After a $4500 purchase and we were told it would get delivered today and then I get a text that it's being delivered on the 25th.
Came in to get another dresser to match my bedroom set after 3 years, and to my surprise they still had it in stock. Thanks to Aaron for checking in on the stock and making things quick and easy for me.

The worst customer service that I’ve ever had in Canada !!! The only important thing for Ashley is MONEY, that’s it I wish I could explain how horrible was my experience with them I WON’T let anyone in my community buy from Ashley anymore
If I could rate this zero stars, I would. I have had the worst customer service experience with Ashley Guest Care. The agents are non-responsive, irresponsible, and completely unhelpful. They are incredibly rigid and lack any sense of customer orientation. Everything is pleasant before you make a purchase, but once the payment is processed, the headache begins. You have to spend hours talking to agents just to resolve the simplest issues regarding your order. If you value your peace of mind, avoid them at all costs. I have been seeking support for my delivery for two weeks, and all the agents can say is, 'I hope for the best.' Ashley should rename itself to 'Cashly' to properly reflect its brand policy.
