Overall, I would rate my experience a 3.5 out of 5. The delivery itself was excellent — the team did a great job getting everything into the house and were professional and efficient. For delivery and handling alone, I would give it a 5 out of 5. Unfortunately, the bed was not assembled properly. I understand the installers are often under pressure to complete jobs quickly, but this has resulted in ongoing issues for us. I’ve since had to troubleshoot it myself and have managed to get three of the four drawers working properly. However, one drawer still will not function correctly no matter what I try. The claims process has been the most frustrating part. Because the bed was not installed properly, I’ve been trying to submit a claim to get assistance. The system feels overly complex, and there doesn’t seem to be a direct person to speak with. Each time I call, I’m directed to handle everything online through AI, which has made resolving the issue more difficult. While the delivery service was excellent, the difficulty in resolving the installation problem brings my overall experience down significantly.
