I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I purchased a dining bench and a recliner in November, along with a 5-year warranty, expecting quality and support—but got neither. It’s been only 5 months we purchased the furniture from Ashley.Within a short time, the dining bench started peeling badly (as you can see in the photo). This is clearly not normal wear and tear for such a new product. When I filed a warranty claim, it was simply denied—no repair, no replacement, nothing.Even worse, the recliner had a nail sticking out from the side, which actually caused injury to our baby. This is not just poor quality—it’s a serious safety issue. Their “solution”? Sending a piece of cloth for me to stitch it myself. That’s completely unacceptable for a product that’s supposed to be safe and under warranty.I paid extra for peace of mind with the extended warranty, but it turned out to be completely useless. Poor product quality, no accountability, and terrible customer service.I would strongly advise others to think twice before buying from here.

I could not recommend Ashley more to anyone. My family has been buying from various ashley stores since I was a kid, the furniture lasts so long and it’s such great quality. They have some of the best sales people I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. It’s so refreshing coming in as a young person to make your first big furniture purchases and being taken seriously and sold to rather than brushed off as if you won’t have the money to pay for what you are looking at. I will always return to Ashley when I am looking for anything for my home. The white glove delivery is such a value, they are efficient and respectful and I can’t really put a number value on having someone drag away my old furniture so I don’t have to.
