Amazing customer service. I was assisted by Vel. She went above and beyond. They did not have the accent piece to a couch that I bought in a different city and she took the time to try and find it at another location; a competitor no less!!!!! I did buy additional furniture at Ashley’s in Lethbridge and will definitely be going back to furnish my home!! I highly recommend!

*THIRD update: Ashley STILL has not removed the hold, even though they tell me when I phone that they have. I am stuck with an account with a finance company that I did not even want in the first place. It has been 5 months! *Second UPDATE OVER A MONTH LATER: ASHLEY HAS NOT REMOVED THE HOLD FOR THE SALE THAT WAS CANCELLED 2 MONTHS AGO WHEN FURNITURE DID NOT FIT, SO THE FINANCE COMPANY CANNOT CANCEL MY ACCOUNT. I HAVE REQUESTED THIS SEVERAL TIMES through Ashley’s so called ‘GUEST CARE’, TOLD IT WAS DONE, BUT IT IS STILL NOT REMOVED. FINANCE COMPANY SAID THEY DO THIS OFTEN! Initially: Horrible experience. During purchase, was offered an Ashley member card that would give me sales info messages, one fee of $35. Turned out to be a credit card with a high interest finance company. Misrepresented. Also extended warranty, offered several times, repeatedly refused, manager came and asked why. Had to get mad to get them to stop insisting. Delivery guy caused extensive damage as sofa would not fit through porch. Kept trying until I made him stop. Said he got bonuses for completed deliveries. Told by Guest Care on phone to send damage photos, no location, then ghosted totally, BUT charged $157.49 on the credit card. I am left with a fee and damages: broken light, gouges in wall, handrail screws stripped, so loose now. When I phone Ashley, automation says no account connected to my number. Stressful, bullying, rude, deceptive treatment and I now have to pay this fee. Insulting! Worst experience ever. Not willing to go back into store to argue this fee because staff are bullies and I am a 76 year old who uses a walker. Shame on them! *FIRST UPDATE: damage claim refused. Driver said I was signing to show they had attempted delivery, but actually had signed a damage waiver. He said I was signing to show proof he had tried. Another misrepresentation. My fault for not reading it but he ran in, asked for signature quick and left. My fault. I’m left with a charge of $157.49 with an added $35 fee from the finance company, so ended up owing $192.49, with nothing to show for it but damage to my house. THE LIGHT FIXTURE THEY BROKE RETAILS AT OVER $100.00. The number in the store’s comment below is automated. No one talks to you. No one has your info. Dead end. Buyer beware for sure when it comes to this business. Again, shame on you!
