I loved Willa, highly recommended she took the time to answer all my questions about there red tag sale, she walked me through the financing side of things, explained what layaways were and remembered me when I came in a couple days later. She helped me find a beautiful bookcase that could double as a cat condo, and helped me find amazing deal on a chair for my grandpa and his back issues. If you want a sale associate who actually cares about the product and your needs I’d say ask for Willa. I will definitely be back more furniture when I need it she definitely made my experience at Ashley Holmestore an amazing one I walked in there before and just been hounded so it was so nice to be treated like a human being and not a sale, thank you so much Willa I hope you get a raise because you are amazing!

I was very with the services provided by the delivery associates. They were professional and courteous. I ordered a sofa and a table. They were excellent products.
GARBAGE!!! I PAYED $2,600 DURING A SALE ON A SECTIONAL. (Products are not made in America they sourced them out to cheap Asian countries) Absolutely worst decision to purchase a sectional from Ashley furniture, I bought a sectional in September of 2023 and I still haven’t taken the tag off of it because I’ve had so many problems with this couch since it was delivered. Firstly, the white glove delivery service screwed up on installing my legs and completely warped 6 out of 8 legs where they won’t stay attached to the frame. They screwed the legs past their ability and broke the inside of the legs where it’s supposed to attach. I’ve called the warranty number regarding the legs not being attached to my sofa and how they were improperly installed. They agreed to mail out a new set of legs but mailed me the wrong legs three times now, so I’ve been calling them regarding getting the proper legs that came with the sofa and still to this day I don’t have a replacement of the legs that were destroyed by the white glove service. This sofa came with a lot of other hidden problems that the technician noticed when they came the very first time to repair the armrest that sunk in just from my arm resting on there, we both found out the whole arm was constructed of cardboard and he had to take the arm apart to re-staple the cardboard back in it’s original position. And now the same thing happened to the other side. So Im waiting for a technician to come and fix that side now. I’m extremely disappointed and pissed off with Ashley furniture and their warranty department which are completely incompetent. It’s March today and it’s been 7 long months dealing with warranty to have this repaired. Like are you guys just selling garbage to people on purpose? What happened to the quality Ashley HomeStore is known for?
