The service in store in Edmonton from Khalid was very good. He and his manager offered us delivery and set up even outside of the delivery area. As we live rural and my wife has a broken foot, this was an important criteria to us for the purchase with Ashley. Now, they cancelled the delivery and set up and I am left alone with pick up & set up of a 350 lbs furniture piece which I can’t get into my house by myself. We feel tricked.

Khalid was our salesman on Saturday April 5th 2026. We needed three counter height bar stools for our kitchen. He showed us different options and with his assistance we were able to choose the right ones for us. He was absolutely terrific with us. He was knowledgeable, very friendly and listened to our needs. Everything went well.
This place had the WORST sales lady, I felt like I couldn't even breathe with her hovering. Definitely wont go back here and will look else where for a mattress. I felt like I should havebasked her to test them out with us she hovered so bad.
