Quality of furniture was decent. White glove service was decent too. I had to pair both sides of my bed lift and connect one section of my couch, but overall I’m happy with it all.
Quality has gone down hill tremendously, customer service sucks. Only purchased because our couches of 3 years aren’t repairable anymore and they would only give us store credit. Had 3 people tell me I had to order our replacements through them otherwise they wouldn’t receive commission.
