Told that the items I purchased were in stock and would be shipped from Calgary the following week. We are now at 3 weeks with no response or courtesy call. Contacted Ashley Homestore by phone, they could not give me a delivery date. They also could not escalate my call to a manager and provided no other options. Will not be dealing with this business again!

Tara is a great associate! She listened to our needs, gave us our space and gave suggestions to help us find what we were looking for. The product we were looking for was in stock and we picked it up the next day with no hassels. We look forward to working with Tara again in the near future for our next furniture needs.

Ordered a sofa including a mattress and a bunch of other things. The following day when we pick up the sofa from the factory they were not able to find my order. Turned out the sales agent SONAM did the invoice WRONG. When we got home, we realized she put in THE WRONG SOFA. Called her about it and but refused to take responsibility. She told us to bring back the sofa (we live more than an hour away) and that would also mean for another day of u-haul rental and gas expense on our part. She offered for shipping that we obviously had to pay for too.

Not happy with the service. I ordered furniture from them twice from them first time it was 3 months delayed and 2nd time they promised they will deliver it on time and now they sent the email to reschedule the delivery. When we try to talk to customer care they were so rude. Will not recommend.

Back in 2016, I purchased furniture from this company at South Edmonton Common. My experience has been nothing but problems and disappointment due to their dishonesty and poor quality. I spent close to $6,000 to $7,000, perhaps a little more, on their products. I don't have the time to detail all the horrendous incidents, but suffice it to say, my IKEA furniture from 15 years ago is still in good condition, unlike the furniture I bought in 2016, which I have barely used because I am always at work and rarely have guests. The salesperson assured my mother and me that if I didn't use my 5-year extended warranty, I would get my money back. Although I found this offer strange, I didn't argue because it seemed like a great deal. Close to 5 years later, I called to inquire about getting my warranty money back. I was told that no such policy existed and that I could only use the money in the store. Given my previous negative experience, I decided to call and have someone assess my loveseat, which had been used only a dozen times by me, a small person, and was already hollow. A technician came, assessed it, and said he would return to fix it. After a few days without hearing from them, I called and was told that the system showed the technician had already fixed the couch. At this point, I was extremely upset and wrote a letter to the CEO explaining my experience from beginning to end. I received a satisfactory response from management. In December 2023, I went to the store, and a lady there checked the system and informed me of the amount of money I had available to spend in my account. However, even if I had a million dollars, I wouldn't buy anything from that store because their products are simply too tacky. I begged for something in writing to avoid waiting so long for them to check the system on my next visit. Today, I went back to buy bedroom furniture. As a disabled person, I spent close to an hour standing while they checked their system, only to be told that $200 of the total I had was already used. When I asked what it had been used for, they couldn't provide an answer. Now, I need to figure out when I supposedly spent $200 on something that I do not have. My suggestion: unless you're a millionaire who wants furniture for show, don't waste your money with this company. Furthermore, the salesperson I dealt with today was not only uninterested in helping me once he found out I had credits, but he also made me wait a long time each time he went to ask a manager how to do his job.
