The staff at Ashley are incredibly helpful. I was able to buy and pick up my purchase immediately even though they didn’t have any warehouse staff available that evening. The salespeople made sure I didn’t damage a floor model and completely wrapped it and helped me load it as well. The only thing was that their computer system was being uncooperative and it took quite a while to get the paperwork done.

Delivery truck pulls into the neighbourhood and spills polystyrene packaging all over the ground while delivering a neighbours furniture. Wind blows it all over the place. Delivery guys drive off. I picked it up and called customer service to let em know this is unacceptable they redirect me to the store. Store answers oh that's not us ill redirect you to customer service. I just gave up.
The team that delivered my new couch were so friendly and professional. It took them no time at all to remove the old couch and set up the new one! Great service !

* Removed my previous review to add updates of the post-service support. I had an embarrassing and appalling experience with Ashley Homestore. Upon assembly, the product was defective, and it took over a month for the replacement parts to arrive. The replacement was better, however, still defective. I'm worried that a 3rd replacement may be worse than the 2nd one that I received, so I'm unsure if I should even bother. I requested a spare part due to a design flaw in the bed frame I purchased. As of today, I’ve received three extra parts that I don’t need—one of which (an 8-foot-long box) was sent to my old address. These parts were sent without confirming my shipping address, which I had to call in to correct. Despite that, the third part still went to the wrong address. I still have not received the correct part, even though I’ve requested it multiple times through the website’s support chat. Once a resolution was offered, the appointment was canceled on their end, resulting in me waiting even longer for their support to solve the issue. Given the circumstances, one would expect even some level of effort and support to correct their wrongs. Unfortunately, this was not the case. Ashley HomeStore had turned a poor situation to something worse. It’s frustrating to go through such a drawn-out and inconvenient process with little acknowledgement or effort to make things right. My experience has caused me to warn potential customers to find alternatives for their furniture needs.
