We met with Pavi at Brentwood store and she was truly amazing. She was patient, knowledgeable and above all was realistic. She took time and was patient with us. Showed us the variety of options. Further she went above and beyond by coming to work on her day off so that we would get benefit from the Black Friday offers. I would also like to thank the delivery team who were amazing. They gave us constant updates on the delivery. Despite the big pile of snow they carefully delivered our mattress and couch. They moved our mattress and couch to basement, completed all the set up and tested it. Lastly also gave us some instructions before they left. A big shout out to this amazing team.
The staff was wondeful. Unfortunately was not happy that my purchase is going to take 2.5 weeks to arrive. And I am worried about where they are going to put it when it gets delivered. Otherwise it was good

Brandy was very nice and helpful while our family was looking for a new dining room table set. If there was something she didn't know, she was fine with asking instead of making something up. We would be happy to work with Brandy and the team at Ashley's in Brentwood for future furniture purchases.

Vinny was very helpful and we happy with our purchase in the end. He gave us all the info we needed and then had patience while we decided, it felt like our decision was more important to him than just making a sale at the end of the day - we certainly appreciated his help!
DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR INFORMATION. I purchased a couch from Ashley 2 years ago and gave them my information for an account/receipt. Since that time I have gotten mail every 2 months and texts/phone calls all of the time. I have called their head office 9 times and asked for my information to be removed from their account and they still continue to send me mail and promotions. I have now reported them to AdStandards for refusing to delete my information and continually sending me mail. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION OR YOU WILL BE STUCK WITH THEIR MAIL AND TEXTS. My couch is great, however I will never step foot in another Ashley Furniture because of their mail/texts
As I entered your store and was greeted by a salesperson named Brandy, I felt instantly at ease as I was greeted with a sincere smile. Her professionalism, genuineness, and candor was second to none. I left purchasing a sectional and the exact recliner I was looking for thanks to her knowledge and excellent customer service skills. Thank you again for making this a simple, easy and stress free process. Highly recommend this location - make sure to ask for Brandy!
I just had a great experience shopping for furniture at the Brentwood store. I highly recommend asking for Brandy to help you as she was excellent to deal with. She was efficient, knowledgeable and kind of hilarious actually. Made for a fun shopping experience that didn’t waste my whole day. They have some really nice furniture there, and it was hard to decide, so I really appreciated the extra knowledge and design experience that she had.
