* Removed my previous review to add updates of the post-service support. I had an embarrassing and appalling experience with Ashley Homestore. Upon assembly, the product was defective, and it took over a month for the replacement parts to arrive. The replacement was better, however, still defective. I'm worried that a 3rd replacement may be worse than the 2nd one that I received, so I'm unsure if I should even bother. I requested a spare part due to a design flaw in the bed frame I purchased. As of today, I’ve received three extra parts that I don’t need—one of which (an 8-foot-long box) was sent to my old address. These parts were sent without confirming my shipping address, which I had to call in to correct. Despite that, the third part still went to the wrong address. I still have not received the correct part, even though I’ve requested it multiple times through your website’s support chat. Given the circumstances, one would expect even some level of effort and support to correct their wrongs. Unfortunately, this was not the case. Ashley HomeStore had turned a poor situation to something worse. It’s frustrating to go through such a drawn-out and inconvenient process with little acknowledgement or effort to make things right. My experience has caused me to warn potential customers to find alternatives for their furniture needs.
