Had a great shopping experience at this store. Was able to find a kitchen set perfect for my family’s needs and was helped out by Travis. He did a phenomenal job walking me through all my options and answering all questions and concerns I brought up. If you visit here just to browse or purchase, seek Travis out for a great personal experience in completing your home.
I bought a king size bed frame 2 years ago from Ashley. After a year I noticed that the bed was falling apart. On all four of the feet, the material was splitting a part. This is seen in the picture. In the picture we placed a piece of would to support the frame because of this and also because the outer supporting board on the frame is turning inward. We have had this bed for 2 years and spent roughly $1000.0 on it. I would not recommend to anyone.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Returns policy sucks. Salespeople out right lied when we asked about the return policy. I won't print his name but you can contact me for it. The service supervisor hung up on my wife when she asked her to explain the returns policy. The franchise owner is supposidly Canadian but Ahley is an American owned company. Stay away from then and go across the street to Leon's at least they are 100% canadian
We had a pleasant time purchasing our new couch. Our salesman was not hovering, allowed us to look and test at our own pace, and was there when we needed him to be. Was a little hesitant given how the cliche of overly pushy salespeople in furniture stores but our experience was opposite. The couch we picked was a sectional, in stock, and was delivered within a few days. Their white glove installation and delivery service was awesome. The delivery team set it all up, cleaned up, and was gone within 30 minutes. Very impressed.
