Went to Ashley HomeStore to look around and bought a few items. The store is spacious and easy to walk through, with a clear layout that makes browsing comfortable. Everything is organized by section, which makes it easy to compare different styles. There’s a good selection, especially for modern and simple furniture. The pieces on display looked solid, and it was easy to get a realistic idea of how they would look at home. The staff were friendly and helpful, the atmosphere was calm, and I didn’t feel rushed while browsing. It was an easy and straightforward visit.

I had high hopes when purchasing from Ashley Furniture. There are countless reviews praising the staff, and I can confirm they’re well deserved! Lauren was friendly, helpful, and responsive both during the buying process and when handling my recent damage claim - absolutely no complaints there! Unfortunately, the quality of the furniture has been a major letdown. After just a few months of light use, the wear and tear is excessive. The piece I bought already looks far older than it should - the construction and subpar materials just don’t hold up. For the price, I expected much better durability. What’s more frustrating is that after the 7-day trial period, the manufacturer’s warranty is extremely limited. When issues arise beyond that short window, you’re essentially out of luck. It’s disappointing to spend a significant amount on furniture only to realize that once it breaks down, it’s your problem - not theirs. Bottom line: Friendly service can’t make up for poor quality. I won’t be purchasing from Ashley again.
