While the salesperson we dealt with was kind and genuinely tried to help, the after-sales service was incredibly disappointing. We purchased an item a month and a half in advance, but just three business days before the scheduled delivery, we were informed it wouldn't arrive. Since we were moving and urgently needed the item, we had no choice but to look for alternatives and requested a refund. However, even this basic request was met with endless delays and poor communication. I called customer service three times and received different answers each time, I don't understand why getting a refund for an undelivered item has to be so difficult. This experience has been extremely frustrating, and I strongly do not recommend this store or their practices.
