I will give 0 Star to this store we are dealing with this store since 2017 and bought lot of stuff but since 3 months i was calling them regarding our sectional sofaa i called them so many time evrytime they asked for the pictures where were the issue but thy dont send anybody yet . me and my husband so tired now .. we stop the purchase now cuz our still under warrenty but this kind of behaviour really useless .. so many phone calls i did since waiting there call back and action . so guys beaware stop purchase after buying they dont fix the issue even its under warranty or not
I bought a sofa from Ashley on Black Friday, and I’m extremely happy with the entire process. When I visited the store, I wasn’t sure what would fit my budget and space, but Ajay Singh was fantastic—he understood my needs and showed multiple suitable options. The sofa was delivered right on the committed date, and the packaging was excellent, especially considering the snowy weather. I assembled it myself without any difficulty, and now my family is enjoying it comfortably. Great service and great quality—thank you, Ashley Furniture!
We purchased several items for our new home, but the whole experience has been very FRUSRATING and STRESSFUL. Our bed frames (all unboxed and not assembled) has been sitting in our house for over a month now due to a missing piece that the delivery drivers noticed only after opening the boxes. Every time we have called customer service they just provide us with an estimated date for the missing part but no confirmation on the actual date of arrival and the estimated date keeps on changing with each call. We still to this day have no bed to sleep on and no date for the missing part. Calling customer service is just useless as they don't have concrete answers for us. On top of that, when the delivery team brought the furniture in, they handled it carelessly. they damaged our door frames, scratches on the walls and staircase railing. It is visibly severe and will require professional repair. We went to Ashley expecting top service but we are now having to deal with getting all this repaired and no proper bed to sleep on. I hope Ashley takes accountability and improve so other customers do not go through this.
Great service, delivery amazing because of “Jenny” that tracks the timing of the delivery. So nice to have items already assembled rather than requiring assembly.
Donna was amazing and really helped us allot.
