I had high hopes and the initial service was great. However, it’s taken a turn for the worst. Was told we’d get our couches right away, only to find out from their automated system that they will be available in 6 weeks. Waiting to hear back from someone with any information.
We were initially informed that everything we ordered was in stock. However , after a few days of complete silence from the company, we discovered through their automated system, no less-that our order had been delayed by six weeks. There was no advance notification or explanation provided. To make matters worse they are no refusing to refund the full order. This level of customer service is unacceptable. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this company at all costs.
Went in to purchase an Ottoman and was greeted very quickly and taken care of. I was able to order exactly what I was looking for and was very pleased with the service. In the past I purchased most of the furniture for my home here and it’s nice to see they are still giving the same service
