Horrible customer service multiple texts from separate numbers getting ping-pong’d back-and-forth before talking to an actual person. Also a confirmation text/email stating the delivery date followed up the next day by a text scolding me for not confirming the date even though there is no confirmation request in the original text. I’m dizzy from dealing with this company.
Went in and was looking for a chair and was greeted by an associate. Nice enough. When we found what we were looking for we got a different older gentleman and a nice guy to help us check out. But since we were greeted by the original, the older man gave us back to him I assume because of commission purposes. Then he asks the older gentleman to help us because he was with another customer but had to go back and assist some others. While he was away, the first man made many deprecating comments about the older man in reference to his age, taking his meds, being slow, and asking “if he died on the way back”. It was very unkind and unprofessional.
