Sales person I delt with was knowledgeable,and helpfully in finding what I was looking for for the new apartment. Can't add photos till furniture arives .
John the sales rep at the Lethbridge store was not very responsive to our interest in a reclining love seat and tv cabinet. The recliner was a good price and we were very interested especially when combined with the tv stand which needed a “technician” to have a look at it and adjust/replace two hinges. He was to call us back and all we got were “crickets”!!! No follow-up calls with updates or status. Then we called him twice with the same response, waiting for the technician!! Then we went to the store and lo and behold the store purchased the recliners for themselves!!! He didn’t even have the audacity to call us to tell us about the recliner suddenly no longer available. Did he not advise “management” that he had someone interested in it??? John is the worst sale person we’ve come across and we will NOT shop at Ashley ever again. Management should deal with this rep.

Amazing help today helping us furnish our new home! Kristle is such a great help, definitely ask for her if possible. The warranty, sales and financing are impressive and flexible. Great experiences like this are often difficult when you're spending a lot, but this location made it fun and easy! Big thanks to everyone involved, excited to receive our new things.
