Terrible after-sales service, couch still broken and no one follows through. Bought a sectional from Ashley Furniture and it quickly developed a problem (multiple feet not sitting proper on the floor, not even, was told it was assembled wrong and it would get fixed). They sent someone named Tye to look at it. He said he’d talk to his boss. Then the delays started. I followed up by text from Tammy and phone multiple times over weeks. Every response was some version of “let me check,” “the service department already left,” “I put a work order in the system,” “I printed it and took it to the manager,” “his boss is out until Monday,” or “we’ve been dealing with holidays and I’m running it up the line.” No one ever called me back to schedule a pickup, repair, or replacement. I specifically asked to handle it in August while I was working long hours so I wouldn’t be left without a couch. That window came and went. Still nothing. It’s exhausting to keep chasing the same store for a resolution they already acknowledged. Communication is terrible and it feels like once they have your money, the issue just sits on someone’s desk. I would not buy from Ashley again if I needed any kind of service afterward.

I highly recommend shopping here. They have been great with us for both our seperate visits and purchases. We had Tammy and I would recommend her. She went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted and recieved it in the time that we needed it.

I paid for delivery to my house .they had my furniture for 3 months .I finally went to pickup on my own did 3 trips and never received my delivery I paid .I called and requested for that refund but never received answer back .

My experience with the Ashley Home Store in Grande Prairie was truly 5* from start to finish. Tammy listened to me, and understood what I wanted. The order arrived as promised and when we weren’t ready for delivery they worked around our schedule. The two young men that delivered were great, and definitely earned the 5th *.

CV was absolutely amazing. The customer service has exceeded my expectations. He worked with me for a couple weeks, simply via a text message as I was located in BC and moving to Alberta. He sent me pictures, prices, and helped me find the perfect furniture . communication was effective, he was available every time. I highly recommend him!

Kim McKinnon helped us pick out our new dining set. We've been into the store several times and she always takes the time show us all of their beautiful staged displays, what pieces look good together and let us rearrange the furniture while we figured out what chairs we wanted with our newly purchased dining table. She's got an eye for decor and a warm personality. We always seek her out when we visit as she always gives us great advice and service. We'd recommend this store to anyone who's looking to purchase furniture for their home.

I cannot say enough good things about the customer service at Ashley Furniture. Our salesperson, Chetan, was extremely professional. He didn’t chase us around the store like salespeople at other furniture stores did. Instead, he was helpful, polite, and gave us space while still being available when we needed him. He truly went above and beyond when we purchased our chair. He gave us an excellent price and accommodated my injured husband by arranging installation of the chair at no additional cost. The delivery team was also very professional and helpful. We highly recommend Ashley Furniture and Chetan. Thank you so much for such a great experience!
