Today I went into Ashley furniture to buy a bedroom suite for my daughter for her new house. The sales lady, Pinder was absolutely fantastic. She was so nice and outgoing, made me feel very comfortable and had absolutely zero problems dealing with her. Great experience, making it very easy to come in and get something that fast. I shop at Ashley furniture for all of my furniture, I have never had any problems with the furniture or the service. The people that work here are great and the customer service can’t be better thank you.
Harry, the sales representative at the Ashley store, was exceptional! He provided outstanding customer service by offering detailed information about the furniture, answering all questions thoroughly, and guiding us through the selection process with patience and expertise. His friendly and approachable demeanor made the experience enjoyable, and we ended up with amazing furniture that perfectly suits our needs. Highly recommend Harry for anyone shopping at Ashley—his help made all the difference!
Staff was excellent and more then helpful
Disappointed with Ashley – Misleading Return Policy I purchased a rug from Ashley and was told by both the manager and the salesperson at the time of purchase that I could return it within 90 days if I wasn’t satisfied. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The rug turned out to be extremely difficult to vacuum, and when I tried to return it, the store refused to take it back and told me to contact customer service. When I reached out to customer service, they also refused to process a return or exchange, completely going against what I was told in-store. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I feel misled and stuck with a product that doesn’t work for my home. Please be very cautious when buying from Ashley—especially rugs—and make sure you get all return policies clearly in writing. Verbal promises mean nothing once the sale is done. I will definitely think twice before shopping here again.
