Fantastic sales experience the sales rep did not push me and helped me pick out a great spare bedroom option . I wish all sales experiences were like this! Great sales team
Amazing experience !!! Prince was amazing to deal with!!
Excellent service from Kelly. Good team work. Lots of choices.
Shopping at Ashley has been a pleasant experience. This was a first time to shop for new furniture and the sales people make it easy to maneuver around the store and help look what is close to what you are shopping for. I liked the fact that we got to look around and take our time to test out what they had without feeling pressured. Once we were ready, we connected with our salesperson and she help set up the paperwork and discuss details about delivery and other concerns. I am definitely coming back since we had spotted more pieces we would like to add to our new home. The delivery times were a bit more stressful since it was hard to coordinate with the delivery team. They made it work somehow and I was happy with the results and pleasant banter I had with the delivery guys. They were quick with setup and cleaned up their mess.
Graham and Tara were amazing
Joan is always there to assist us. Very helpful and kind.
The couch itself meets expectations and the quality is in line with the price. It's not premium furniture, but it's reasonably good value for what you're paying and noticeably better than IKEA. My frustration was with the sales process and financing. I prefer straightforward information about the product, warranty, and financing terms rather than extended attempts to build a personal relationship. The "no-fee financing" also includes a $35 fee at delivery and additional annual fees, which makes the advertising feel misleading. I likely would have purchased the furniture anyway, but the sales tactics, vague warranty discussions, and lack of clear contract specifics made the experience unnecessarily frustrating. The delivery process was the bigger disappointment. Deliveries were repeatedly rescheduled with little regard for the fact that customers have jobs and need to coordinate time off. We later discovered Ashley did not have all the pieces of the couch available, despite the sale and delivery being scheduled, and no clear timeline was provided for fulfillment. If the item was on backorder and that had been communicated upfront, it would have been easier to manage expectations. Instead, we were left making repeated arrangements for deliveries that could not be completed. In the end, we received the couch and it meets our expectations, but the poor communication, unreliable scheduling, and apparent reliance on automated systems over customer service significantly detracted from the overall experience. Four stars for the product, three stars overall for the financing, warranty, and delivery experience.
