that people make mistakes. But Ashley’s is a different breed. They pride themselves in being the “#1 furniture store in Canada” FALSE!!! If you want to wait 4 months or longer for your couch to be delivered. “With the lot of hassle in the mean time” Ashley’s is the place to go!

A huge selection of beautiful and high-quality furniture, and very friendly and professional staff. If you want to update the furniture in your home, this store is for you.

I only give one star because the lady was very nice and helpful to me. The company "needed" my cell number and my email for the "receipt" although the lady tried to print me a receipt at the very end of the transaction....so it was obviously NEEDED for the reason I thought, to send spam mail, text messages I don't want or need. Ashley, stop this practice! People don't want it. Give them an email on the actual receipt or the option at POS to refuse emails and texts.

So we got a washer in 2020 from Ashley it has been looked at 3 time the 3 time of them looking at it and putting a new part in it and it still wasn’t wanting to work they guy that looked at it said it not worth fixing if I wasn’t under warranty he tell me to throw it away but because I was on warranty he was send the cost of what it would be to fix to them it took them 2 months to tell me that it not worth fixing but I head to call them one a week to see if there was any news on what going to happen to my washer so 2 weeks a go I when in to pick a new washer out it was supposed to be delivered on aug 26th to them change it to September 9th 2025 to then it being changed to September 5th to August 30th 2025 to now September 6th so god only know when I will be getting it I have have spent over $600 in a laundry mat for the past 3 months of me waiting for a washer I even asked if I could get my money back so I can go somewhere else to get a washer and they said they could do that for me I am so pissed off I do not recommend anyone to buy from them I will never be stepping a foot in that place I am so mad right now it a joke that I have to wait 3 months for a washer

NEVER. Ever shop here. I'd give 0 stars if I could. They've been screwing my friend around for MONTHS over a washing machine that is on warranty. They took forever going back and forth with whirlpool and finally after a couple months decided to replace the machine. They gave her in store credit only to buy a new one. Which she had to pay the difference obviously. Now the new machine was bought 2 weeks ago. Supposed to be delivered yesterday FROM CALGARY and ashleys changed the date from the 26 to September 9 to the 5th and then they said aug 30.. now today they say September 6. I will NEVER shop here. It's been 3 months of this absolute garbage. Not even an apology to her. She did however say they MIGHT have offered another ashley gift card but she Said absolutely not. This place shouldn't even be in business.
