Our Create Recliner series is one of our best-sellers, and our brand-new outdoor patio line is perfect for the spring season. Had an excellent experience while shopping at Ashley Home Furnishings at Brentwood Mall. My sales person Olivia was terrific. She provided excellent customer service, answered all of my questions and concerns and even followed up with me after my initial visit. Any additional purchases will all go through Olivia. He was non-pushy, knowledgeable, and had a fine appreciation for humour. We’ve bought furniture from Ashley more than a decade ago so could confidently vouch for its quality. Awesome experience purchasing adjustable bed Frame and Nectar premier memory form, twin XL mattresses.. No pressure just excellent information and smooth process of purchasing. The two delivery staff members were exceptionally helpful and considerate. They took great care to protect my newly renovated walls and floors while moving the furniture. I especially appreciated their flexibility—despite the renovation still being in progress and the house being a bit of a mess, they offered to return later to finish the setup. Their professionalism and care exceeded my expectations.
