I was very impressed. Our sales person was very knowledgeable about their products and was able to take us to the items that were in line with what we were looking for very quickly. Many stores seem to offer a variety but I feel Ashley actually does, quality products that fit every taste and a wide range of budgets. We are HAPPY customers. (went back two days later and bought another item). See!, HAPPY!!

Never shop anything from this store specially stay away from salesperson Chirsty. She isn't helpful for after sales service.
We like the product, and the salesman was very friendly and accommodating. However, I just noticed that I was charged nearly $170 for delivery, even though my location is within Calgary and only about 15 minutes away from the store. This doesn’t make sense, and I only realized it when I got home.
From the moment that we stepped in Gemma and Austin greeted us with a huge smile and provided us amazing service that lead us to purchase our sectional. They were knowledgeable and Gemma was with us all the way with answering all our questions. Will definitely be back to purchase more items.
