Good quality furniture, friendly helpful staff ( Aaron was my rep and he was amazing, took the time I needed and was very helpful with streamlining the process) and the delivery and setup in my place was perfect !!
The service I received from the staff from Ashley HomeStore was fantastic. Khalid was the sales professional that helped me pick out the furniture I purchased. He was amazing. He showed excitement, was well organized and very professional. I was then given a date to receive my furniture and then got a text a day later with more delivery date options because they were able to get it to me sooner. I found an earlier date that worked much better for my schedule. Thank you Khalid!!
Dawyane was excellent, very respectful and polite not pushy and was very determined to get us the best deal. The only complaint I had was when we were picking up the coffee table at the rear of the store, one of the warehouse guys was loading our coffee table into the wrong truck and seemed not to happy when Dawyane told him, didn't seem happy either that he had to take it off and put into our truck. I'm sorry he lost his balance getting down off the other trucks tailgate and took a nasty tumble, I hope he's ok.
I called Ashley Furniture to get information about the Bluetooth speaker built into my sofa console. I had a simple question—I just wanted to know the brand of the speaker so I could pair it with my television. Unfortunately, no one was able to answer my question. The manager even promised to call me back, but I never received a call. It was very disappointing to experience such poor customer service over such a basic request. I expected better support for a product they sell. It’s frustrating that something so simple couldn’t be resolved, and it left me feeling like no one was willing or able to help.
William was great to deal with in store and I’m looking forward to getting my furniture. However getting it delivered had been a mess. Arranging it over text doesn’t work when there is no option to say “I am not available for delivery after 4:30pm” because I have to work. I’d also like to tell them I need it before next Thursday as my husband is having surgery and I will be back and forth to the hospital. Please let me talk to a real person.
We came in to buy a mattress. Aaron was very helpful and knowledgeable. It was a very pleasing experience.
Our sales person, Darren Shirley as great. He listened to our needs and wants. He showed us three sofas and explained the warranty of the warranty and foam. I highly recommend seeing him for your furniture needs.
