Still waiting on the Boscoe love seat since August 24! They keep telling us the same thing (it's in Calgary) and then delay by two weeks. We accepted the couch and removal of our old furniture as they said the love seat will come right away. If we don't have enough seating for our guests at Christmas they had better finally step up with some compensation and solutions. They even told us we'd get a $100 off about six weeks ago. We've inqured several times and never received it. This is absolutely ridiculous. Do not buy from them.

What I have been told in store and What the delivery person did is different. They weren't fare at all.
The selection was great. Many different options. Knew what we were looking for, and they had it. Salespeople were great.
Ordered a split king with movable base. We told Travis we wanted the exact same one that was on display it had all the options except for lumber. We drove 2 hrs one way to pick it up and bring it home only to discover it was the completely wrong base. We wanted the Ashley Sleep Better 2.0 Lifestyle Adjustable Bed - Twin XL but we got the Symphony Relax 2.0 Lifestyle Adjustable Bed - Twin XL that has half the options. Edit. Ashley came through and made the situation right. Still frustrating we had to go through this to make it correct.
