I had a great experience thanks to Jenny and Francisco! Jenny was incredibly helpful and patient throughout the sales process — she made sure I found the perfect sofa without ever being pushy. Francisco delivered it right on time and was professional, friendly, and efficient. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Highly recommend!

We were looking for a TV stand for our new condo and found exactly what we had in mind at the Ashley furniture store ist South Edmonton Common. It was a floor model and they were kind enough to hold it for us until the next day. Both salespeople who were helping us were extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful with our purchase and delivery booking. We definitely visit Ashley furniture again, should the need arise.

My wife and I recently visited the store in South Common to purchase a bed and bumped into Harry as we walked in. He happened to be the head of the sleep department and was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful - he went into great detail to help us find the right bed and pillows for our needs and also made sure we got a good deal. Everyone else that we dealt with in the store was also very friendly and made our overall experience very enjoyable right through to the end. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for furniture.

My Fiancé and I recently spent a large amount of money on furniture for our new house. Previously, we have had good experiences at other Ashley stores. In store, the salesman was good, however, misinformed us that we had a 30 day satisfactory guarantee and can return things if we are not happy. Delivery day comes around, they brought us an incorrect part so they were unable to set up the base of our bed, part of the dining set they did deliver arrived damaged, as well as scuffed our dining room walls delivering/building it. The delivery drivers took photos of the damaged chair and submitted it for a claim to replace them and told us the rest of the furniture/parts would be delivered in the next 3 days. Nothing else ended up getting delivered. After talking to the customer service number, they said that the delivery drivers did not submit a claim for damage upon delivery, and we only had 48 hours to call and submit a claim. Because of this, they would not refund or replace the damaged furniture, but would only send a tech to repair it. If we did choose to refund things, they would only refund 90% of the price and the rest we would get in store credit and we'd have to pay for them to pick up/drop off the new items. Not to mention, the rest of the stuff that they didn't deliver is now scheduled to show up a month after the original delivery date.. Overall, very poor customer service, poor delivery, and misinformation while buying furniture in person. Will be shopping elsewhere in the future.

My review is for Ashley in general, not necessarily this particular store. In August of 2024 we purchased the Luigi couch, loveseat, chair and ottoman. This furniture has been a problem since about 3 months in. We have had the repair man here 3 times, once to fix a defect, twice to fix the cushions. The more recent visit was only about a month ago and the cushions are already sagging again. Not too mention, since owning this furniture my husband and I both have sore backs and legs. The furniture is terribly uncomfortable when sitting for a long period of time. Ashley has done nothing to rectify this. Service men have been good, but it is a hassle to have people come in the house, time off work needs to be booked etc. I feel like we have had no assistance from Ashley. ***Update- Rose has reached out and I am confident we will find a satisfactory solution.

Had an worst experience with employee named bhavesh We were discussing whole prices of items but at last it was not as per our expections So when we were leaving he said dont wste my time again and deal with another guy next time I cant understand why they are working Atleast they should have some humanity nd common sense to speak

Wadji and his team were awesome today. They arrived in a timely fashion, assembled the bed rather quickly! They were all friendly and it made for a smooth process. He also showed me a part of the furniture that had some damage reassuring me that someone will be in contact. I appreciate the service. Thanks again

We checked a few other stores but found just what we wanted at Ashley's for a reasonable price. Our salesperson was great, thorough and no pressure to deal with.
