Excellent service, will visit them again. Rajbir was very helpful.
Mikaela was very helpful, she displayed an excellent customer sevice skills. I'm very happy with the purchase I made.
Sharing my experience so others can be careful. I bought a sofa from Ashley after being told by the salesperson that it was real leather. Later on, even the salesperson admitted to the manager that it was sold to me as leather. I also paid extra for the warranty, thinking I was covered. But how is a customer supposed to actually know if a sofa is real leather or not? We trust what their staff tells us. I paid a higher price believing I was getting a genuine leather product. I went back to the store multiple times trying to fix the issue. At first, the warranty team said they would send parts, but after waiting about two weeks, I got an email saying the claim was not covered under warranty. I’ve been dealing with them for around 10 years, but when it really mattered, there was no support. That’s very disappointing. I even tried posting my review on their website, but it looks like it got removed or blocked. Overall, a very frustrating experience. My advice: don’t rely only on what salespeople say and be cautious about buying their warranty. Make sure you have everything clearly documented before making a purchase. Be careful and don’t get stuck in this kind of situation.
I want to share my experience so others don’t get misled. I purchased a sofa from Ashley and was clearly told by the salesperson that it was genuine leather. Even later, the salesperson admitted to the manager that it was sold to me as leather. I paid extra for the warranty, trusting their word. How is a customer supposed to verify if something is actually leather or not? We rely on what their staff tells us. I paid the price of a leather sofa based on that information. I made around 10 trips to the store trying to resolve the issue. At one point, the warranty team told me they would send replacement parts. But after waiting two weeks, I received an email saying the issue was not eligible under warranty. I’ve been their customer for the last 10 years, but when I actually needed support, they denied the claim. That’s extremely disappointing. I also tried posting a review on their website, but it seems like my reviews were removed or blocked. This whole experience has been frustrating and a waste of time. My honest advice: be very careful and don’t blindly trust what’s being sold or the warranty they offer. Make sure everything is clearly written and verified before you buy. Don’t fall into their warranty trap.
Harpreet K. Was a pleasure to deal with. No pressure, gave us a space, and God it’s a great deal when we ask Edmonton South Common location was great to deal with overall.
Had a pleasant experience with the help of Nav. Highly a recommended place to visit if you are looking to buy any furnitures.
Moonika was excellent. Answered all of our questions and worked with us on the price. No pressure to buy, was just there when we needed her. Store prices overall are really expensive and we haven’t received our items yet so I can’t review the product - the store itself tho, I would give 4/5 stars
