Disappointed with Ashley Furniture’s Customer Service I had a terrible experience with Ashley Furniture regarding a mattress issue. After purchasing, I noticed a problem with the mattress and reached out to their customer service team. Unfortunately, they were unhelpful and did not resolve the issue despite multiple attempts to contact them.At time of purchase i was not informed about how protection plan work as i was added without information. What’s most frustrating is the lack of communication and accountability. For a company of this size, I expected better service and a willingness to address concerns. This experience has made me question their commitment to customer satisfaction. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing from Ashley Furniture unless you’re prepared to deal with unresponsive service if something goes wrong.

The two gentlemen were very polite, kind and considerate and fast in setting up our new dining room table. They are very good workers that enjoy their job. Very happy with their service.
