Worst quality of products. Will never go again. Bought $942 round table. In a year the edge of table is peeling off.
We had an outstanding experience working with Harry at Ashley Furniture. Harry was professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to understand what we were looking for and answered all of our questions. He went above and beyond. He excels in customer service. Ashley Furniture should be so lucky to have such an employee and he should be recognized I highly recommend Harry to anyone looking for top-notch sales experience.
Sales could use more training in having knowledge of size beds, the sales person i had didn't give me all the information I needed for the 48 hr return policy, I got a bed with a lift but cause the remote didn't sync i had to get a new remote which wasn't properly ordered and after 2 weeks of waiting i called and they said nothing was put in so I said I'd like to go to box frame instead and return the lift but was denied cause the 48 hr policy all due to remote not working then manager put in request and 3 weeks later nothing was shipped, once agian i called and they asked for pictures of remote which the delivery had sent on day of delivery so that pissed me off, then was told a week and now today I asked what's happening and they said I'd have to wait a month WHAT THE HECK!!!!! so ya 1 star specifically for delivery team but not for the service, management or sales team as I'm paying alot of money for the lift I haven't used in nearly 2 months leading to 3 months so this company needs better communication and alot more training, worst constumer experience ever as a 1st time costumer NOT HAPPY
Found it easy..
Was greated upon entry by Tara who advised to give her a shout if we needed anything and we're then left to browse. That is what I like. No one following me or hounding me. When we found what we like we tracked Tara down and she was super helpful.
Ajay was knowledgeable on the technical spec, did not hustle us to make the purchase but was gently persuasive on the add on. Then gave us a good discount on our purchase. Appreciate his help us deciding the purchase.
