I had high hopes when purchasing from Ashley Furniture. There are countless reviews praising the staff, and I can confirm they’re well deserved! Lauren was friendly, helpful, and responsive both during the buying process and when handling my recent damage claim - absolutely no complaints there! Unfortunately, the quality of the furniture has been a major letdown. After just a few months of light use, the wear and tear is excessive. The piece I bought already looks far older than it should - the construction and subpar materials just don’t hold up. For the price, I expected much better durability. What’s more frustrating is that after the 7-day trial period, the manufacturer’s warranty is extremely limited. When issues arise beyond that short window, you’re essentially out of luck. It’s disappointing to spend a significant amount on furniture only to realize that once it breaks down, it’s your problem - not theirs. Bottom line: Friendly service can’t make up for poor quality. I won’t be purchasing from Ashley again.

Lauren was super helpful when I called looking for the perfect reading chair for my home library. I picked up my chair a couple days ago and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Thank you so much Lauren for your help (:

Lauren was super understanding to our needs and prefrences. She wasn't pushy like other stores. She also honored the boxing day price that was on when we first came in, even though we came in the following week when we made our final decision. When we came back Lauren and Sarah were super knowledgeable about the financing, warranty and made us feel comfortable that we were making a good investment with a quality product without breaking the bank.
