Kim McKinnon helped us pick out our new dining set. We've been into the store several times and she always takes the time show us all of their beautiful staged displays, what pieces look good together and let us rearrange the furniture while we figured out what chairs we wanted with our newly purchased dining table. She's got an eye for decor and a warm personality. We always seek her out when we visit as she always gives us great advice and service. We'd recommend this store to anyone who's looking to purchase furniture for their home.

I cannot say enough good things about the customer service at Ashley Furniture. Our salesperson, Chetan, was extremely professional. He didn’t chase us around the store like salespeople at other furniture stores did. Instead, he was helpful, polite, and gave us space while still being available when we needed him. He truly went above and beyond when we purchased our chair. He gave us an excellent price and accommodated my injured husband by arranging installation of the chair at no additional cost. The delivery team was also very professional and helpful. We highly recommend Ashley Furniture and Chetan. Thank you so much for such a great experience!

Good selection but too pricey

Kim at Ashley furniture has been beyond amazing to me with every purchase I have made. She goes above and beyond. I love every purchase I’ve made from this store, the qualities been so good and I love the selection and options they have. They will price match and give you the best deal they can. I wouldn’t shop anywhere else and highly highly recommend Kim. I never feel like I have to purchase something when I go in, she will work with you and find you options and she is so patient and helpful.

Bought a queen size bed from ashley furniture...nice quality and reasonable price..salesman chetan help us a lot to find the right bed for our bedroom...and gave us the best price...so big shout out to chetan....he is an asset for ashley.......
