We were looking at furniture and were not in a position to make a purchase that day. The pressure put on us to put down a deposit and make a purchase, then take on financing when we have a house purchase pending, was insane. They told us that our mortgage broker is wrong and financing the furniture won't affect our credit and we should trust them over our mortgage broker. The sales person was rude and told me to wait for her to explain before she answered my simple and direct questions. They put so much pressure on us that they actually have convinced us to never go back. We ended up finding the same or similar furniture at other stores for a better price. Unless you know they have something you want, don't shop there. Stick to what you actually want and don't give in to their sales pitch because it's mostly bullshit. Also, check the reviews for the furniture because what the sales people claim for quality is not the truth... 1 year later reviews show the real truth.
We were at this location on Saturday and we will not be back. The manager was so pushy as well as the employees. They insisted we do the sale that day to get the best deal. Even though we told them numerous times we were just looking.
Great service from Spencer who is thoughtful and patient while I looked around. Your automated system for booking delivery is a bit wearisome as it asked me over and over to confirm delivery which I did; seemed it never accepted until I did that several times. Otherwise I would recommend Ashley for your home furnishings.
Spence was exceptionally helpful and a pleasure to talk to. He gave us all the information we needed without any pressure to buy - something we truly appreciated, especially after dealing with high pressure sales tactics at other stores. He was courteous, patient, and allowed us the time and space to browse and make our decision comfortably. I've shopped at many furniture stores, including multiple Ashley locations, and this was by far the best experience I've had. Spence never even asked for a review, this is simply my genuine appreciation for the outstanding service he provided.
Delivery team is the best
Product quality is great for the price point, however beware of shady sales practices by some of the sales reps looking to get paid commission on the protection plans without even bringing it up! Look over your invoice when leaving the store Jerry likes to add the protection without mentioning it. Update* Got a call from Rose and she was understanding of the situation and professional*

Be wary of unethical and shady sales practices by some of the sales reps. Our Sales rep Jerry added $800 of protection plan without ever bringing it up, when we went to the counter to pay he recapped the furniture purchased and asked us to sign on the tablet at the front. We then get a copy of the invoice and what we actually signed for and as we are walking out of the store we noticed the extra $800! When my husband walked back in the store to ask what the protection plan was and that it was never brought up- we cancelled it on the spot and the sales rep was fumbling trying to get his words out to explain what it actually was. When we get home we reviewed an invoice from a previous purchase earlier in the year with the same sales rep and what a surprise we found another protection plan that was added without our consent!
