Found a solid wood king headboard at a great price. Went into store sales associate very helpful showed me exactly what I was looking for. Very polite and helpful no pushy sales pitch, very much appreciated.

Ashley Furniture has terrible customer service and unscrupilous business practices. I purchased 8 dining room chairs and upon opening the boxes , found two to be defective. One had black grease mark on upolsered seat and the other had a rip with glue and foam attached to the back . Customer service refuses to repair or replace items due to the fact that I did not inspect them within the 48 hour time frame they have on their contract. It is clearly a manufacuturer issue and could be resolved in a fair and reasonable manner. I purchased something from them that was poor qualtiy and had issues. It was against my better judgement to buy from them again. Just a warning that they do not care about customers or selling quality furniture.

We bought a table from Ashley, and the quality was very disappointing. The table arrived with scratches, damaged corners, and visible marks all over it. Some parts honestly look used or poorly handled before delivery. For the price, we expected much better quality and proper inspection before selling the product. It’s really frustrating to receive furniture in this condition from such a large store. I would not recommend buying from Ashley if you don’t want to deal with damaged furniture and the stress that comes with it.
Professional and courteous service
Be very careful to buy furniture for this store i buy bed and give me damaged bed and has now they don't need to give me my refund I don't recommend
