I visited last night to start my shopping and gauge the prices on some furniture. I had no intention of purchasing anything, as I won’t need this furniture for some time until our move. We were approached by a salesman who walked us through all of the offers they had going on for that day and he was very knowledgeable! He advised us that we could essentially place the “order” for the couch and hold it for up to a year without needing to pay anything on the spot. We advised him that we were unsure about committing to anything now, as we didn’t know if a couch of this size would fit nicely into the home we would be moving into. He reassured us that we would be able to walk away from the deal at any time before we schedule a delivery or pickup without penalty (aside from a $35 annual card fee). We equally saw that there was a promotion for that day only which said “0% financing for up to 24 months.” He told us that this may not necessarily be the best option and advised us on other routes. Overall, the cost breakdown would’ve put us at just over $5500 including all taxes, fees, and extended warranty. The very helpful employee and the manager (Inver and Cody I believe?) were apt on helping us out and got the price down to just under $4000. And just knowing that we got a good deal that we can change our minds on within the period of a year without penalty is a huge relief. Thanks guys!

Moonika was excellent. Answered all of our questions and worked with us on the price. No pressure to buy, was just there when we needed her. Store prices overall are really expensive and we haven’t received our items yet so I can’t review the product - the store itself tho, I would give 4/5 stars

Good service and like the delivery time when we move in!
I bought a washable rug from Ashley for about $150, mainly because it was advertised as washable and easy to maintain. Unfortunately, after just one wash, the rug faded badly and now looks very worn and dull. The quality doesn’t seem good enough to handle normal washing as advertised. I’m really disappointed because I expected it to last longer for the price. I wouldn’t recommend this rug if you’re planning to wash it regularly.
Very poor service in terms of delivery and after sales customer service. Delivered partial order without prior notice, just found it at the time of delivery. They promised to deliver it soon. Second half of delivery came after almost two months. Few parts (cables) were missing for the adjustment base from the first delivery. Were promised to send along with rest of the order, still not received after the partial order was delivered. Delivery guy blaming it on the packaging team, packaging team blaming it on sales team, sales team is unreachable. Broken system, poor customer service, horrible after sales. Not recommended.
