⭐️ Very disappointing experience and poor customer service I purchased couches from Ashley’s and initially everything seemed perfectly fine. However, when I brought the first part of my shipment home, I discovered that the couch had multiple tears. I had only picked up part of the shipment, so I had to make another trip to pick up the remaining sofas. Before they were even loaded into my truck, I inspected them and noticed that the other sofa was also ripped. At that point, I immediately spoke with the manager and explained the situation. To his credit, the manager was kind enough to approve a refund and told me I should receive it within about a week. It has now been two weeks, and I still have not received my refund, even though Ashley’s already has the couches back. What has made this experience even more frustrating is that the employee who originally sold me the couches is now no longer responding to my messages. I have had to make multiple trips, spend money on gas and a truck, and waste a significant amount of my time and energy dealing with an issue that should never have happened in the first place. Receiving ripped furniture and then having to chase down a refund is extremely frustrating. Overall, I am very dissatisfied with the customer service and the way this situation has been handled. I expected much better from Ashley’s.
Tara’s service was excellent. The only reason for a four star rating is that there was a bit of a hiccup with the delivery of the furniture but Joan was able to help rectify the situation.

The lady we dealt with, Kelley, was wonderful and pleasant, and had a great experience. And that’s about where it went downhill. Their AI system is complete garbage and verging on harassment. The automated texts and emails, which are easily over 10 each in one day, continue even after you pick-up your purchases from their warehouse. I wouldn’t have left a review, but after phoning in and asking them to remove me from all their systems, I get another text the next day asking for a review… Do not give these guys anything they can use to contact you. Absolutely insane…
