I am filing a review about my recent order and delivery experience. This experience shows poor service and lack of accountability. If I could rate this lower than one star, I would. Order details • Two beds • Two sofas • One dining table Timeline and issues December 3 • Delivery arrived with a damaged bed headboard • Team rescheduled delivery for December 20 December 20 • Delivery team installed the second bed with side rails that do not match • There is a large gap between the mattress and the end of the bed • Installers did not mention the issue Packaging issue • First delivery left an empty box • I asked the second delivery team to take it for recycling • They refused • They spoke in a disrespectful manner • The box belongs to Ashley Business impact • This is a rental Airbnb property • The unit stayed empty during peak Christmas season • This caused financial loss • The situation caused stress I expect a clear resolution, proper replacement, and follow-up from management.

I purchased a sofa and love seat from Ashley Home store. The sofa right arm wash crushed when it was delivered, the delivery person noted on the ticket that the sofa needed to be replaced. I had to contact customer support and was told they would repair it. The Tech arrived to tell me he couldn’t repair it on site. Again I contacted customer support and was told it had to be shipped back to the shop. I requested a new sofa and they refused. Now I am stuck in the night mare. I will never purchase from Ashley again. Spoke with Rose at Ashley and they are going to replace the sofa with a new. Pleased that they stepped up and took responsibility for a difficult situation.

I don’t know if the guy was the sales guy or the manager or something, but he had no idea about Canadian culture or how to respect customers. We really liked a chair, but his rude and selfish attitude made us leave immediately. First of all, when we entered the store, he didn’t bother to come to us to see what we needed or wanted—he was sitting on the handle of a couch and loudly saying, “we are here.” He wasn’t busy with customers or anything; he was talking with a coworker. And secondly, when we said it’s still pricey and we might come back for Boxing Day, he rudely said, “then bye bye.”

Although the furniture was good, the new young girl was clearly not trained well for this job. We asked them to expedite the delivery since I was out of town. They now just called to say Dec 22! That’s nearly 1 month away from payment. I feel like cancelling this and going to another business. Terrible service.

Great quality furniture at affordable prices..Very friendly and helpful staff as well. Alina from the Brentwood location was lovely, and made sure we were helped as soon as we walked in. She found us exactly what we were looking for and was very patient with all our questions. Amazing customer service.
