Gemma at the Deerfoot City location in Calgary was great to work with. She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Model pieces were available in the showroom to test out the comfort level. All in all a great experience.

I purchased a dining table set from this store. The sales associate Pardeep did the financing through Fairstone , emailed me the invoice and the whole process went smoothly. After a week,I received a call from Fairstone that they didn’t have my correct email address , so they couldn’t send me the terms and conditions. Upon reading these terms and conditions, I found that that this card has an annual fee of $35. There was no mention of this annual fee of $35 at the time of purchase. The Fairstone associate told me to call the store and ask if this fees applies to my purchase. When I called the store some associate named Dawn answered my call. I told the whole story to her but she kept on insisting that I was supposed to read the terms and conditions when I purchased the dining table. I repeatedly kept on telling her that I have received these terms and conditions after a week from the purchase.She was pretty rude. When I asked her to transfer the call to the manager she put me on hold for an hour after which I disconnected the call. In my point of view either she needs to be trained how to deal with customers or fired. Otherwise if the store keeps on employing people like her they will soon spoil their reputation. Thanks Rose for handling my case and waiving off my annual charges $70 for the first two years of my promotional offer. I really appreciate your prompt response.

You can never go wrong with Ashley HomeStore! Best quality and really you get what you paid for. Other places is cheaper but no one is better quality and better customer service than Ashley homeStore!

PJ was great! Gave us space, checked in. We bought same day and he took time to explain all the fine print and important info we needed. Pick up was easy and fast and in under a week it's all set up!

Truly appalled by the customer service of the manager. I sat with a sales associate Who provided me a price for a Tempur-Pedic mattress and all these perks. The manager kept circulating the area and eventually made his way into the conversation. He then said he would look to see if he could even get me a better place only to come back with less perks and a higher price. For the longest time he tried to make sense of the difference until he finally admitted that this sale representative gave me quote the wrong price quote. To me knowing that a customer has sat there for over an hour and the error was on your side; but you expect the customer pay for your mistake is insanity. He then appeared angry that I was disappointed with the situation and told me I won't get a better price anywhere else. Not realizing that what he did showed me Ashley's abilities around customer service and completely broke my trust in the store. Definitely won't be back.
