While we had an initial bad experience with a particular sales rep at the Lethbridge store, a manager from head office went completely out of her way to make our purchase a success and adequately resolved the issue to our satisfaction. We really appreciated her efforts which resulted in a much better experience. We will consider Ashley Furniture for our future furniture needs and believe this was a “one-off” experience.
