I’ve purchased Lavinton Poster Bed king size and a mattress from Ashley store. First of all, the customer service at Ashley store is great, from the moment you enter their store, from the greeting, presentation of their products to the final sale, and the delivery process, it’s all great and smooth. The bed is a beautiful design and solid construction. It’s comfortable, sturdy, easy to assemble and looks great in my bedroom. The mattress is firm but comfortable, just as described. Very happy with this purchase, definitely worth the price. I highly recommend Ashley store for your home furniture purchase.

Bought this comfortable recliner sofa with coffee table and corner table. Unfortunately, delivered coffee table has a scratch on it. Requested for customer service repeatedly to get it fixed, but i think it is taking ages.Let’s see when it will get fixed. Disappointed with the service.
For all of you out there, looking for furniture, ashley furniture is best place to avoid, save your self stress anxiety and headache, their quality is absolute garbage! They are reselling used furniture claiming as new! Customer service is absolute joke, as they are trained to be rude and deny any Customer concerns! I have spent $19.000 in single purchase April 2025, delivery personal damaged walls flooring, claim denied! Pictures of damaged furniture taken same time as they were assembling, denied for claim, king size matters was claimed for sagging ,January 10 2026 denied for warranty, 3 pictures showing mattress, anyone wanting to come to my house and see condition of furniture before going to ashley furniture is more than welcome be my guest I live in St Albert, nothing to hide, just want to help people if I can , I wish no one to go through what I did, I am 99.9 % sure they are staging positive reviews them self, Not to forget they sent 3 numbers to call for wall repair quote, one said ashley never paid me last 2 jobs I did no thanks, the other said no without explanation, 3 I didn't even bother to call. Do your self a favor and buy furniture elsewhere!
