This is a hard review to write as our in store experience was absolutely stellar. We were well taken care of by Prince and Ryan. From the beginning we felt comfortable talking to them and felt like we were treated fairly and honestly. We made the couch purchase and waited for our delivery and were excited to have a comfortable sofa again. Our excitement quickly turned into a big day of frustration on the day of delivery. The delivery tracking was amazing but when the delivery team showed up it went off the rails. These guys were not friendly and didn’t even offer a smile or a hello to start. Then it came time to walk through what was being delivered and what was being removed. Everything was prepped and ready as i was instructed to make the delivery smooth. Here is where things took a turn. The delivery guys dropped excuse after excuse as to why they couldn’t remove our old sofa and between conversations with myself and their boss THEY had decided that they would not remove my old sofa after they had asked me to disassemble I could to make it easier. So at this point I have no new sofa and my old sofa was disassembled. After many heated conversations between myself and this delivery team apparently they had had enough and despite all my attempts to meet them halfway they were leaving. No old sofa removed, no new sofa dropped off. How can they make this decision after paying for products and services. I truly felt they were lazy at the end of their day, but they left us stranded with literally nowhere to sit. Highly recommend purchasing from this store location as the sales staff is amazing. Something needs to be done with the delivery teams. Dave the delivery guy and Chad his supervisor are the worst customer service agents and are poor representatives of what we experienced in store. We received our delivery the next available day performed by a third party delivery guy arranged by our salesman Prince. Mohammed blew the previous delivery guys out of the water with service and personality. Ashley team hire these delivery guys on full time and I guarantee you will have nothing but 5 stars.
If you want very limited color options and your order to surpass the tentative date by months shop at ashley furniture. Customer service is very good at saying sorry
We searched for a few weeks and found the bedroom furniture we liked/wanted (we thought) Talked to several staff - we were assured the merchandise was in stock and would be delivered to our address (paid for delivery) and paid for the bedroom furniture in full - and were told we would have our purchase within a week all this transpired July 6/7 2025. We have not heard from Prince Will (our sales person) and have received no furniture! no calls except 1 from Prince Will July 8/2025 telling us he would check into this!! We are VERY DISAPPOINTED WI TG H ASHLEY HOMESTORE AND JUST WANT TO CANCEL ALL!! Horrible PR on behalf of Ashley HomeStore! Glenda & Rick Lyons
I had a fantastic experience at Ashley’s Furniture in the Southeast location! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and felt genuinely welcomed. Raj, the sales associate who helped me, was absolutely outstanding. He was knowledgeable, patient, and truly listened to what I was looking for. He guided me through different options without ever being pushy, and his recommendations were spot-on. Raj made the entire process smooth and enjoyable—he’s a true asset to the team! I also want to give a big shoutout to JJ and Jenny, the managers on duty. They were both incredibly professional and accommodating. JJ ensured everything went off without a hitch, and Jenny followed up to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase and delivery. Their leadership and customer-first attitude really stood out. Overall, this was one of the best furniture shopping experiences I’ve had. I highly recommend this location if you’re looking for quality furniture and top-notch service. Ask for Raj—you won’t be disappointed!
