Excellent customer service and good selection. The outrageous delivery fee charge is my only gripe. It would be the only thing stopping me from purchasing from there again. $170 is criminal.
Our sales person Vinny was very friendly and professional. He was not aggressive or high pressure in any of the sales conversations we had. He was patient while we made friends with other clients. Very informative and funny. 5 stars again to purchase from Vinny.

The salesperson was very patient with us and explained our different options very clearly. She gave us a great deal on our bedframe and box springs. The delivery team did a great job putting everything together and hauling the old frame away. I would recommend the white glove package. Well worth the price.
the sales person was very excellent. Very patient and, took her time to explain the products. The delivery guys were very polite and patient. They got to my end before the scheduled time and had to wait for me for 7 minutes there about. They helped to position my sofa where I want it to be , and they were very friendly.
