We are really happy with our entire experience with Ashley Home Furniture on 137th Ave. Our salesman, Trevor, was the perfect amount of helpful without being pushy. I would definitely recommend him if you go to the store. We went with a sectional and a recliner - we were really impressed with the options, comfort, price, size, and quality after comparing with other stores. The delivery was also great. The communication was very clear and you can see in real time when your delivery is on route. The delivery team was professional and efficient. I’m hoping to write another review in a few years to say the furniture lasts a long time!

Had a great shopping experience at this store. Was able to find a kitchen set perfect for my family’s needs and was helped out by Travis. He did a phenomenal job walking me through all my options and answering all questions and concerns I brought up. I’m very disappointed with my experience with Ashley Furniture. I made a purchase on August 28 and was told that the item was in stock and would be delivered on September 12. However, I was later informed that the delivery would be delayed until September 26. When I contacted customer service, I was told that the only thing I could do was change my item. I don’t think this is a reasonable solution, especially since I purchased the item based on the information that it was available and would be delivered on the agreed date. I expected better communication and customer service. If an item is advertised as being in stock, customers should be given accurate information about availability and delivery dates. Very disappointing experience.
