Hello I was shopping recently for a mattress, bedroom furniture, couch and recliner chair. I genuinely appreciate the care Sonam put into making my experience as enjoyable as possible. I was given information about every product that I requested and offered the best price available. I took time to understand the warranties and actually made an educated insurance protected decision where I can apply the credit in the future if unutilized. I got a great deal and was shown financing options so that I can spread the costs over a 2 year period. The location in Edmonton South common is first class for service based on my experience and I couldn't be more happy with my visit today! The salesman made the purchase and delivery options easy, however we did need to order a missing part for the loveseat we ordered, and when the foam in one of the seats of the couch collapsed, and warranty work was required, the customer service failed completely, I started this process in June 2025, and now it is November and still not resolved. Spend your money elsewhere. The only reason I gave one star is because I can't take any away.
Was a very good experience, no pressure to buy. Answered my questions , settled on a price. Pickup of our new don’t room set went extremely smooth. In less than 10 minutes we were on our way. Definitely consider another purchase from Ashley.
Very well delivered
We were looking for a TV stand for our new condo and found exactly what we had in mind at the Ashley furniture store ist South Edmonton Common. It was a floor model and they were kind enough to hold it for us until the next day. Both salespeople who were helping us were extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful with our purchase and delivery booking. We definitely visit Ashley furniture again, should the need arise.
Super friendly service
Very helpful, no pushy sales technics, (not like the brick who lost my business ) take the time to show to items that are simulare on sale. An all round good shopping experience.
