Brought $5000 furniture on delivery day to my house and 2 pieces of furniture are broken. Instead, the delivery guy dealt with it, no, I have to deal with it .try to make claims, but the service is worthless. They try to use AI to answer chat, but their AI is still stupid. I'm going around in a circle when I try to talk to humans, and no one is available.

After sale service is very poor. I was bought 4 high rise bar stools. Still those are under warranty and I am following with them since May 2024, still no result or solution. Even everytime they said somebody will either call me or visit my home to check physically but nobody shown up. This is my second visit in store today and still no result.

We spent two afternoons picking out furniture for our family room, dining room, and living room at Ashley's. This, after wasting a day and a half at box stores who didn't have what we wanted in stock, and instead tried to sell us "our" second and third choices that really didn't match. Sonam, with tech assistance from Cody, walked us through every step of the way, after finding exactly what we wanted/needed (everything in stock), setting up delivery and setup date, including disposal of old furniture (setup and disposal NOT available at other stores).

We are currently in the middle of a worst customer service ever. Their communication is totally off. We got a text message that they are canceling the delivery. And then after text their delivery department we came to realize that they have items canceled only for one room but the other room delivery is showing up as promised. The confusion doesn’t end there. When the people showed up, they came with the delivery for the second room too. But guess what we had changed our mind on the second room’s order because it was anyways getting delayed. the delivery folks were rude and threatened to leave the second rooms furniture outside of our house if we didn’t accept the order. Also the delivery folks mishandled an item and made our bottle crash on the TV and broke the TV screen. We unfortunately realized this only after they left. Their claims department didn’t even take time to understand our issue and rejected the claim saying that their drivers didn’t even get a water bottle into the premises. Their customer service has been a nightmare and maybe working with a local Edmonton outlet is better than dealing with this company. They are not worth it. Still waiting for the claims department to come back to me.
