The day I got my couch delivered it had issues. Technician came out the report he completed was apparently never filed with my concerns. Many months of going back & forth sending numerous pictures & videos explaining the same concerns over & over again. Now here we are almost 2 years later with the same problems but worse. I paid for the extended warranty & when the technician came with the new foam he had such a hard time trying to get them in & now my whole sectional looks like if you sit down to hard it will blow at the seems the material is so tight. There is a rubbing sound coming from the supposed trampoline inside but they can come add some more wood to stop the sound. The back cushions are sinking, you can see the dips in each cushion from where you sit. The material is actually ripping in several places. I am beyond disappointed! I searched for a sectional before buying the right one for myself & family. This sectional is absolutely horrible & Ashely Furniture does not care. They got their money. They do not care about you once you make the purchase. Very disappointed & NEVER EVER will I buy from here again. Sharing with all friends family & all social media platforms.
As said before, Khalid as the sales person was very helpful overall, but they couldn’t keep their promise to deliver to a rural address. The 3rd party they intended to do the delivery instead of Ashley had only heavy trucks, which couldn’t get on the rural and my access roads with weight limitations. So, I had to do pick and set up myself. They offered to take $500 of the price which would have been the charges of $400 for cancelled delivery and an extra $100 for the inconvenience, that I had to do everything by myself. But it ended up to be only $80 for the inconvenience as they also counted the GST on the delivery charges as a discount. I found that unfair, so we bought a coffee table from their competitor next door. Also, the couch is great but the USB plug-ins on one side don’t work. Disappointing.
Jim was our sales associate and he was nothing short of amazing. While looking to purchase a sectional, Jim was knowledgeable, helpful, personable, and was not pushy whatsoever. He listened to what we wanted and helped us find the right fit. I can’t comment on the one we chose yet, as it won’t be delivered for a few days but the service in store was excellent!
