Nice sales people who won't take a full payment but will push a "free" financing options. Then you'll receive a $30 annual fee statement from the financial institution. We bought a nice dining set from there in October last year, and they talked us into that financing option. Soon after I received and paid that $30 annual fee notice and decided to pay the full balance off so I did. By the way you have to go to their office to make a payment. The table arrived in time and was assembled in a timely manner, I barely had any time to properly inspect it. Then I found one leg had a split and claimed it. You only have 48 hours to find defects by the way. The system would ask you lots of questions and will request lots of pics to upload. So the decision was made to provide a replacement leg which has never arrived. After a month or more I was offered two options: 40% of the table price in store credit ($287) or 30% refund ($215). I decided to take the first option. After 4 months we haven't found anything we'd like to buy so I called the Customer service to switch to the refund. That went smoothly and the operator confirmed that I'd receive a $215 refund. After a couple of days I found I received the credit card refund, but only $186. Called them again and they said that around $40 was sent to the financing provider and the operator didn't know why. How that makes sense especially when everything was fully paid off already. I learned the lesson and I'm not buying from Ashley's again. Thanks a lot. P.S. The financing company will also offer a credit card and the interest there is huge.

Staff waa friendly. Furniture is nice. Overhead lights are BRUTAL. All of the track lighting in the store flickers so badly we had to leave. This store is seizure and migraine inducing. Do not recommend this location until management/owners repair
Good selection of quality furniture. We were looking for a recliner love seat and a matching sofa. The staff were very helpful and worked out a price that fit into our budget.
