We purchased a new bedroom set and paid for the "white glove" service. Other than the sales experience, everything else have been deeply disappointing. It started with the delivery people refusing to pickup all the old furniture, despite us calling to confirm before hand. Then the dresser that we purchased was broken on the right side and is currently leaning against the wall. I'm not sure if this is because the installation was poorly done or if the furniture itself was cheap quality. We needed to go through a couple of channels (email, text, online chat) to ask for the furniture to be fixed. Their solution was to order legs, expect that to fix the break on the actual dresser, wait for a technician to come and confirm more parts needs to be ordered, and then waiting for more parts. The whole process is expected to add additional weeks. Overall, a very poor experience and I cannot recommend purchasing from here.
Frustrating experience: Damaged items and poor communication I purchased a sofa and love seat, and while I accepted the initial shipping delays, the items arrived with both damage and manufacturing defects. Following the store's process, I submitted photos to their "Eva" line, but I never received a response within the promised 48-hour window. After multiple follow-up calls, I spoke with a supervisor named Jesan. He promised a repair and claimed he was waiting for parts. However, after the long weekend passed with no update, I called again—only to find the team completely confused. They had lost track of which claim was for which item, despite Jesan having all the info previously. Now, I’m being forced to resubmit photos and start the process over. Dealing with Ashley’s after-sales support has been a headache. I’ll be thinking twice before shopping here again.

The quality of the dresser was poor . It's very thin construction feels like it's made of cardboard. The surface finish Will chip and scratch very easily. I feel stupid for buying it .and you should be ashamed for selling this type of garbage.
