Our furniture was delivered as promised as scheduled. Delivery service was very good, everything setup and old furniture taken away.

Never going back: 1) It feels more like walking into a shady car dealership than a furniture store. 2) All the crucial details about money are either not shared or only revealed after you've paid. 3) Some couches seem to know more than the store manager. 4) Promotional offers are designed to push you into making a decision that day; if you need to come back later, that's unfortunate. 5) The quality matches Leon’s, but the prices are nearly double. I wouldn't recommend this store, not even to my worst enemy.
We had a great experience! Travis was fenomenal from the moment we stepped into the store. He helped us find what we wanted and went above and beyond. Shoutout to Jacob, too, for giving us a nice mattress experience, with some Latino music!
