We purchased an adjustable bed base from Ashley Furniture that has turned into a complete nightmare. From the moment it was installed (and our box springs were removed as instructed), our mattress lost all firmness and became extremely soft and unstable. The bed became so uncomfortable that I developed significant hip and back pain and could no longer sleep in it at all. On top of that, the base was extremely loud. Ashley did send someone out, and we were told the mechanism was rubbing against the slats—which were already damaged. Some slats were removed to reduce the noise, but the bed is still not quiet, and the comfort issue was never resolved. This was a very expensive purchase (over $1,600), and at no point were we warned that the adjustable base could drastically change mattress firmness, cause noise issues, or damage the bed structure. After explaining everything and asking for help, we were simply told about the 48-hour return policy and offered no resolution—despite the product clearly not working as intended and never being properly fixed. I currently cannot sleep in the bed at all and am now sleeping on a cheap mattress on the floor just to reduce pain. With a newborn at home and already limited sleep, this has been incredibly discouraging. Customer service showed no flexibility or accountability for a defective and uncomfortable product. I truly regret this purchase and would not recommend Ashley Furniture if you expect support when something goes wrong.

One of the worst place to buy furniture. Sold me 2 different style of bedroom set with different colour of bed and different side tables and dresser. Never ever have seen that kinda world class selling skills. Why do uou place an order until you guys are not finally confirmed that will receive it. Put me 2 months of wait and put in situation to take what ever i am getting from them otherwise you will charge methe cancellation fees for the thing do even dont have in stock. Why you guys promise of something when you dont something. Good luck whom so ever want to invest there money at this place.
Worst experience with warranty. We bought 5 years extended policy but only seats are covered and all the other things on sectional are not covered.
The delivery guys went above and beyond to get our new sofa upstairs through a challenging staircase. Highly professional! The sofa is also beautiful so far.
Good couch. Salespeople were good for the most part. Gave me the wrong address for pickup so that was annoying (hence the 4 star rating) but it worked out in the end.
Nav was very supportive and professional in working with me. Delivery crew was courteous, polite and cautious in getting the job done. Couch looks great & quality is very good. I'd buy from Ashley again in future.
Knew what i wanted when i walked in. Bought it, but it wasnt sure n stock so have to wait 6 weeks. Also their computers werent working well which added 35 mins to getting the transaction completed
