My family never received this package and there is no photos to prove where and it was dropped it was dropped off

Awesome service they were quick and funny guys
Had a terrible experience with my furniture delivery. I paid and contract was for Ashley to take my old furniture and put the new one. They came unprepared and was able to finally deliver on the fourth time. I had to deassemble and yet they did not communicate with the delivery people to take that one with them but the fourth time the delivery guys were cooperative and they also noted mistake from Ashley's side failing to notify about the old furniture.
