Haven't bought anything from here but the customer service was decent.
Staff waa friendly. Furniture is nice. Overhead lights are BRUTAL. All of the track lighting in the store flickers so badly we had to leave. This store is seizure and migraine inducing. Do not recommend this location until management/owners repair
Good selection of quality furniture. We were looking for a recliner love seat and a matching sofa. The staff were very helpful and worked out a price that fit into our budget.

Inderveer at Ashley South Edmonton Commons has been excellent! I went in to look, he was informative but not pushy, and did a great job helping me as I looked around. I left with card, then texted about some pieces I’d liked online. He was great, did some quick quotes, and gave me some good info to think about. I went back again to see the pieces we’d talked about, and ended up purchasing with a great deal and a beautiful bed frame, dining set, and some bar stools. Inder was kind, knowledgeable, and was so nice to work with! I highly recommend him!

I bought a new mattress from Ashley Furniture Industries Edmonton and I’m very happy. The mattress is comfortable and great quality. Soman was very helpful and explained everything clearly. Excellent service!

Moonika was amazing, showing us the durability of the furniture, financing options and working with us within our budget, she was amazing! Go see her! UPDATE: We had a section of our couch delivered about 6 months ago, I was working from home, on the couch that morning finishing meetings, using my AirPods. Two of Ashley’s delivery persons came deliver the couch and I cleared my things from where I was sitting only later to discover I left my AirPods in the case on the couch and they were gone. I immediately called the delivery people and they said they would check the truck and call me back. They never did. I called the west house multiple times and put in a damage report l, they keep saying they will get back to me and never do. To this day I cannot find my AirPods and can only assume the worst. The in store service is great but beware of the delivery staff. I am completely disappointed that nothing has been done.
