Very disappointed with my experience at Ashley Furniture. We ordered a dining table, a chest, and other essential furniture a few weeks ago and paid a premium price, including white-glove delivery (delivery and unpacking). Our original delivery date was January 16. Since then, the delivery has been delayed three times — first to January 20 and now to January 22 — and we are still being told that not everything will be delivered. This situation has had a real impact on us. We recently moved into a new home and had events organized around the furniture delivery. Those events had to be canceled. At the moment, we are sleeping with our mattresses on the floor and have nothing to sit on because all of our furniture was supposed to be delivered by Ashley. What makes this worse is the lack of clear communication and accountability. For a company that charges premium prices and promotes a high-end delivery experience, this level of service is unacceptable. I’m sharing this review to make store management aware and to warn other customers: if you are relying on timely delivery for a move or special occasion, think twice before ordering here. The products may be fine, but the service and delivery experience have been extremely disappointing.
When we shopped around for a new mattress, Ashley Homestore stands out because of its all round service: they remove the old bed & mattress for you too for a hassle-free experience. AJ is an exceptional salesperson, and the manager was very kind and approachable too. AJ gave us lots of time & space to try out the different mattresses, answered all our questions but never made us feel pressured. That allowed us to choose the mattress most suited to our needs and we’re happy with our purchase. We made the purchase on the same day and we got a discount for that. He even answered my text messages on his day off (I didn’t know) and early in the morning too. I just thought he’d-reply whenever he is available, but he replied right away. So impressed! He made sure my delivery was on tract on my most preferred day & time. And it was delivered promptly this morning. The delivery notification app was excellent and we knew exactly where the truck was and when it would arrive. The delivery guys were careful and courteous. They did an excellent job. We’re very happy with our experience and definitely would come back to Ashley for future needs. We’re looking at getting a new bed & mattress for our son too.
My family and I have been impressed by professional friendly and kindness of Moonika while doing business with us. She's knowledgeable, listens and and answers questions with unlimited patience. Even the manager was available when we needed him to clarify some questions. I am looking forward for the delivery to take place as scheduled.

Harjoban was fantastic to work with at the South Common location. He was patient and gave us space and time to look around the store, not interrupting our conversation or pressuring us at all. He was still attentive and offered assistance, a measuring tape and other info when we needed it. He was personable, genuine and respectful. He readily acknowledged when he didn’t know something and immediately felt confident that his coworkers and managers would help him and us. Technical difficulties with the computer, printer and arranging delivery slowed the process down, but Harjoban and his manager worked through it so we left with significantly more furniture purchased than I had hope to find. Fantastic service.
It was my first time to shop at Ashley Homestore even though I had heard and seen many beautiful furnitures with a reasonable price. I am glad I got a chance to get a beautiful furniture with good price. The staff are great.very knowledgeable and patient. I have bought a lot of furniture from Ashley HomeStore over the past years. Quality is definitely one thing I do like behind this brand and this is why I have continued to shop here. I did previously have a problem with couches purchased from here, and even though it was a bit frustrating dealing with the warranty department, an Ashley customer service rep did finally reach out and help me resolve my problem.
