They charged twice for dresser and sent the lamp broken, which is fire hazard and the desk that they brought is damaged. They would not replace them. The dresser that they sent me is a safety issue it can fall on you. I recommend not doing business with them. , I Remain, Karen Scott

Received multiple texts in the weeks leading up to my delivery date to confirm pick up. Even received a text message the day before and 30 minutes before pick up, saying my order was being prepared. After driving over an hour to get to the distribution centre I showed up to find that it was closed for the day.
Ash was a great salesman, we got a sofa and a mattress.
We had a phenomenal experience shopping at Ashley HomeStore. James was very knowledgeable and understanding with us, and let us shopping at our own pace, stepping in with info whenever we needed. we will definitely be returning to shop there again!
