Sales Associate Rajmir was very welcoming and helpful from the time we entered. She was friendly & informative, providing us with a mini hand-held sectional couch arrangement tool, which was very helpful. She gave us space to talk amongst ourselves but also made herself available when we had questions. We appreciated her approach and the fact that she was not pushy or into pressure sales. Ultimately, we put a deposit on a couch.

Their prices of furniture are competitive and very fair, especially considering the durable quality of the products. The staff were also helpful and patient during our purchase. Update to my review based on after-sale experience: The bed frame, box spring, and mattress have now been delivered. Unfortunately, I am beyond disappointed with the overall look. The box spring is clearly visible when the mattress is on the frame. I was told this is “by design,” but in my opinion, it is a very poor and unattractive design. This was not what I expected and significantly affects my satisfaction with the purchase.
Absolutely terrible experience . Bought the furniture with the condition I could take it home that day. 2 days later still do not have it and if I want it delivered it’s more than a week away. It took 3 trips to the distribution warehouse for me to be able to pick up my furniture using up 6 hours of my time.
