Stay away - unless you enjoy having salespeople jump on you the moment you walk in the door - and then again in 5 mins after you ask them to leave you alone. They show no ability to just be chill and allow someone to browse. I think I’ll just order from Wayfair and hope it’s right rather than deal with places and people like this where hordes of salespeople armed with their tablets are eyeing your every move.
Just hope your furniture doesn't need to be fixed. Bought a recliner 2 months ago. It broke. The customer service is system online is horrendous. After hrs of them requesting me totake a picture of a nosie, they finally shipped the replacement parts. A big box of parts arrived to my house and now I have to store it as i have to wait 2 more months for a service appointment.

Ashleys has a unique and durable selection of furniture. All my Sofas are from Ashleys and I always get great compliments from guests. Prince, one of the sales advisors at the SE store always goes above and beyond to assist whenever I am at Ashleys to make a purchase. I highly recommend Ashleys furniture!
We spend 12K in furniture, and their delivering process is painful. They accommodate you based on their warehouse schedule, and they can make changes to delay your furniture for more than two months as they please. If the furniture is damage the you have to deal with tickets that might take over a month to see if they replace the furniture. The big issue is that Ashley's believe you have their time to accommodate their process. For example, they ask you for pictures every time, and if they schedule two deliveries, you must do it twice. Spend hours on the phone and wait times taking pictures and hope for the best. If you decide to return it by yourself, they will charge you 10% stock fee, but them they will return you that money in store credit to keep buying damage furniture. It is a shame that these process ruins in-store experience as the sales guys try their best to accommodate and serve their clients. Definitely will not recommend buying from Ashley's, and this is my last time I will spend money on low quality furniture. In my pictures, these two night stand cost $600 each and it seems like a buy them from a second-hand store.
