I prefer to get the facts on the furniture and financing quickly. Sales person was spending a lot of time trying to get to know us and I hate wasting time. The no fees financing does come with 35$ fee payable when the furniture was delivered and in the subsequent years so it’s a bit of a lie that it’s no fees. I would have made the decision to buy anyways it’s just annoying to get past the I wanna be your best friend sales person tactics when I just want the facts. I don’t care about personal stories about the warranty when the warranty contract does not have specifics. When I go to use said warranty I’m sure I’ll be told those stories were never said and any issue I have is just wear and tear or excluded because I did something not covered because it’s at the sole discretion of Ashley furniture to honour repairs. Quality is in line with pricing. Value has eroded over the years but in today’s market it’s what it is. Don’t expect crate and barrel but it’s not crate and barrel prices. Four stars because like I said, prices reflect the it’s better than IKEA you are paying for. Lost a star for the run around on warranty and financing and using distractions by pretending you are my friend. Would I recommend to friends and family, not enthusiastically but wouldn’t say stay away.
My husband and I bought $13,000 in furniture from Ashley furniture and bought the warrant which we never had to use leaving us 5 years later with a credit. We shopped online found what we wanted went to the store and ordered it. We got many texts and calls saying its ready to pick up. We get to warehouse and the person working there so oh well we dont have it. He didnt bother to call anyone or look on his computer to do anything for us meanwhile his coworker stands infront of us asking can he go finish his lunch. We call customer service on way home which is unacceptable and get a delivery date for July 23rd. They delivered it completely breaking my fence gate even broke the cement they hit is so hard. They stood there didnt apologize vaping right in my yard and gave us a number to call. Again unacceptable. Then took me 5 calls to customer service to actually get a manager who said they would deal with this promptly. Its been 5 days and no word. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON A COMPANY THAT DOESNT CARE. Walmart has better customer service and that's sad.
Really great experience at the Heritage Park branch. Met Prince who showed us round. He was very knowledgeable. They have lots of beautiful pieces to see here. We did see a fair few that caught our eye. I’d definitely recommend them as somewhere you should take a look at when furniture shopping.

Went in, greeted by Tara. Explained we just needed to be able to look on our own. We would search her out if and when we required assistance. She did just that. We found an item in clearance that met all our needs. She treated us as if we had just purchased a high end piece. Very professional and highly appreciated. Shows the Character of Tara Bartlette. Ashley should be proud of the exceptional customer service.
I had such a lovely experience at Ashley, and I feel truly grateful to have met Rae. From the moment I walked in, she welcomed me with such warmth, kindness, and genuine care. She took the time to listen to me, understand my needs, and patiently guide me through the different options without ever making me feel pressured. I didn’t leave the store with new furniture this time, but I certainly left with something valuable: the feeling that, with the right plan, I can eventually create the beautiful, comfortable, and quality home I’m dreaming of. I honestly wish I could have purchased something that day, because I would have loved to support you and show my appreciation for all the care you gave me.
