The furniture looks nice right now, but we'll see how it holds up to everyday use. The delivery rating however, is at a zero. It would have been nice for someone from the company to let us know at some point that the delivery people WILL NOT set foot in your house, leaving you to drag all of the boxes in and assemble everything yourself. We will not be making any future purchases from Ashley HomeStore because no one thought to share simple facts with us. It's too bad too, because our salesperson was very nice to deal with, but his lack of communication on the delivery process has caused this low rating.
Searched for Costco and got this shitty ad instead
Went to Ashley’s today, after seeing a big sale advertised online, purchased a cute sofa for my new reading room, the price was amazing, Nav(I believe was her name ) assisted me , she was great and very helpful ! ( I’ve always wanted a piece from Ashley’s 🩵🦋💙)

Phill from the South Common location was great to deal with. Was not high pressure sales and did good job explaining and letting know when sales may happen. We ended up purchasing from him later in the week.
