We were misquoted and misguided by the salesman. He cannot own up to his mistakes which costed us huge money and time. Very bad experience.

Experience was good at the store, but I am frustrated with the number of texts I have received, at least 8! I filled in 3 or 4 times what day to pick up and I keep getting the same text again.
The service in store in Edmonton from Khalid was very good. He and his manager offered us delivery and set up even outside of the delivery area. As we live rural and my wife has a broken foot, this was an important criteria to us for the purchase with Ashley. Now, they cancelled the delivery and set up and I am left alone with pick up & set up of a 350 lbs furniture piece which I can’t get into my house by myself. We feel tricked.
