I would give 5 stars for our experience at the store, and the salesperson, but 0 stars for the way our delivery is bring handled. We purchased a sofa on the 18th of September and had a delivery date of the 26th. By mid afternoon we still hadn't heard anything about the delivery, so we contacted the store, as well as started a chat session to try and track our order. The chat didn't really help, other than to inform us that the delivery was coming, on Oct. 6th! When I finally got connected to the store, the salesperson who sold us the sofa was off, but another person helped us, and explained that our sofa was to be delivered today, but didn't make it to the warehouse in time to be loaded on the truck. Therefore it wasn't going to be delivered today, but the next available date was Oct. 6, because they only deliver twice a week to our area, and both days were already filled next week. If we weren't in our 70's I would pick it up myself but moving furniture nowadays is not an easy task! What really ticks me off is, NOBODY BOTHERED TO INFORM US THE SOFA WASN'T GOING TO BE DELIVERED TODAY!! So Ashley's needs to work on their communications in order to keep customers. This will probably be the last and only time we shop there.
I had a great experience, especially with the customer service. Simra was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional throughout the whole process. She made everything easy, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable

Terrible customer service. Our couch came ripped, we requested they sent a new one, they said ‘no’. We requested they take it back for a full refund, they said ‘no’. I’d recommend literally any other furniture store save yourself the head ache
Everything was fantastic found a piece of furniture we really liked and the price was reasonable
Some of the sales people looked like they didn’t want to help us because me and my girlfriend are pretty young. We ended up spending just under 5k and Paul made the experience pleasant and enjoyable. We had gone to soo many different stores but I’m happy with the experience Paul provided.
I kept getting followed.. I was trying to shop and do my own thing but there was a certain employee who kept coming near my area and sort of watched me. Felt super weird and ended up leaving when I was interested in purchasing an entire bedroom set actually.
I initially had some concerns about my delivery experience, which led me to leave a lower rating. Rose from Ashley Furniture followed up with me, listened to my concerns, and worked to resolve the situation. I really appreciate Rose’s professionalism, kindness, and the way she handled the matter. The delivery was completed successfully, and I’m satisfied with how everything was resolved. I have therefore updated my rating to 4 stars.
