My experience with Ashley Furniture has been extremely disappointing. When they sell you the product, everything sounds great — especially the warranty — but once you actually need help, they completely avoid responsibility. The quality of the furniture did not meet expectations, and when issues appeared, their customer service was unhelpful and dismissive. They kept finding excuses instead of providing real solutions, even though the furniture was still under warranty. A warranty should protect customers when problems happen, not become meaningless paperwork. I would not recommend Ashley Furniture to anyone looking for reliable customer service or a company that stands behind its products. Very disappointing experience. If I could give 0 stars i would.
Wide choice of furniture and yes - items are good looking. Much overpriced in compare to the quality. Usage lifetime of the furniture is poor. We have purchased several times from ashley in last 6 years but unfortunately decided not to purchase furniture from the Ashley market anymore. However, we spotted and benefited from electronics pricing few times, Tvs and audio systems.
Ali provided great service at the North side location. He let us use his laptop to look at patio furniture and helped us decide on what would work best for us. Really great experience.

Product was a good price, however delivery damaged the sectional couch and they have yet to make any allowances or repairs almost a month later. They continue to avoid my call and emails assuming I will just let it go and live with my scraped up sectional couch.
Couch fabric was piling after the first week. Couch didn't last 2 years and collapsed. Never again
