I went to this ashley home store in a rush to find a new couch that worked for my new home. I spent a considerable amount of time with a sales associate who knew nothing about the furniture she was selling. After having to ask the manager multiple questions to figure out what I needed I was constantly questioned about getting one of their financing cards. The fact the manager could take no for an answer more than five times when I was purchasing it outright is absurd. At the end of the deal the manager shook my hand then proceeded to cough into his which was disgusting. After moving into my new home I realized the couch I had would not work. Being told I could cancel before pickup I called for a refund and was then told I would loose 10% of what I paid totalling $240 and could only get it back as a store credit. I am beyond floored that this was never discussed and assumed my sales paperwork was for my warranty only. Customer service was of no help. This place is garbage buyer beware.
Excellent customer service
Recently bought a sofa set from Jane (Joan). Jane went above and beyond to get us what we wanted for the price that we were comfortable with. Jane was very friendly, offered us coffee & water and made us feel very comfortable. If your going to Ashley please please go see Jane.
Great experience and service
We went and made a purchase today and we met an experience sales attendant Harry. Harry is very knowledge about products in and online. He made us feel welcome and comfortable. He was able to.answer all our questions. Thank you Harry for helping us with our purchase decision.
