Gentlemen at the store in the south common area was very helpful but when we talked to the guest care, they're a joke. Been dealing with our claims for over a month now. They don't wanna replace the whole set even if the product has been discontinued. We made 4 claims, nobody from the guestcare team reached out to us. They keep sending us parts, been sitting in the house for over a month now. Lady on the phone was rude, told us "you supposed to call us and let us know about the parts" so I made a call to ask somebody to come to fix the broken furnitures. Still not fixed. The lady we talked to on the phone told us we dont have warranty just to find out we paid $1500 for an extended warranty for 5 years. Purchased most of our furniture from Ashley, paid Almost 20k coz they said they're good and they're good to deal with if you have problems with the furniture. That's a big lie. So disappointed. Never gonna buy from Ashley anymore. They're 0 star really.
Salesman gave us time to look around at our own pace, gave us a very good deal and we are very excited to receive our purchase. Will recommend Ashley Furniture and ask for Joban.

Went into the store and was assisted by Nav. She is a wonderful sales representative. Ended up walking out with lots of new furniture for my home. It was a great experience overall and I would recommend by this store, and Nav.
Edit: I texted the number as advised in the response to this review. No one have responded back. It's been 3 days. This is confirming the lack of care shown by the company, making me drop the review down to 1 star. We purchased a new bedroom set and paid for the "white glove" service. Other than the sales experience, everything else have been deeply disappointing. It started with the delivery people refusing to pickup all the old furniture, despite us calling to confirm before hand. Then the dresser that we purchased was broken on the right side and is currently leaning against the wall. I'm not sure if this is because the installation was poorly done or if the furniture itself was cheap quality. We needed to go through a couple of channels (email, text, online chat) to ask for the furniture to be fixed. Their solution was to order legs, expect that to fix the break on the actual dresser, wait for a technician to come and confirm more parts needs to be ordered, and then waiting for more parts. The whole process is expected to add additional weeks. Overall, a very poor experience and I cannot recommend purchasing from here.
