I came in looking for a couch and I was quite clueless as to what I was really looking for. I was even slightly intimidated by the selection. He explained all the deals going on and helped me find the best fit for my space and lifestyle. I am very happy with my experience here and would recommend them to anyone!

Let me tell you the truth: this is the kind of practice that needs to change. I paid cash and in full, but I was told that I have to wait more than 14 days to receive my items—and I still have to pay for delivery. The biggest disappointment is the price. I was shown around $2,300, but after all the surcharges and extra fees, the final price was almost $3,000. That is a huge difference and should be explained clearly from the beginning. Today, many online businesses offer fast and free delivery with transparent prices. So I honestly wonder: Is this a showroom or a store without inventory? I am sharing this feedback because I believe businesses can do better. Customers deserve honest prices, clear information, reasonable delivery times, and no hidden surprises.
