Don't buy from Ashley, just go to Sofa Land or Urban Barn or any other store. Ordered dinning chairs and confirmed with the sales person of the delivery date as we are moving to a new place and have no furniture. And we were happy to order something else that's available and the sales said oh it's on the way so expect it in another week or so. - Ordered Jul 15, expected delivery 24th. - Nothing on 24th. Got a text on 29th saying to schedule a pickup for Jul 30. Fine if it's a week late whatever. - Nothing on 30th. Called again and was told oh it's at the warehouse but was not assigned to my order and to expect a call to schedule. - Nothing and called again on 31 and was told should be here mid Aug. Asked customer service that I got a text to schedule for yesterday and what happens if Aug 13 comes around and it's not here again. Nothing If you wanna get the run around, then buy from Ashley. I'm glad I bought from other stores for our other furnitures.

I feel compelled to share my recent experience with Ashley HomeStore, as a warning to potential customers. While the initial in-store sales process in June was excellent, the after-sale service has been profoundly disappointing. The first part of our order arrived promptly, albeit with an oversight regarding the 'white glove' service we had paid for. We were prepared for some supply chain delays due to the global situation. However, we were later informed that the remainder of our order would be delayed by over three months, with some items having no delivery date at all. This created a significant issue, as we had a bed delivered without its corresponding mattress, rendering it unusable. When we requested to cancel only the undelivered mattress, the store offered no solutions or alternatives. Instead, their response was to either wait indefinitely or cancel and incur a 10% restocking fee. I find it unacceptable to apply a restocking fee to an item that is not in stock, has not shipped, and for which the store cannot provide a delivery timeline. Furthermore, the general customer service has been entirely reactive. I have had to initiate every follow-up call. Promises of return calls or updates were consistently broken; I once waited two weeks for a promised callback that never came. This demonstrates a fundamental lack of concern for the customer once a purchase is made. This review focuses on the unacceptable customer service, but for those interested in product quality, I have attached photos of my daughter's bed for your own assessment. #AshleyHomeStore #poorcustomerservice

Did not have product in store. I still made the purchase. Sales team was helpful but at times in professional chasing sales.
