Amazing experience. I came in to browse with my husband and we let the sales person Joban know that. He gave us space but remained available nearby when we had questions. We didn't plan to make any purchases coming in but we got intrigued with the choices. At this point the sales person brought his manager Cody over to meet us, and what a pleasure that was. He was standing on the couch for us and showing how durable it was for our children and ourselves. They even made us coffee while we figured out options to pay. We are very excited for our upcoming delivery.

Rose reached out to me and resolved the issue so quickly that we'd been dealing with for over a month now after calling back and forth with the guest care team. Ajay at the South Common store and the guy at the front desk (can't remember his name), thank you, gentlemen, for all your help in trying to resolve the issue when we were there. My husband and I appreciate you all for all the help and time you took. We will be back to pick out our new set soon.
