Terrible customer service. Our couch came ripped, we requested they sent a new one, they said ‘no’. We requested they take it back for a full refund, they said ‘no’. I’d recommend literally any other furniture store save yourself the head ache
Everything was fantastic found a piece of furniture we really liked and the price was reasonable
Some of the sales people looked like they didn’t want to help us because me and my girlfriend are pretty young. We ended up spending just under 5k and Paul made the experience pleasant and enjoyable. We had gone to soo many different stores but I’m happy with the experience Paul provided.
I kept getting followed.. I was trying to shop and do my own thing but there was a certain employee who kept coming near my area and sort of watched me. Felt super weird and ended up leaving when I was interested in purchasing an entire bedroom set actually.

Such a pathetic brand - dont buy their stuff they send broken furniture n refuse to repair even if u buy insurance on ur stuff. Personal exp. Very well trained english sales men with 0 accountability after sales. Will brain wash you for better services and quality of their furniture n if something goes wrong they start blame games call customer service - they say to wait for ages n then no contact. Pathetic - poor - disgusting - careless. 0 start.
Went there to purchase accent chairs was promised delivery date of Sept 15 received message that they won’t be delivered on that date maybe Sept 23 reason as to why they aren’t being delivered the guy didn’t know how do you even know they will be delivered then Not a great experience 😡😡😡😡 Rose I have been trying to contact you at the number listed 😡😡😡😡
