Save your $$$ go to Ikea. What looks good on the flyer costing half your pay check will be sure to disappoint. Sold as wood furniture is mixed in with some white resin chipping off within a week, certain parts are sloppily glued together, screws needing constant tightening or else chairs wobble. Long wait times, awful customer service- after they’ve got your money. No way to return any of this garbage! Never again Ashley!
I strongly recommend that others avoid purchasing from Ashley. My experience with their after-sales service has been extremely disappointing. We received a defective item, and instead of assisting us with resolving the issue, the sales representative, Moonika, simply told us to contact customer support and offered no further help. This is not the level of service customers should expect after making a purchase. The lack of accountability and poor customer service from both the sales team and the store has made this a very frustrating experience. When a customer receives a defective product, the store should take ownership and help facilitate a resolution rather than passing the responsibility elsewhere. Ashley management should focus on improving customer service and ensure their staff are properly trained to support customers before and after a sale.

Unfortunately I don’t remember his name, but an English (?) gentleman helped us. He was very friendly, and informative without being too pushy.
My sales associate was very professional and let us look around and did not hound us. When we were ready to ask questions, he was there. I came back the next day and put it on a payment plan without any finance charges. I am happy with my purchase from Ashely Home furnishings
