Aaron at the Skyview Ashley’s furniture store was exception. He worked hard to get us what we were looking for. Gave us space to think about our purchases and made the decision easy to buy our new bed set from him!
I would give 5 stars for our experience at the store, and the salesperson, but 0 stars for the way our delivery is bring handled. We purchased a sofa on the 18th of September and had a delivery date of the 26th. By mid afternoon we still hadn't heard anything about the delivery, so we contacted the store, as well as started a chat session to try and track our order. The chat didn't really help, other than to inform us that the delivery was coming, on Oct. 6th! When I finally got connected to the store, the salesperson who sold us the sofa was off, but another person helped us, and explained that our sofa was to be delivered today, but didn't make it to the warehouse in time to be loaded on the truck. Therefore it wasn't going to be delivered today, but the next available date was Oct. 6, because they only deliver twice a week to our area, and both days were already filled next week. If we weren't in our 70's I would pick it up myself but moving furniture nowadays is not an easy task! What really ticks me off is, NOBODY BOTHERED TO INFORM US THE SOFA WASN'T GOING TO BE DELIVERED TODAY!! So Ashley's needs to work on their communications in order to keep customers. This will probably be the last and only time we shop there.

I had a great experience, especially with the customer service. Simra was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional throughout the whole process. She made everything easy, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable

Amanda gave us excellent help and service and we were very happy with the prices we paid...top notch experience and will be back next time if we need anything else.....WOW I gave this place a good review as originally the experience was good but when it comes time for them to deliver your products what a bunch of bs...delay after delay after delay is the experience ive received we have been sleeping on our recliners because out of the 2 beds and 2 frames and 2 mattress protectors we purchased long long ago we have only received 1 mattress and nothing else...they send me a confirmation text today saying items will be delivered on Oct 1st then call me half hour later saying it's delayed yet again for another 7 days which is totally unacceptable and I will not be returning to their store to purchase anything ever again 💯💯
