I haven’t shopped here in over 15 years. The service was so horrific I couldn’t ever bother to purchase anything there.
Immediate email confirmation of a order cancellation is not given by sales associates or customer service despite the short term cancellation window. The weight tolerances of products sold are not available when searching from product info from my invoice. Manufacturers information of like weight tolerances of items for sale sitting in the store I attempted to search is not currently indexed by google search (taking screenshots). I wasn't able to find on Google (look up ) product and manufacturers specs info from sales invoice so who really knows what I would be getting. There is no web interface to cancel my order from the store and get immediate email confirmation. Lack of products specs I could google and manufacturers information on whatever was put on my sales order forced me to cancel my order Sales persons verbal statement is just not enough. I requested cancellation of my order within my window and despite customer service asking me for all sorts of info about me I couldn't get immediate email final cancellation confirmation (am within 48h).
Our sales person was very amiable and answered all of our questions. She directed us to multiple selections and helped us to make our final choice. No pressure, just professionalism. Will definitely recommend Ashley to family and friends

Amazing service at this South Location. They were incredibly friendly here, both the manager and the associate Mary that ended up selling me the perfect dining room table. She made the experience top notch. Picking out chairs with me and bringing them through the store for me. I actually left with such a smile. They helped work with me on price and made the process very easy. They even helped me load up the chairs into my own car which was incredibly thoughtful. I love their selection and will definitely be coming back for more furniture for my new place.
Ali was very helpful! We visited him several times back and fourth, changing our minds on what we wanted and each time he showed nothing but patience for us. We ended up ordering most of our furniture for our new house from Ashley and with Ali’s help. We will definitely be going back for future needs. Thanks again Ali!
