I am very disappointed in their service, and I don't believe I was treated fairly. I found my dream bed at this furniture store and was looking forward to purchasing more house items to furnish my new home. They seem to have a lot of items that catch my eye, and I said it would be my go-to store after entering the store the first time. Anyway, my bed delivery was delayed, and I understood and waited patiently. The evening of delivery, the gentlemen took proper care and was safe when carrying the items. However, that same evening, I was wondering where the musty smell came from. Quickly, I found out it was the new bed. That same night, the smell, which, as I described musty/moldy and dusty, became so strong it triggered my husband's asthma, so he can't sleep in the room. I decided to sleep with my 2-month-old baby in bed all the same. Around midnight, my infant became fussy and sneezing, and my throat started to feel itchy, and I began to have post nasal drip. The smell became so heavy in my airway I too had to leave the room. When I called to inform the store about my concerns, I was told I have to wait 2 weeks to see if the smell goes away. I explained that I need either a change of bed or for someone to come investigate for our safety, and emphasized that I have a baby who share room with me so I cant wait 2 weeks to see if it will be better. I was treated as if my concerns were not valid and so I requested to speak to a manager. I then spoke to Jason, who voiced same and said "we can't tell for sure it's the bed as can be my health or my living environment ", I found that disrespectful because we weren't all feeling sick until that same night we got the new bed. He then said someone would reach out to me after our conversation within 10min to book a technician to come investigate, and they never did as I had to again call the store to remind them. I don't know if anything will be solved, but this is my experience. They were so nice the day I was purchasing the bed ,but I feel now they got your purchase they want to be over with me and keep in mind I even paid for extra warranty for peace of mind.

I had a wonderful experience at this store. Sonam was incredibly nice and truly knows her stuff. She was polite, kind, and had an impressive knowledge of designing. Her suggestions were thoughtful and really helped me make the right choices. Highly recommend her for anyone looking for great advice and excellent service!

Great experience! Never pushy, always patient with us and took time to work though choices amd alternativesnwiyh what we envisioned. Yhat kind if support made us so comfortable that the day started with us looking for a new bed frame and ended with a full bedroom set and mattresses even lamps!!! Im sure everyone there is also excellent, but please ask for Vineet as your Sales Professional he was incredible! Very happy and will go back for anything else we need for our home! WOW!!! Just bought our new couch. The sales rep Tara Corkett was amazing. Great customer service, friendly, listened to what we were looking for.Tara was very personable, held great conversations in content with the sale. We will look for her on my purchase. Eg I need new lamp . Way to Tara perfect customer service. Thank you so much. New couch in dilvery went awesome with Matthew, new couch fits with our family.
