Seems Brentwood store doesn't need any business or sales person hurry to go home. Spent 30 min to talk to the sale person he gave me a minute to talk to me. And run away halfway through
I went into Ashley looking for a chair. Hany approached and we found a recliner chair with leg rest. Then I tried a bed. Well now I have a new bed!! They helped me choose items that helped my aches and pains. Service fit for a queen.
Went to the store yesterday Sept 29 to look at sectionals. The salesmen barely said hello then when I showed him the sectional that I liked he said it won’t fit in my space and gave me zero options other than only a sofa will fit… he was rude and just walked away. I have found other sectionals that will fit in my space! So my daughter and I left. Nobody said anything to us not even have a nice day!
Absolutely the best experience we have ever had shopping for the very challenge of furniture. Stuff has huge hearts, excellent deals, loved the experience. Please shop there. Vinny and store manager huge hearts. All other staff we ran into aswell. Thank you so much. Cant wait for delivery. 🙏
Prices higher than anticipated and difficult to assess value for money.
The product is great, we love the fabric and that it is washable. We had some discount issues and struggled to get anywhere with customer service until the amazing Rose was able to help us out in a professional, diligent and friendly way. She turned our negative experience around and I would recommend reaching out to her for any of your issues! If we had her to begin with - this would have been a 5 star review.
We have a great experience at Ashley HomeStore - Brentwood. Omid Khatami was absolutely terrific to speak and deal with. He was very attentive to our requests and desires for a new couch. He helped us land the perfect one. Thanks Omid - someone give that man a raise! The delivery also went smoothly. The guys really know how to work efficiently.
