Further to my wife’s review I am compelled to share mine as well. Anything related to manufacture warranty has proved to be the most painful uphill battle I have ever experienced. Yes battle!!! Warranty and guarantees are fairly simple. You do or you don’t! So if you do and you have to honour said warranty or guarantee, why should this be painful for the customer? The original bed purchase clearly showed manufacturing default. After a waiting period we have it replaced( as there was no stock allegedly). Then to find same fault to which we would not accept replacement a 2nd time as this clearly is a problem. Rather than provide refund they offer store credit. Ok agreeable to that and when opportunity should present itself we will use said credit. Fast forward to August 4th we decide to let our daughter choose a bet set. They sales lady wrote the ticket on the spot as they would have to order it in. So we explain to our daughter we have to wait a bit for your new bed set(we were quoted 2weeks). That they would be making it special for her. When two and half weeks pass and my wife calls for an update she is greeted with contempt for asking such a despicable question??? Then follow with additional attitude and further contempt toward a customer making a reasonable request. “I was looking to find out when our order would be in?”. You’re in the customer service industry then be of service to your customers. If you don’t like customers then FIND ANOTHER JOB! I do NOT recommended Ashley furniture Grande prairie purely based on customer experience post sale!

I had a credit from returning my second faulty mattress so I figured I would use it to buy my 3 year old a bedroom set. I ordered it and was told it would arrive in 2 weeks, it’s been 2.5 weeks so I decided to call and find out when it would be here as I had not been called yet. When the lady who called me clearly does not give a crap about customer service. She said it would be shipping the middle of September. Wtf? If I was told it would take over 6 weeks I would have never bought it there. So disgusted by their ignorance. When I asked why no one updated me as that is not even close to when I was told all she said was if we updated every customer we would be calling hundreds of people. Oh so sorry to be an inconvenience for shopping there.

I had purchased a sectional 3 years ago from Ashley furniture. This past year I experienced trouble with the fabric. I contacted Amber and she explained to me I had purchased an accidental protection plan and it may be covered! It was! I was so grateful as I had completely forgot about the coverage! Amber then took the time to help me with the purchase of my new furniture. She did a fantastic job of informing me what pieces would fit in my space and were most practical for my lifestyle. The delivery team were efficient and incredibly helpful with the moving around of my furniture. I’m just so delighted! Customer service at its best from start to finish!
