The good: no hovering sales people, pricing comparable if not cheaper than Chinese made product we looked at at outher stores ( probably no 6% duty on US made product that Ashley supplies). Different styles than what was at all the other stores. Sales person was knowledgeable, friendly and willing to negotiate. The delivery team were proffesional and courteous. The bad: there wasn't any other than having to buy American made (timing is everything I guess)
Dealt with Sonam who was very helpful and well informed. We did do a deal and it was fast and easy, I do believe this was due to Sonams help. Would definitely deal with her in the future.

If you’re looking for outstanding customer service go see Vineet. Not only was he amazing but the store manager was also. As soon as we walked in Vineet greeted us with a smile. You can tell he loves what he does. He was SOOO patient with us and did not rush us. We are looking at adding more pieces to our home and we will be back to see him and come back to the store because of him. Thank you once again!
Great deals today. I bought a table set and a sofa table. Excellent quality and selection. Sales rep was helpful without hovering. Offered an additional discount on a marked down item. I love shopping at Ashley.
Our salesperson Was wonderful. He was knowledgeable and very helpful. The manager who helped us was also wonderful. I shop at Ashley's alot and am very happy with the service.
