Had a great experience here recently, purchasing a new mattress. Their sleep coach took ample time with us and explained all the differences in their mattress brands/choices. This really helped my husband and I better evaluate what we wanted/needed in a new mattress.

Ordered a dresser and table with 4 chairs one month ago. Initial service in the store was great, with appropriate timelines for delivery of all pieces. Upon arrival of the dresser, there was significant damage to the top and one drawer. After numerous calls to the customer service line, videos being sent of the damages and thorough description, we had landed on the dresser being taken back to the shop for repair (I will add that a company offering us a refurbished dresser for damages caused by the warehouse is already disappointing). After much negotiation, we were mildly satisfied with the dresser being taken for repair of both the top and drawer. We now received an email the day before return of the dresser that they had only repaired the top. After ANOTHER call to customer service, the drawer parts were never ordered and will be another 2-4 weeks. I am beyond disappointed with the customer service of Ashley, and it unfortunately has turned me off of ever wanting to purchase furniture with them again. Edit April 11: updated to 4 stars from 1. Heard back from Rose within 24 hours, addressed all concerns and was able to provide us with a guarantee for a brand new dresser. Very efficient and follows up on all communication. Thank you

I bought a bed frame from the Heritage Meadows Ashley store in Sept/Oct. In-store experience? Fine. The product itself? Absolute junk. The center support beam snapped within a month. Not “wear and tear” straight-up garbage quality. Dealing with Ashley’s customer service has been even worse than the product. Their automated text system is useless just an endless loop of delays, canned responses, and zero accountability. I opened a claim in November 2025 and spent weeks chasing them before they finally ordered a replacement part. That part didn’t show up until March 5, 2026… for a bed frame that failed in under a month. Fast forward to March 24, 2026 the exact same part has now failed again, even more catastrophically. The frame is completely unusable. So now I’m moving in 3 days with no bed frame, and I’m back in the same ridiculous customer service cycle trying to get a refund. To top it off, I called the Heritage Meadows store to speak to a manager and was told they wouldn’t even talk to me. I had to go back to the same broken customer service system. Edit: 2024/04/06- attended the store and met with Manager John who is awesome. We found a replacement bed and will be receiving it after having the old one picked up. I appreciate the call from the owner, and the manger how this was handled after the fact.
