The sales staff was super friendly and did not push to make the sale they let me walk through the whole building and then approached me asking if I had questions and so on. Highly recommend Ashley Furniture
Beautiful furniture. Exactly what we were looking for.
We had an extremely disappointing experience with Ashley Furniture and their delivery team. We paid for white glove delivery, yet the team refused to bring the furniture into my building. Instead, they unloaded it into the back of my truck and left. When I called customer service, I was told the drivers would return—but they never showed up. After calling again, I was informed it would take several days before they could come back. Meanwhile, I have nowhere to store the furniture, so it’s now sitting in the back of my truck outside my building, and I’m left worrying all night that it could be stolen. Absolutely horrible customer service, and no Appreciation for their customers!!! do not pay for delivery! Such a scam!
Very clean and well stocked store. Sales team was great with all our questions of their products and services. Would recommend visiting the store.
High pressure sales. Horrible warranty process. We purchased a $6000 tempurpedic mattress that came with a tear down to the springs. We have spent months going through the warranty process. It’s invasive and intense. Sent in dozens of photos of the mattress, had a technician come out who said hands down that this was a manufacturing issue from how it was torn /separated underneath. We are in pain for months on this mattress. Still almost two months later the technician said it would be replaced no problem, now Ashley is saying it MAY or MAY not fall under warranty and more information is needed. Are you kidding me? After reading other reviews. I highly question whether it was delivered roughly and not taken care of. I will never ever trust tempurpedic warranty or Ashley’s claims of easy replacement. This should have been incredibly straightforward. Edit: review has increased from 1 star. I’ve increased this review because after a few months customer care at Ashley took attention to the issue and did an exchange. We were allowed to choose another mattress but because prices had increased we lost value across the board and had to take a lesser mattress. We were offered a straight replacement which is good, we would have gotten our value out of it, however there’s a very distinct issue with the Tempurpedic Prosense Medium Hybrid mattress. The sides slope considerably due to the springs being wider than the foam top. If you are an edge of the bed sleeper you will not feel supported on the edge due to this. This is where our foam split, it seems to be a manufacturing and design issue. In the end it’s not a preference, it’s a bad design, that led to a warranty claim. A straight across exchange should have been honoured in a lesser value mattress (yes, if we wanted something more expensive we would have paid more). In order to maintain the exchange process you must buy their mattress protectors. This is an additional $100-200 cost. In our case I had to pay again out of pocket to get this. Ashley has improved their rating due to the increased attention to this matter. Tempurpedic mattress warranty is still sketchy and I wouldn’t recommend it due to the stringent rules and extensive process to replace for a very clear manufacturing/ design issue. It seems from instore tests the non hybrid mattress in the same style doesn’t have this issue. We will see once it’s delivered. I have spoken to others about the Ashley process and across the board, people I have spoken to in BC and AB their largest complaint is high pressure sales and poor delivery resulting in damages. In terms of how things were resolved, Rose from customer care was very attentive and polite and has done a great job she is the reason why this review is increased. Would I shop here again? Unlikely, possibly with caution to the product I purchase.
