Limited selection of pillows. Computers are very very slow and has a lot of steps to just buy a pillow.
Good sales lady patiently directed us to some nice furniture (couch, chair & lamp) at reasonable prices. We were pleased.
Paul Furminger was friendly, patient, and worked with my specific “must have” and “must not haves” to find me the perfect couch. Will definitely go back when I need more furniture and recommend him and this store to others. Their delivery guys were also amazing. 15 minutes from their call to let me know they had arrived to them walking out the door. Friendly, conscientious of my animals, great service all around.
Customer service was very attentive but respectful when I asked for space to look around but then very helpful when I was ready to make a purchase. Delivery was organized quickly. The item I could pick up was ready quick as well.
Re: Order No 0848883559. I recently purchased home furniture from Ashley South Common. I dealt with two salesmen, both of them were good and helpful in selling the products but for some reason, I was not informed by either of them or by delivery people that any damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery directly to Ashley claim services. I expected that new furniture will come without damage so I did not check immediately after delivery but later I noticed damage on one of the bed’s footboard and on the side rail. I then contacted one of the salesman and then customer service at the phone number provided by the salesman. Ashley refused to fix this damage advising it must have been reported within 48 hours. I am very disappointed with this as I paid for new furniture but ended up getting a damaged bed from Ashley. Update: I am changing this review to 3 stars now because Ashley contacted me and made arrangements to fix the damage after I posted this review.
Staff were very friendly and informative. You could tell that they cared about their work. They make the process of getting items to your home seem less.
Great experience, when I was looking a few weeks ago the sales people there didn't hound me or follow me around, they let me walk around and do my own thing. When it came time to purchase it was quick easy and painless.
