People were great, after that, they send you several texts questioning if you will in fact be there to pick up your order, if don't respond right away, they keep texting until you respond. Do they think I just said that, do they not trust me? I guess I could be lying....

Their prices of furniture are competitive and very fair, especially considering the durable quality of the products. The staff were also helpful and patient during our purchase. Update to my review based on after-sale experience: The bed frame, box spring, and mattress have now been delivered. Unfortunately, I am beyond disappointed with the overall look. The box spring is clearly visible when the mattress is on the frame. I was told this is “by design,” but in my opinion, it is a very poor and unattractive design. This was not what I expected and significantly affects my satisfaction with the purchase.
