Very FRUSTRATING. I bought a solid wood dining set and was delivered Thursday afternoon. I noticed a crack on the table and contact customer for a replacement. I haven’t received any notification for a replacement. On Sunday, I was about to put felt pad and I noticed again a crack on each chair. So Monday, I called customer service that I have to return the set because all of them have damaged/cracked. I am not happy with my purchase and give me stress keep checking now and then if crack come up. Not even a week from purchase. And they will not process it because it’s beyond 48hrs. Seriously? It’s not my first purchase. I bought sofa set and bed and I had complain with my bed that was also delivered with damage. And with this one, all of them have cracks. As a buyer point of view, are you happy knowing that your furniture has damaged? Will you still use it or knowing quality is not good? Will you still go for it? I’m calling the manger or whoever to address this concern. I’m not happy and will not purchase any furniture back here again. NEVER
My daughter moved into a new condo so we decided that she needs a new table and chairs set and why not a sectional as well. Aaron helped up and gave us excellent customer service. We will definitely be back for more furniture when someone we know needs some. Thank you.

Anna has helped myself on two occasions with some major purchases. She has been super helpful in person, but most importantly, she responded and provided additional ideas via email. Always super quick to respond and was absolutely wonderful to deal with. Highly recommend!!
Unfortunately we had an issue with picking up our furniture. However Dawyane did a very excellent job resolving our issue. Very excellent customer service. 5/5
Not good. The salesman claimed to have had over 30 years experience, but didn’t seem to know anything about the product. The manager sat in a chair, gossiping about another coworker with another salesperson. Overall, an icky-feeling experience. I will never go back or refer anyone to this store.
Ashley products are top-tier. We were supposed to buy on December 2025 but cancelled as we didn't like the associate who helped us because of lack of customer service - very indifferent, does not present the product professionally, just leaves and return whenever, unfriendly, not good energy. This time, we came back. We were approached by the same associate but we looked for someone else, and we met Darren. Darren is the best: very accommodating, explains the features and pros and cons of products we are interested in - we felt like he really cares. He is definitely one of the reasons why we decided to buy 3 products. Thank you, Darren for your help and patience. 🥰😇
Updated (May 2026) The service team came and fixed my sofa during the delivery of another order despite not having a work order. Original review (April 2026) I’m extremely disappointed with my experience purchasing a sofa from Ashley. The sales process was smooth and Khalid was professional and helpful, everything after that has been unacceptable. The sofa was delivered with a clear defect: the RAF chaise does not align with the rest of the sectional, leaving one side raised and not properly touching the ground, this was also noted by the delivery and assembly person. What is even more frustrating is the poor after-sales service. It has now been almost two weeks, and despite repeated attempts, I have had no success getting the defective piece replaced or properly resolved. Good sales staff cannot make up for poor delivery, faulty assembly, and weak customer service. I expected much better from Ashley. I would strongly advise others to think carefully before purchasing here.
