Review for Asheleystore: 3630 Brentwood Rd NW #510, Calgary, AB T2L 1K8 I had the worst experience with Asheley store, and I strongly advise against shopping here. Despite spending over $15,000 CAD on furniture, I have faced numerous issues and poor customer service. Here are the main problems: Issue 1: Bed Base I booked a bed base in December, scheduled for delivery on April 13 due to my new house possession. Initially, the sales executive was friendly and informative. However, when the bed base arrived, it did not fit the bed I also bought from them. The delivery team took it back and asked me to contact the marketing team. After a month of waiting, the replacement bed base arrived incomplete. Again, I was told to contact the marketing team. The sales agent who sold me the product promised to replace it without extra charge as it was their mistake. He then informed me it was his last day and assured me he had explained everything to the sales manager, Matthew. Since then, I have been continuously trying to reach Matthew. Each time I call, I am told he is busy, not working, or on break. Despite providing my details multiple times, he has never returned my calls. It has been over two months, and I am still without a proper bed base. Due to this delay, we had to sleep on the floor for the first month after moving into our new house. Issue 2: Sectional Sofa I purchased a sectional sofa with their white glove service, which means they were supposed to handle all the setup. Upon sitting on it, I heard a noise and reported it immediately. Customer service claimed it wasn't warrantable because the issue wasn't visible. This is unacceptable for a brand new piece of furniture. If I had bought it from a marketplace, I could understand the noise due to previous use. However, this is a brand new item, and it is making noise, which clearly indicates a manufacturing defect. They sent a technician who confirmed it was a manufacturing issue that couldn't be fixed. Despite this, customer support has neither replaced nor taken back the faulty sofa. This has been the worst experience with any store. Continuous calling and lack of resolution make it evident that Asheleystore has terrible customer service. I do not recommend anyone buy furniture from this store.

Bought a $4000 bed frame, headboard and night stand set. Overall the sales reps seemed ok in the store. The delivery guys came and set everything up but gave my girlfriend no time to look over everything before rushing out the door. We found all sorts of scratches and dings, the soft close underbed drawers didnt work. Getting through to support was a nightmare and made no sense what number or who to talk to about issues. The store said to just deal with it over the phone, nothing they could do there. Then finally getting through to someone, it took over a month for a technician to come out. All they did was spray and cover up the dings and marks, and the color doesnt even match the bed set color. They used a pastel/crayon to touch up some of the marks as well that is still sticky when you touch it. Overall extremely unsatisfied and will never buy from here again.

I bought a couch and chair from this store. The sales staff at the store itself were ok, but they have attempted two deliveries of the chair. (the couch was delivered the first time and was not damaged) The chair has been damaged both times. The second delivery also caused damage to my floor. Ashley furniture won't accept responsibility and say that I can't do anything until they attempt a third delivery. All deliveries are done on their schedule, with no regard for the customer. I do not recommend Ashley furniture. I thought that they stood for quality and that is not the case. There are lots of other furniture stores in the city, I would suggest that you spend you money at one of them and not at Ashley furniture.g Edit: They were supposed to come this past Saturday and I hadn't heard anything. When I called in, they 'missed' getting me on the delivery. Then they were supposed to get me on Tuesday (today) and I haven't heard anything from them yet. They then were supposed to get me on Wednesday and I have yet to get their confirmation about the delivery. I emailed the address from the response, and they have yet to respond. I still am not able to cancel the order until they try for a 3rd time. So right now, they have my money, and my chair and I have nothing
