After making my purchase the amount of texts that I got just to schedule our pick up, was insane and very disrupting, two emails and 23 texts from 3 different numbers in only two days, felt like harassment. I won’t buy anything else from Ashley because of these.
My wife and I entered the store and we were immediately greeted by Mitra. He was very welcoming and offered us a nice hot beverage right away considering it was blizzard outside. He was extremely knowledgable and extremely helpful. It made us feel completely welcome in the store. We had been to a couple different furniture stores before that and we’re very offputt by a lot of of the staff Pushing too hard for sales or not knowing anything about the sales they had going on Or products. Mitra on the other hand was extremely knowledgable and extremely friendly. He never made us feel pressured or pushed. He just made us feel welcome and that made all the difference. We left their satisfied and happy with our experience and our purchase and we’re gonna be coming back to purchase in the future.

Mitra and Austin were amazing, Customer Service was excellent. They helped us choose a King size Bed frame, and Recliner couch. Gave us good deals. We definitely recommend them to our friends and family.
