A huge thanks to Yulia, our sales Representative at the Lethbridge Ashley Furniture Store. Truly the Best experience for me and my family we have had buying furniture in a long time. Yulie is someone that listens to what the consumer is looking for and doesn’t apply pressuring sales tactics to sell stuff that the consumer doesn’t want. Shes knowledgeable about the products, very friendly and professional. Also I would like to thank John the Sales manager who took the time to make sense of the deal and also wasn't pressuring in any degree. Overall both Yulia and Johns motives at the end of the day was to ensure we were happy with what we purchased and I’m pleased to say we are! Thanks Yulia and John! We will be back.
The young girl and her manager were excellent to deal with and enjoyed their help in checking out the recliners. The third gentleman was not someone we would have picked to help us. We were not impressed with him or his attitude. Over all we liked the store and most of the employees. Can hardly wait for our chair to come in.
