Great service

The worst furniture store I have ever seen in my entire life. These people are scam. It's been more than 2.5 years that we have ordered 6 dining chair from Ashley store Edmonton south common. We only got 3. Surprisingly they ask for whole money. We had financing option with fairstone which was no pay until 1 year. Since we have not got our order complete we did not pay. Here after two and half year they refer us to credit beauro to collect money. In this last 2 and half year our credit got affected weay not be able to buy anything else with finance. The worst mistake ever. They have big name with zero care about their customers. I ask, who the hell in this world pay complete money for an half order???? The Strange thing is in this entire furniture company which hundreds of people working no one is able to solve your problem or should I say don't want to solve. We have already told our entire family, friend who ever we see to not buy from this company. And will continue doing it. I wish there was 0 star to give.

Good to deal with, explained to about products services, warranty and products in a professional and personal manner. 10/10 would recommend again! North America made. The furniture feels like they have a better product for price value. Time will tell with products. So far so good. Darren was extremely good to deal with.

I just got my sectional sofa I love it. The delivery was on time, Akeem the delivery guys we're very professional and friendly, I highly recommend Ashley Homestore if you guys wants to have items to your new home. Thank you Ashley home store my living room now is occupied.

From the time I walked in the door, to the point I was cashing out, it was a 10/10 experience. I had a friendly and helpful salesman, who provided me with his extensive product knowledge, and made me feel comfortable the entire way.

Update: I had my delivery arrived on December 30th paid for assembly and garbage take away. The legs to my couch were missing. The delivery associate told me ashley would reach out to me to schedule them returning and finalizing the set up. In the midst of moving and everyday life it wasn't top of list of priorities as I was ok with waiting for a call. We are now January 11th and I called the ashley store because I didnt recieve my call back for the legs on my couch. I also wanted to return my bedframe and headboard I purchased with the couch and extended warranty. It wasnt sturdy enough quiet weak and I just didn't really like it. I was informed by the associate with service that I wasn't able because i only had 48 hours to return it even though I was told I had 30 days to return any of the purchases I made. It hasn't even been 2 weeks and he refused to help me in any shape way or form. I will never purchase from Ashley furniture again. I get things happen pieces go missing or simply forgotten. But the huge deal here is not getting the proper information when purchasing things and then just being told sorry nothing we can do. Leaves a sour taste in your mouth like a used cars sales man.

Sales associates greeted us warmly and allowed us to check out the couches in peace and even check out their competitors. one of the associates, Darren, explained how the couches are manufactured which really helped us make our choice as we did not want a spring loaded couch. The thing that really had us come back tho, was him asking, “what’s stopping you from purchasing today?” And he didn’t push when we explained we wanted to explore all our options before making a decision. We came back a couple days later to purchase a couch, armchair, and side tables and it was very hassle-free. I quite enjoyed the atmosphere at this location. 10/10 I would highly recommend. Their delivery staff is also excellent, they called to ask if they could show up early because they were ahead of schedule and then were worried they would t be able to get it into my basement and expressed as much but they made it work!

Product and delivery top notch! The estimated delivery times were on spot. Literally within the minute. Delivery drivers friendly and helpful.
