It’s pretty rare for me to go online to write a review for a company. But I feel the need to do it this time around. My family and I have gotten over a few Furniture options from Ashley’s, The first was a sectional couch, Which was delivered, Set up and great service. Not so much recently with two new purchases of coffee table set and a new rocking recliner. Firstly, the coffee tables were shipped to Calgary where I do not live, and I get a call to come pick them up. Told them that I don’t live in Calgary, So that would cause another 2 to 3 weeks delay. I asked if I would get an update call when they arrive to Lethbridge, And they said no, I’ll have to call around a certain time to see if they’re there. Fine, I can live with that. I just got a delivery for that recliner that my wife will use for nursing our new born baby. The delivery team knock on my door, Ask for a signature, And then just left this 90 to 100 pound recliner in a box in my driveway (to add context, I paid a ridiculous amount for shipping/Delivery). I leave the door open to my house while I’m trying to finish something up at work at home- And they did not hesitate to leave without saying “hey we’re leaving it here” (Which by the way if I was not home my - 105 pound wife who just gave birth would have either had to leave it there On the driveway) Or wait a day or two if I was away for work like I usually am. To top it off when I open the box, I find the base muddy/dirt stains in the corners On a white coloured recliner. I feel if I’m paying over $100 for delivery The least you could do is Put it at my doorway for me to carry inside. Very unprofessional, And I’m very disappointed with the service I’ve been getting from Ashley. I think this will be the last time I go and shop there again unfortunately.

If I could give zero stars I would. We have warranty on a couch and love seat set we bought 4 years ago. The warranty is valid until January’26. When we bought the set and the warranty(after being talked into it by the sales rep)we were told it was an extended warranty that we could use at any point for any reason. THAT IS NOT TRUE. I’m trying to file a warranty claim and am being told that our issue is not covered. It’s “normal wear & tear” I was told by a rep I spoke to on the phone today that our warranty is a PPP warranty not extended. They will do anything to keep from honouring their warranty claims. So much for “any reason” We have to pay out of pocket to have this fixed. Very crappy customer service for this. DON’T BUY WARRANTIES. THEY ARE A WASTE OF YOUR MONEY! Will never buy from Ashley's again!

Karen Weise was fabulous to work with. She gave me her undivided attention throughout my 2 consecutive visits over the weekend and helped ensure we got the items we most wanted. The store manager, John, was also very attentive and spent a lot of time facilitating the right choices. Both were courteous, friendly and professional! Can’t wait for the items to arrive!!!

Yulia and John are the best! They always are so helpful and very responsive to my questions and requests. John was super quick even though I had a giant order and they helped me figure out the best bang for my buck and items for my dimensions and furniture placing. Thanks team!

Less talking would be great! We kept being talked over or interrupted. No time to talk privately. When we walked away to talk he followed. Guaranteed our washer to be shipped to Lethbridge but sadly messed that up. Sad and frustrating after we've had such great service before.
