I went yesterday to Lethbridge Ashley Furniture and bought a floor model recliner love seat, I need a specific size because I need it to fit a space in our RV, they had me sign a waiver saying sale is final, which I did, however this morning we realize this recliner is to big, we were supposed to pick it up today, I called and explained the situation, then I went to the store, the sales lady is lovely and really tried to help us out, but had nothing in stock that would work for us, she took us to talk to her manager who was extremely rude and who said I was rude and this is a final sale, needless to say I got upset as well. I really had hope for some good will but nope and I will never shop there again, the guy is a real jerk, we have purchased furniture there previously but never again, and want to pre-warn people before purchasing items from this business.

People were delightful to deal with.very personable polite and cutious.realized right away that I knew what I wanted and took me to items that match what I wanted. However my forgetfullness made me walkout with out asking if they had any stacking or nesting table sets as sometimes I likecto sit out in the sun room to eat and the lap just doesn't cut it lol Ibwill be back in , on wensday am or around noon to ask.

We just purchased a love seat. We dealt with John B who was totally awesome. Gave us information and helped us along the way. Manager John was very professional and explained everything to us. We are excited to get our new love seat.

6 months ago we bought a recliner sofa and couch set as well as a dishwasher a month later. They have both broken now, the recliner footrest no longer works as well as the fabric ripped very quickly when they assured us it was a strong fabric that could handle wear and tear from pets and the dishwasher does not work properly. We went into the store to discuss what the steps are to get these fixed and they gave us a card to text a number, so we text the number and wait a few days to hear back that we need to call a different number, call that number and they say they will call you later to set up a date for technicians to come out and fix. A very inefficient system and a very frustrating experience considering they haven't even made it six months. Will be a lot more hesitant to return next time we need furniture.

Service was great!

We paid for White Glove Delivery and received the best delivery service ever. The team was on time and got right to work. When it was discovered that a piece was broken; a photo was taken and reported to their office. Within a short time we had confirmation that the new piece had been ordered and when received arrangements will be made for the repair.

Great store with great staff.
