I have had issues with Ashley furniture before, so I went in just looking to compare prices. But I did end up getting sucked in by the sales people, but the people in the store were nice. Every step of the way after has been difficult.They said it would arrive by the end of the month, it was two weeks late. I paid extra for professional delivery and assembly. They delivered 4 pieces of bedroom furniture, and two of them were damaged. So they said they would send a technician to my house for the bed and said they would deliver another dresser. Day of dresser delivery no one ever showed up or called. I reached out to support and they simply said it was missed. They didn't seem to care so I cancelled the dresser and was told I would get my money back within 70 days. They sent a part for the headboard to my house that is still sitting here. I gave two stars just because the people in the store were nice. Everything else outside of the store is disconnected, unorganized and feels robotic, they just don't care.
Pad was excellent to deal with when purchasing our new couch, stand up, no nonsense guy with a great sense of humour along the way. He gave us a great deal and organized everything over the phone.

was an okay experience overall. salesperson named anna was very knowledgeable about the couches we were looking for, but did come across a bit pushy. especially at the end of our time there when we said we’d like to think about it, her attitude completely shifted and it seemed like she was angry that we weren’t leaving with a couch.
