Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. We purchased an island table, and when it arrived, two of the legs were the wrong parts, making the table completely unusable and impossible to assemble. I understand that quality control issues can happen, but what is extremely disappointing is how this company handled the problem. Instead of taking ownership and looking for an immediate solution, customer service repeatedly pushed us to go through a manufacturer claim and told us we would have to wait 2-4 weeks for the correct legs.That is simply unacceptable when the mistake is on the company’s end. At the very least, customer service should have checked the warehouse for another table or the correct parts and expedited the replacement. Even better, they could have arranged for someone to deliver the missing parts directly. Instead, we were essentially told to wait weeks for a table we already paid for and received incorrectly with no compensation, no expedited solution, and no real effort to resolve the issue. Very disappointed with both the product quality control and, especially, the customer service. I would think twice before purchasing from this company. Until now, no concrete solution has been provided to us. I've been in contact with multiple people and their team lead Anirudh - still NO UPDATES. In fact, I was promised that the ticket would be actioned within 48 hours, and that they will follow up with me but still nothing. HONESTLY JUST DONT BUY HERE. Save yourself from a headache.

Very disappointed in the delivery service. Waited a week and a half for my couch only to find out it doesn’t fit the elevator. Then the white gl or service I paid for couldn’t go up one flight of stairs due to back injury! Why would you send someone with any kind of back injury. This is major concerns, especially with OHS! Then the second issue is, they tell me two different story’s regarding my return funds. One lady from customer care tells me I’ll get my funds as soon as the couch goes back to the warehouse then the manager at the store tells me 3-4 business days before I get my money back! The worst part, I get a call from landlord, delivery team caused damage to the building on their way out! Terrible delivery service and customer service.
I had a great experience with the service representative at Ashley’s. They went above and beyond to help me out, were incredibly patient and helpful throughout the entire process, and made sure everything was taken care of properly. Excellent service and definitely deserving of recognition!

They have amazing furniture with lots of options, as well as great customer service they are really kind and helpful! The employee Khalid helped me a lot with finding with finding my dream bedroom.
