If I could leave negative stars I would. We have been a loyal Ashley Furniture customer for years because we liked the product. Then comes time for us to need the help of customer service and it turns into a living nightmare. We bought a new dining set before Christmas and it came in heavily damaged. Sent it back for repair because they guarantee show room condition and it came back three weeks later STILL damaged. It should not have left their property with damage especially the second time. So we request a new table top for a third attempt, should be good now right? Wrong. This one is damaged too!! And they refuse to work with us. I just want my money back. A large purchase like this should not be handled this way. I will never buy here again. If something is not done about this purchase, I’ll be strongly encouraging everyone I speak to that they never buy here either.
