Edit: after the PR team saw my review below, they called me and offered a full refund in exchange for deleting this review. They picked up the couch last week, and I finally got my refund today, however I won't be deleting the review as I don't believe extortion is the ethical way to run a business. I did give them an extra star though. WARNING: measurements on furniture are not accurate, and they don't offer refunds. I'm stuck with a $2400 couch that's 3 feet longer than listed online. 3 feet!!!!! That degree of inaccuracy is absurd. After failing to resolve this issue, Ali Syed (the manager) kept trying to sell me more stuff that I didn't want. Terrible manager. Should be fired.
