I have never had such a poor experience with any furniture delivery before. I was clearly informed by the sales associate that my sofa would arrive packed in a box and that the delivery team would ask whether I wanted it placed in the garage or at the front of the house. Since I was not home at the time of delivery, my wife requested the delivery team to place the sofa in the garage. However, they refused and instead left it in the front yard. Contrary to what was promised, the sofa was not boxed and was only wrapped in plastic. The delivery personnel were dragging the sofa rather than lifting and placing it where requested. Their behavior was rude and unprofessional. When I contacted the sales associate to report this experience, I was advised to reach out to customer care, which I did. Unfortunately, customer care failed to address the full scope of the issue and focused only on whether the sofa was supposed to arrive in a box. They stated they would check with the store, but overall, it felt like my concerns were largely ignored. It truly feels as though ASHLEY is only interested in taking customers’ money, and once the sale is complete, they disengage entirely. Sales and after-sales service are equally important, and in this case, both were extremely disappointing. I would never recommend ASHLEY to anyone. To make matters worse, I have now noticed that the sofa has a small damage as well.

Had a terrible experience with my furniture delivery. I paid and contract was for Ashley to take my old furniture and put the new one. They came unprepared and was able to finally deliver on the fourth time. I had to deassemble and yet they did not communicate with the delivery people to take that one with them but the fourth time the delivery guys were cooperative and they also noted mistake from Ashley's side failing to notify about the old furniture.
