I had a great experience at Ashley Home Store at Heritage Gate. Jerry was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Overall very happy with the sofa purchase and delivery experience.
We bought modular sofa and the manager Prince was very nice and helpful!
Our experience started with Prince welcoming us through the doors. We explained what we were looking for snd he took us to where the recliners were and explained a couple of options. As we were window shopping he left us to wonder and if we needed him, just call. We went home and discussed the ones we liked and returned on Saturday. Prince again welcomed us back. We spent considerable time checking things out before we made our decision. Prince was very professional and knowledgeable of the products.
I had an excellent experience with Ashley Furniture (Heritage location), and a huge part of that was thanks to Jerry. He tirelessly worked with me and my budget to find something that would actually work for my space while still being something I truly loved. He was incredibly patient, professional, knowledgeable, and kind throughout the entire process — never pushy and always willing to help. The furniture pickup was also completely seamless and well organized, making the whole experience from start to finish an easy one. Thank you, Jerry, for going above and beyond. Excellent customer service and a great experience all around!
