We walked into this store to purchase a dining table. We were not greeted, acknowledged nor asked if we needed help. There were about a few employees we saw from which more than half were not with customers and just sitting around chatting with their teammates. We waited 10 minutes at customer service for help, the lady at the counter was helping someone else. Another employee at the counter who was siting there not doing anything. Both of these employees did not smile, acknowledge or say anything to us even with no other customers. Another employee passed by and the lady started chatting with them. When we finally got help from another employee passing by, they did not know what products we were talking about and the teammates questioned each other cluelessly even after showing them the product on our phones from the Ashley website. This employee left us to help another employee and did not return so we left the store. Will not be returning to this location.
The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to provide all the information I needed. Tamnaz patiently guided me through the ordering process, ensuring everything was clear and seamless. Their professionalism and helpful attitude made the entire experience exceptionally smooth and enjoyable.
