Walked into Ashley store to take a look around and was approached by Aaron, Aaron was helpful and didn't pressure us into anything and let us roam around without following us. He made the sales process and financing easy. The furniture we sat on and chose was much more comfortable than the equivalent sofa, loveseat and mattress that we had tested at Leon's the day before Thank you
Vish and kamal are by far the best delivery drivers. Truly just everything they were a complete 100000/10 people, so kind and funny and personable. We appreciate them more then anything they listened to everything we needed and said, and if we had a good idea they listened. They didn’t take it personally they listened and they worked together so well and they didn’t get frustrated with how long it was taking or the fact our couch was 2 million years old. We appreciate the time they took to help us with everything!!! Thank you!!!!!
I bought a table set from Ashley in 2022. Everything was great! No issues. Table was firm and solid and we loved it!! 2 years later the table was very wobbly. We tried to tighten it a few times but still it is unstable. I called Ashley and they sent a tech out. He tightened the table and said that it was fine. It wasn't. Still supper wobbly. And left it like that. WTH! Another tech came out and said our floor was uneven and that was the problem. 🤔🤔🤔 But initially and for 2 years the table was great! And now it's an uneven floor? Huh? What? I was very disappointed and livid. They kept telling me to text and the same thing when you text...you have to explain the situation over and over. NO! I want to speak to a manager anf I want this corrected or replaced! I am so tired of the same excuses and texting Ashley Furnishings. Can I get actual customer service and a real tech to come out and FIX THE ISSUE!? I stopped texting them as I was livid but now I decided to write a review instead. They are lucky to get 1🌟. Extremely disappointed!
We were greeted with respect and give all the information we needed. Ali gave us space to discuss and decide on what we wanted. When we returned he continued where we started, finished up the sale quickly and helped us with all finishing touches. He was informative and set us up with all we needed. All in all a wonderful experience.
I have had very good experience so far at Ashley - Ben, Ali and William made my purchase very easy. The items went on sale two days after I bought and I called and was promised a refund. I hope to see that soon. I have recommended them to everyone.
My sales rep was really great to deal with. I order my couch then a few days later I realize I ordered the wrong couch. I went back and she had no problem correcting my order with no problem. I would definitely go back and buy more furniture off her
