Travis was a great salesperson. Helped pick out our furniture pieces and was very professional. The service after I paid was terrible. They give you a delivery date in two weeks to sell you the furniture then keep changing the promised delivery date due to "delays". Was given 2 delivery dates for the items at the beginning, but both were not met. I was chasing after them because the date on text and on email and what was given over phone all did not match. It kept changing. I had to go into the store to try to get an accurate date. Was given a new date and "helped" by adding assembly with the delivery, but then again, only one item of the two arrives after promised 2 of my items would arrive on said date. The remaining items also keep getting delayed.

I want to share my terrible experience with Ashley HomeStore. We bought a table and 6 chairs with home delivery. The employee at the North side location, Khalid, was actually a very helpful and professional person. He explained everything clearly and helped me choose the right set. Unfortunately, everything that happened after that became more and more disappointing. My delivery kept getting delayed because the table was not in stock, and I had to wait much longer than originally planned. I understand that sometimes these things happen, so at first I was patient. On the delivery day, nobody called me. When I contacted customer service, they told me the driver had supposedly tried to call me but couldn’t reach me for some reason. I thought maybe there had been some kind of issue, but when I tried to schedule a new delivery date, they told me it would take another 2 weeks or more. I decided to drive to the warehouse myself and pick up the furniture. When I arrived, they could only find the table legs and a couple of chairs. I had to wait around 1.5 hours for them to locate the rest of my order and load everything for me. After I got home, I opened the tabletop box and immediately noticed scratches and dents underneath, which was already disappointing. But when I turned the table over, I saw that one corner of the tabletop was cracked and bent. I called customer service immediately to make a report. In total, I had to do this around 4 times because, according to customer service, my photos were not showing up on their side, even though I could clearly see them attached in the email reports on my end. Eventually, they told me I had to schedule an appointment for someone to come and attempt to repair the table. They also explained that, according to their policy, they must try repairing it 3 times before considering any other solution. Just getting to this point took almost 3 weeks. You can imagine how much time was wasted, including taking days off work just to deal with repair appointments for a brand-new table that should never have arrived damaged in the first place. Of course, nobody is compensating me for the lost time or money. So if you decide to take the same gamble and hope your furniture arrives without damage, be prepared for endless customer service phone calls where all they tell you is: “Sorry, but this is our policy.” This was an absolutely terrible experience. If you are unlucky like I was, be prepared to waste your time, take time off work, and still not receive a proper replacement for damaged furniture. The tabletop alone cost me around $800, and they offered me only an $80 refund or a $150 gift card for their store. That is honestly unacceptable. I'm only attaching two photos, although there is much more damage...

Hi, I have a bad experience with Ashley. For delivery I have all proof text and email hi owner I text u my problem more than 24 hours u don’t text and call me I give you my numbe if don’t deliver cancel my order please I am sleeping in floor i pay more then 4000 dollars in one month u charge my delivery time 3 times jessica i think u last week in store u say my furniture in Calgary in said the trailer how long u took bring my furniture in Edmonton u need one month more can u answer my question answer here owner answer me south side Edmonton better than u before I by from team more than 10000 dollars no problem
