Worst place to shop for furniture. We have been waiting from last two months for furniture replacement as its broken and had scheduled my day off,so that they can pick up my sofa and nobody even called us to inform that pickup has been cancelled.Ashley home furniture misguide people at the time of purchase and when there is actual problem, they have the worst customer service..If I had the option i would have given zero rating
Beware and read the fine print when doing business with this company. I purchased 8 chairs and when I pulled them out of the boxes, 2 were defective. one had black grease on the upholstered seat and the other had a torn area on the back with foam and glue attached to it. I called customer service, sent pictures, spoke to several customer service agents and they would not replace or repair their product. They stated that I missed the 48 hour clause in their contract that I had to report it for a claim. Apparently their one year warranty is not valid as well. I was moving and did not open the product for a month. The damage was clearly from the factory and disappointed they will not do anything to rectify the issue. They have poor customer service practices and this is not the first time I had issues with them. If you read their reviews, you can see the same lack of customer service and poor quality products they sell.
Paul was incredibly helpful when we were shopping for a couch, offering us a great deal. His honesty stood out—admitting that the purchase wasn’t made from authentic leather. To be fair, with the high quality of the material, it’s hard to tell the difference, and that doesn’t bother us at all. We’re very happy with our purchase and will continue to recommend Paul for his professionalism, honesty, and excellent service.
I had a wonderful experience at Ashely’s Furniture. After much searching and comparing I found the quality of Ashley furniture to be of the best quality. I also loved working with Vanpreet, she was so personable and relatable without any pressure. She understood what style I was looking for by listening and it was a pleasure working with her. She played a large part in my commitment to Ashley’s. Thank you so much and I’m so excited to have my things delivered and set up when I return from work. Sincerely, Allison Gamble
I had a great experience here. The place was clean, the staff was friendly, and the service was very good. I would definitely recommend this place.
be very careful to buy stuff this store I buy bed and give me damage bed then I return they charge me $170.99
Zero stars. Bought a bed, when I tried to call to get help they were so rude then just gave me a number to text. The boxes didn’t have instructions, only half of the hardware was there, metal pieces were bent AND in the wrong boxes. Wooden dowels were in the holes already and broken off. Poor service still waiting for reply to get refund but nothing! Terrible customer service. Terrible quality.
Extremely disappointing experience at Ashley HomeStore South Common. I purchased a queen bed in November 2025 and after multiple rescheduled delivery attempts, it didn't arrive until February 2026 — nearly 3 months later. On the very first day of delivery, the LED lights stopped working. I called customer service the same day and was told a replacement part would be sent. It arrived in March, so I called back to schedule a technician — only to be told yet another part had been ordered instead. That was months ago. As of today, there is still no ETA, no resolution, and no accountability. I've called the South Common store multiple times and no one answers or escalates the issue. Every representative gives different information, and no one follows through on what they promise. The product quality is poor and the after-sales support is non-existent. If you're considering buying furniture here — especially at the South Common location — please think twice. Save yourself the frustration and shop somewhere that actually stands behind their products and respects their customers' time.
