I rarely post Google reviews, but people need to know this because furniture is expensive and you trust a company with your hard earned money. I spent more than 30k at this Ashley location for my new home. The last item delivered, a $3,200 recliner sofa, arrived squashed and wrinkled on the armrest, back cushion, and wing area. It looked damaged from delivery or poor storage. I noticed the issue about 1 hour after delivery and thought it might settle, but nothing changed. I reported it within 24 hours, well within their 48 hour return window, and requested a return or exchange. Instead, customer service kept insisting on a repair, repeating the same policy every time. I called 4 to 5 times, spending hours explaining that a brand new sofa should not need repairs, but they still refused to return or exchange it. After all the hassle, I was basically forced to agree to a repair. They assured me they would try at least 1 repair, and if it did not fix the issue, they would return or exchange it. They also said it would be fixed to a factory standard. It took 14 days for parts to arrive, and the part they sent was wrong. Once the appointment was booked, I had to wait another 14 days for a technician. After 28 days, the technician tried to fix it, but the sofa is still deformed and the issues remain. When I called again after the technician left, they told me they could not return or exchange it because I “did not ask for a return within 48 hours,” even though I clearly did, sent photos, and have multiple calls as proof. They then told me they would try another repair, which could take another month or more. At this point, it is extremely frustrating. Their after sales service is terrible, and they hide behind policy instead of helping customers. Their policies are built for their benefit, not for customers. I would not recommend Ashley to anyone, whether here, family, relatives, or friends. Please save yourself the hassle. Once they get your money, you are on your own. They do not care about customers.

My partner and I went to Ashley to try mattresses today. Sam was incredibly helpful, friendly and amazing to work with. She was transparent with us that she was new to the company and asked a more senior mattress salesman to help show us some mattresses. We really appreciated this. Sam was accommodating and was not pushy at all! She was also able to get us a good deal from her Manager Austin - highly recommend going in for these 2! They will take care of you and your needs! We will definitely come back from Edmonton to see them.

I met jemmy he’s actually really explained so well and he balances the laugh between the conversation which make us very connected. He’s very good in his job that’s how we landed on one bed.
