Bought this comfortable recliner sofa with coffee table and corner table. Unfortunately, delivered coffee table has a scratch on it. Requested for customer service repeatedly to get it fixed, but i think it is taking ages.Let’s see when it will get fixed. Disappointed with the service.

I walked in and was greeted right away by Willa. She was great, asked questions, worked with me to find what I needed. We scheduled and confirmed a delivery for the 9th, which is exactly what I needed due to my schedule. The issue came afterwards, I got some AI texts about choosing a delivery day starting with the 13th. I tried to contact a person to tell them If already confirmed the 9th, but didn't have enough time before they closed for the day. I tried again tmrw when the texts offered the 14th instead. I got in contact with a person in Distribution, and she said now the earliest is the 15th. I don't know how I can go from the 9th to the 15th in less than 24 hrs, and they really care about trying to work with my schedule. Unfortunately this tainted my experience with Ashley Home store.
