worst experience ever. Furniture is damaged out of the box and when I reached out they tell me call to get an appointment for someone to come and take a look, like seriously? I sent you photos and the furniture is dented and now you put me to work!! Never again

So happy we purchased the warranty as we needed some repairs and it wasn’t a hassle to complete a claim! Tristan came out to fix our ottoman and couch and he was so personable, kind, and efficient. We appreciate the great customer service he provided for us. Really happy with Ashley. Thank you.
The worst most unprofessional delivery I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE. It started by 2 men coming for delivery and one of them appears to be talking to himself. I was scared as I thought he is not mentally stable. After a while I discovered that he was on a personal phone call while WORKING. I didn’t say anything and after a while they discovered that he brought a wrong item and their customer service personal was calling and when I mentioned to her that this person was on a call while working, he started laughing. And then he was pretending not to be on his phone but he was. Additionally they were exceptionally rude. When I asked them why you ripped the plastic wrap that was protecting my mattress ( the most expensive one at Ashely) they replied to me in a very rude way. As they went to take back the wrong item, I told them it looked like the missing one and it turned out to be right after a lonnnnnnnng argument and rudenessssssssssss. When they were about to leave I checked one of the rooms and it turned out that they didn’t assemble it!!!!!!!!!!!! And guess what, it was damaged. And they were trying to convince me that it wasn’t. I haven’t witnessed a worse delivery than Ashely’s……. End of the nightmare

The worst furniture store I have ever seen in my entire life. These people are scam. It's been more than 2.5 years that we have ordered 6 dining chair from Ashley store Edmonton south common. We only got 3. Surprisingly they ask for whole money. We had financing option with fairstone which was no pay until 1 year. Since we have not got our order complete we did not pay. Here after two and half year they refer us to credit beauro to collect money. In this last 2 and half year our credit got affected weay not be able to buy anything else with finance. The worst mistake ever. They have big name with zero care about their customers. I ask, who the hell in this world pay complete money for an half order???? The Strange thing is in this entire furniture company which hundreds of people working no one is able to solve your problem or should I say don't want to solve. We have already told our entire family, friend who ever we see to not buy from this company. And will continue doing it. I wish there was 0 star to give.
Delivery was on time. Delivery personnel Wajdi and his partner were very professional and efficient. All furniture items were brought into the house and assembled with care. All garbage was removed/taken. Thank you for the excellent service! ☺️
