Went in started looking at some dining room sets. Travis asked if he could assist with anything or if we had any questions. Told him what we were looking for precisely. Able to seat up to 10 people but shrink it to 6 people. Either butterfly leaf or leaf/leaves but not at the end of the table. He gave us multiple options with the different features we requested. Decided on the Moriville set. Really liked how he showed the durability of the chairs by flipping it over and standing on the bottom of the back of the chair. Didn’t hear any noises or cracking. The full order wasn’t going to arrive until a month later. Travis gave us the option to split the arrival time so that the table and chairs came 10 days after purchase. The bench to arrive just under a month later. Explained all the warranty and extended warranty options. We would recommend asking for Travis if you are going into the West Edmonton store for your purchases.

The delivery guys were great even though it was raining hard.
Travis and Jim at this location are outstanding sales professionals. Travis helped us select our furniture pieces and was professional, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the process. On a separate visit, Jim was also helpful, offering great ideas and demonstrating great product knowledge. The only downside was some delivery delays; however, Rose handled the situation professionally. Overall, the excellent customer service provided by Travis, Jim, and Rose made for a very positive experience.
It was helpful staff until we ran into a problem with our furniture. We purchased a couch and chair with decorative stitching and an extension warranty. Just under $3500 for 2 pieces and the warranty. Turns out they will not cover decorative stitching even though the salesman said everything is covered. Customer service based out of Winnipeg is a joke and when we went into the store all they did was call customer service. Even though they told us at first it’s covered and they shipped 2 out of 3 parts that were the wrong colour. I told them a few times it was the wrong colour when they finally said it’s not covered at all. But the first time we bought from Ashley but it will definitely be the last.
