Travis the sales guy was very knowledgeable and helpful. We were not high pressured or rushed.
Our in-store experience with our sales rep, Darren, was fantastic he was helpful, patient, and answered all our questions. Unfortunately, everything after the point of sale has been an absolute disaster. We ordered a bed frame, nightstand, and dresser three months in advance of our possession date, paid in full, and followed instructions to call three weeks prior to schedule delivery. When we called, we were told the dresser was suddenly sold out despite being fully paid for months earlier. On delivery day, the drivers unloaded and unboxed everything in the truck/driveway before even notifying us they had arrived. Because the boxes were already torn open before we could ask them to take the nightstand back (which we realized wouldn't fit), we got hit with a restocking fee. During the assembly of the bed, the crew scuffed and damaged our freshly painted walls. I called customer service immediately to report the property damage; they were very short and yelling at me but promised to investigate, and over a month later, I still haven't received a single follow up. The final straw, after just one month of normal use, the $1,600 bed frame completely broke. Paying premium prices for zero inventory reliability, careless delivery, non-existent customer support, and terrible furniture build quality is unacceptable. We will not be buying from Ashley home stores again, avoid this headache.
It was my first time visiting an Ashley furniture store. Didn’t really know what to expect, but I figured it was like all the rest in f the furniture stores. I dealt with Ben, who was absolutely amazing. He answered all of our questions explained all of the differences in quality of the furniture, as well as service and warranties. Not only did I have a great experience but I highly recommend the store and been as well.
There selection of all kinds of furniture were absolutely fantastic. Very wide range of styles, all with a timeless, and great quality of build materials. The sales people were great. Answering all my questions, pointing me in the right direction and assisting me throughout. I also purchased a set of lamps and we did not see a little faint crack, the gentleman helped me out right away, a few minutes after I had just left the store. Great products and materials, and wonderful customer service!

If you’re looking for furniture and plan on stopping by Ashley, ask for Jim! 12/10 salesman. There was never a dull moment during my visit here. I came in looking for a couch and I was quite clueless as to what I was really looking for. I was even slightly intimidated by the selection. He explained all the deals going on and helped me find the best fit for my space and lifestyle. I am very happy with my experience here and would recommend them to anyone!
