Friendly service and very clear on what final costs would be

Very friendly and patient with us as we hopped from different ideas on what we wanted. I felt that we were treated great and are confident that the furniture purchased is good quality. Excellent extended warranty plan as well. I would recommend this store to anyone looking to purchase furniture. Spent $10,000 and I feel it was money well spent.

Initially it was a great experience, but we received an email that the couch we purchased almost two weeks ago, doesn't actually exist. It is unfortunate that they advertise for something on their floor, let you purchase it, and then tell you it won't happen. Needless to say we are very disappointed and now without furniture.

Update: We had Rose reach out to us and she listened to our concerns, reviewed our pictures/claim and she was able to organize an exchange for our table. The new table was delivered within the week. One thing that made our communication easier is that she was willing to speak via phone and/or text. Text was easiest as I work during the day and very busy. We appreciated the follow up! Purchased a new kitchen table and when it showed up had a black mark on the top of the table. We were told to submit a claim and send in pictures as it had to be done within 48 hours. They took a week to get back to us due to technical issues with their system then said it was within the manufacturers standards. Wouldn’t have purchased a $1800 table if we knew that was Ashley furniture standards. If we decided to return it they wouldn’t give us a full refund. They would charge us $80 and give us 90% back and 10% store credit. Disappointed to say the least.

Ashley Home Store showcases a showroom staged with exquisite showpieces and quality furniture and appliances. We were treated like family the instance we arrived by two associates both named John. My wife was searching for specific servers and hutches to hold dishes and housewares. John went out of his way to locate these pieces and to our surprise he and the other associate John managed to discover over 10 different beautiful pieces which made it difficult to decide upon. After returning home to discuss our options, it took us no time at all to decide upon the purchase of two unique and spectacular floor models. When we returned back to Ashley’s to seal the deal, we soon realized that Taylor, an associate in delivery, even offered to stay overtime just to accommodate us after his shift had ended after hours. Also praise to Taylor in administration who was there offering his assistance to ensure our continued customer satisfaction. We admire the superior customer service from all of the Ashley professionals and thanks to each one of them for treating us with integrity and unending kindness. We always look forward to returning.
