Our experience with Ashley Furniture and their white glove delivery service was outstanding! From the moment we walked into the store till we had our purchases delivered and all put together. Everyone was so professional and so helpful. Would definitely recommend Ashley Furniture!
Ordered furniture to be delivered from Travis Anthony over the phone and PAID for delivery and installation. The delivery was extremely unprofessional, marked up my walls carrying things into the bedroom and I will now have to fix the drywall and paint the damaged areas. Upon assembling, the furniture was missing multiple pieces so they were unable to complete the assembly I paid for on the bed frame, and the side tables were damaged on delivery. The driver ordered the missing parts for the bed frame and informed me they would be mailed to me and then I would have to book a technician to come finish the assembly. I also had to submit a claim for the damaged side tables via a texting service because they don’t have a number to call to speak with a real person. After almost a month of hearing absolutely nothing I called and harassed multiple people and was provided a number to contact about both issues. They informed me that they cannot do anything with the damaged furniture claim until they receive confirmation from Travis the sales associate who should have according to them responded to claims department within 24-48 hours after receiving the report, it’s been 3 weeks with no response still. They also informed me after all this that I am out of the “service area” and cannot send a technician to fix the side tables OR finish the install on the bed frame. The WORST experience I have ever had with any company in my life. For context I’ve paid close to $4000 dollars for this furniture and they will do absolutely nothing about any of the claims I have filed. Don’t waste your time or money.
