We recently purchased new furniture from Ashley Homestore Calgary SE and had such a wonderful experience! From the moment we entered the store, Raval warmly greeted us and guided us every step of the way. He was patient, knowledgeable, and truly made the whole process enjoyable. We stayed in the store until closing, and despite the late hour, Raval and JJ went above and beyond to make sure everything was completed smoothly. JJ the manager handled me like a pro and showed me just about everything in the store. When I finally made a decision and placed a down payment, he readily allowed me to change my mind the next morning. I have a couch and love seat being delivered next week. Amazing service, thanks JJ UPDATE - Delivery was today (March 27), they give you a link to a map showing where they are and when they'll arrive. They delivered and setup very quickly. All in all, it was a smooth process from start to finish. I'll definitely be back !!!
