Our experience with the Ashley store last night was wonderful. A young man that served as William was friendly and welcoming. He listened to what we wanted and found the right couch for us.
The service was solid but I now get absolutley spammed with all of their review requests, emails etc. I get more spam from them than any other company i've dealt with by a significant margin. This honestly should be a 1 star, but the guy who helped us was good.
Darren was very professional, personable, friendly, good sense of humor, very clear in explaining the product, answered all of our questions, presented up with a number of options to consider in a table an chair set. Accommodated us well in setting a schedule for delivery of product. All in all the service was excellent.

Not happy with the process of my bed purchase
We were greeted & given some info on sales then left undisturbed to browse. When we were ready for assistance it was quickly provided. We chose a sofa & chair & were given pricing of furniture, delivery & extended warranty. Jacob was very personable & polite & clearly answered our questions. We are looking forward to our delivery!
Staffs are weird but lots of options
Still waiting on the Boscoe love seat since August 24! They keep telling us the same thing (it's in Calgary) and then delay by two weeks. We accepted the couch and removal of our old furniture as they said the love seat will come right away. If we don't have enough seating for our guests at Christmas they had better finally step up with some compensation and solutions. They even told us we'd get a $100 off about six weeks ago. We've inqured several times and never received it. This is absolutely ridiculous. Do not buy from them.
