UPDATE #2: Still dealing with this and it has been about a month. The tech came to fix the table again and scratches the top!! This is far from the product I ordered at this point but they just keep telling me another tech has to come see it. I want the product I paid for, not this frankenstein fixer-upper. NEVER SHOP HERE. UPDATE: I am still dealing with this. The technician came to fix the table and DID IT WRONG! Now the table doesn't open wide enough to insert the extension leaf. So, once again, I am being tossed around between departments to get him to come back and fix it again. I don't want a Frankenstein table! I agreed to purchase a bran new, properly made table and they will not let me exchange it for a new one because it has not been deemed "unfixable". Now I have to wait another week to have the tech come back and fix it again!! DO NOT SHOP HERE. Terrible experience. We got our dining room table over a week ago and it was broken. We have been jumping through the hoops to get it fixed and it is taking forever with zero regard for how it is inconveniencing us. We had to contact customer service to open a ticket, then wait 48 hours to hear from the parts department to get a new piece. Then once the piece arrived (4 days later) we had to contact them again to get someone to install. This initiated ANOTHER 48 hour waiting period for a tech to contact us (still waiting). I feel completely disrespected and will never buy from Ashley’s again. We just moved into our new home and can’t host anyone or even eat at a table. Terrible.
