Ordered a split king with movable base. We told Travis we wanted the exact same one that was on display it had all the options except for lumber. We drove 2 hrs one way to pick it up and bring it home only to discover it was the completely wrong base. We wanted the Ashley Sleep Better 2.0 Lifestyle Adjustable Bed - Twin XL but we got the Symphony Relax 2.0 Lifestyle Adjustable Bed - Twin XL that has half the options.
UPDATE: Although we were very happy with our store experience, the aftermath has been a complete mess. Our table was delayed and when it finally did arrive, the technician dropped it while trying to put it together and broke the table leg. We also noticed they had causing damage to the table top. This was on Saturday 18th. It has been 10 days and the company has still not done anything to fix this issue. I have spoke with 4 different customer service representatives who have told me there is a claim in and that I’ll be getting a call back the next day, several times and still no resolution. I called today because I still hadn’t heard from them (after being told I’d hear back last Friday) and am now being told a technician will be coming to my house to “try to fix the damage and if he can’t, he will make a report”. The table top has chunks out of it. This is not something that can be “fixed” and even the original delivery guy said that and told us we would be expecting a new table. This experience is making me never want to deal with Ashley Furniture again. I spent a lot of money on this table, only for it to be damaged and them making it almost impossible to get a replacement. Ali was very helpful! We visited him several times back and fourth, changing our minds on what we wanted and each time he showed nothing but patience for us. We ended up ordering most of our furniture for our new house from Ashley and with Ali’s help. We will definitely be going back for future needs. Thanks again Ali!
