Be wary of ordering here. Beautiful products but terrible operations. We purchased a new home and purchased a few items for delivery. When purchasing, we emphasized that we would only purchase items if they were in stock as we didn’t want to risk waiting for shipments. We were assured everything was in stock and available immediately. We were then told the only way to hold our stock was to put down a deposit, which we did. Over the next couple weeks, I then received multiple text confirmations listing each item we bought as available for early delivery. We didn’t have possession of our house yet, so we couldn’t accept it early and kept our agreed upon date. I then received a text less than a week prior to delivery stating one or more item was unavailable. We called our sales representative asking how this could be possible, since we put the deposit down to hold our stock. He said to disregard the text and that everything is available and will arrive on time. The truck then showed up missing half our couch. When we inquired in the store they said the other half is back ordered for another month. Again, we asked how this could be possible after receiving multiple confirmations that everything was available and held with our deposit. Who knows when our other half of our sofa will arrive and customer service was not helpful. Our sales rep took no accountability and blamed the delivery drivers. The only helpful person was the store manager, who called customer service. She said customer service would call by end of day yesterday to offer compensation, However customer service has yet to reach out. Very disappointed.
