I’m extremely disappointed with our pickup experience at Ashley. We specifically asked for our dining table and chairs to be professionally packed, but they were barely wrapped, with no proper padding, and the wooden legs were left completely unprotected. The warehouse employee was rude, unhelpful, and clearly pissed off. He gave us no guidance, refused to help, and then shut the door and walked away. When we complained to the manager, he simply stared at us and nodded—no apology, no solution. The packaging and customer service were completely unacceptable and disrespectful.
I was met by John as soon as I came in the door, he took me back to appliances, listened to my requirements and found me what I was looking for.
