The lady we dealt with, Kelley, was wonderful and pleasant, and had a great experience. And that’s about where it went downhill. Their AI system is complete garbage and verging on harassment. The automated texts and emails, which are easily over 10 each in one day, continue even after you pick-up your purchases from their warehouse. I wouldn’t have left a review, but after phoning in and asking them to remove me from all their systems, I get another text the next day asking for a review… Do not give these guys anything they can use to contact you. Absolutely insane…

Vanessa was extremely personable and helpful in finding what we needed. She was able to show us multiple options and not push any of them on us. We would have no problem going back there to work with her in the future.
Had such a great experience in the store. So far all the sales associates have been super helpful and friendly! Pickup was also amazing! All the boys helped me where they could and Jen the manager was amazing! She gave me a tutorial on rachet straps so I could load my stuff properly. Thanks to all the staff for helping with our new furniture!

Good people, great furniture
Although there was a mix-up with our dining set at first, Rose, the owner, reached out personally to ensure everything was handled properly. We truly respect a business that stands behind its service. We recently went back to pick up a nightstand and was taken care of by Joan, who was extremely helpful, kind, and pleasant. Thank you to the whole Ashley HomeStore team for going above and beyond! ❤️
