Excellent store lots of choices, very helpful salesperson
My wife and I were looking for square vanity mirrors and end up at Ashley Furniture in our quest. Did you know you can buy the mirrors on a dresser separately? Perfect! We looked at a variety of styles and were assisted by salesperson Paul. He was very helpful. Once we decided on a mirror the sales process was quick and efficient.
Literal scammers and thieves. I have been waiting 4 months for a bed frame, they tried to ship it missing a piece (the footboard) so it couldn’t even be built if they tried. So I went in and requested a refund, they said it would be in 7-10 business days. Never got the refund. I have gone in person to the store about 6 times to get them to fix their mistakes… hopeless. They knew they didn’t have the pieces for my bed frame for 4 months, yet harass me daily to have it delivered when the refund is supposed to already be through. I am never using this company again, had a whole 3 level house to furnish but I will go anywhere but here. Do not believe their delivery system, or their refunds. They lie and steal. I will be going back in today and bringing police if needed. This is theft. 4 months nearly of it.
We had a great experience at Ashley furniture.. our sales person Paul Furmiger was absolutely fantastic and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
I visited last night to start my shopping and gauge the prices on some furniture. I had no intention of purchasing anything, as I won’t need this furniture for some time until our move. We were approached by a salesman who walked us through all of the offers they had going on for that day and he was very knowledgeable! He advised us that we could essentially place the “order” for the couch and hold it for up to a year without needing to pay anything on the spot. We advised him that we were unsure about committing to anything now, as we didn’t know if a couch of this size would fit nicely into the home we would be moving into. He reassured us that we would be able to walk away from the deal at any time before we schedule a delivery or pickup without penalty (aside from a $35 annual card fee). We equally saw that there was a promotion for that day only which said “0% financing for up to 24 months.” He told us that this may not necessarily be the best option and advised us on other routes. Overall, the cost breakdown would’ve put us at just over $5500 including all taxes, fees, and extended warranty. The very helpful employee and the manager (Inver and Cody I believe?) were apt on helping us out and got the price down to just under $4000. And just knowing that we got a good deal that we can change our minds on within the period of a year without penalty is a huge relief. Thanks guys!
