I didn’t give a rating of 5 because my delivery was postponed by 2 weeks, and I was not impressed that one of the delivery guys used my bathroom, not a good way to impress a client

My experience from going to the store and finding the sectional I love to delivery was exceptional. The customer service was really good and the delivery guys were on time and very good at removing my old couches and setting up my new sectional. The pictures do not do my new sectional justice and they do not show the beautiful texture of the fabric. I am very happy.

Had a great experience in store with the sales person, highly recommend him! His name was Travis. Although, the lady that checked us out promised us a delivery time for a week later & the warehouse did not get that. I was promised 0900-1200 delivery & it was more like 1245-3:45. The delivery guy (one of them) was amazing. The other one didn’t seem to know to much & put the recliner out, pushed it down & tried to close it while it was still laying down. I tried telling him twice to stop but he clearly didn’t care or just didn’t listen. Overall, good experience in the store, the delivery aspect of it though was not.

Very disappointed with my experience at Ashley Furniture. We ordered a dining table, a chest, and other essential furniture a few weeks ago and paid a premium price, including white-glove delivery (delivery and unpacking). Our original delivery date was January 16. Since then, the delivery has been delayed three times — first to January 20 and now to January 22 — and we are still being told that not everything will be delivered. This situation has had a real impact on us. We recently moved into a new home and had events organized around the furniture delivery. Those events had to be canceled. At the moment, we are sleeping with our mattresses on the floor and have nothing to sit on because all of our furniture was supposed to be delivered by Ashley. What makes this worse is the lack of clear communication and accountability. For a company that charges premium prices and promotes a high-end delivery experience, this level of service is unacceptable. I’m sharing this review to make store management aware and to warn other customers: if you are relying on timely delivery for a move or special occasion, think twice before ordering here. The products may be fine, but the service and delivery experience have been extremely disappointing.
