I had great customer service from my salesman Harry, he gave me time to look around to see what different products were available, came over occasionally to see if I had any questions but then left me to continue to look around , I appreciated that as I hate to step in the door and have sales people right in your face when you first walk in.. let me look , then if I need assistance I will ask for help . I was very pleased with everything I picked out to furnish my new place, I would definitely recommend this location and Harry as the salesman.
Excellent customer service! I came in looking for a few decorative pieces for my home. Firstly, we were warmly welcomed at the door. As I was walking around, no one bothered me and let me do my thing. After I spotted some pieces that I absolutely loved, an employee (PJ I believe) noticed that I was struggling to reach the piece off the wall. He walked up to me and asked me kindly if I needed any help. I of course did so he called someone ASAP to retrieve the item off of the wall for me. The same kind of exceptional customer service was shown throughout my entire time at the store. The manager at the store was also exceptionally helpful. Thank you for being so kind and for helping us find exactly what we needed. Will definitely be coming back here!
