Went in and chatted with James their Head Sleep Expert. He really knew what he was talking about. Got me into an adjustable bed frame and honestly it’s already an incredible change. He also didn’t mess around and got me in and out fast. Will 100% go back so long as James is there.

We purchased a sectional with three pieces in september 2025. A few months after delivery , we started having problems with the armless chair making noises. Long story short over the last 5 to 6 months Ashley has sent technicians out three separate times to repair the sofa. The latest attempt was today, the technician wrote on his paperwork that everything was done. While he was there I sat on it and it's still made noises. He told me nothing else could be done and I should be asking for an exchange of the armless chair. Now Im been dealing with Ashley customer service on what they can do. They are telling me it is wear and tear. How can it be wear and tear when the problem started a few months after I got it. I regret buying anything from Ashley. Do yourself a favor spend your money elsewhere. Editing. Ashley is now saying that they cannot find my purchase even though I have the receipt right in front of me.
Didn't feel pressured to make a decision or a purchase, sales person was great. Overall a good experience.
