We were shopping for a sofa and loveseat set and were given an excellent deal and exceptional service. It was a really nice experience. Salesperson Prince was awesome.

Wasn’t a fan of hearing the screeching sound of the furniture sliding along the vinyl floors. Should have been lifted and moved.

I bought a recliner, the motor broke within weeks, when I phone customer service , they told me that the motor be delivered to my house, from u s with a tracer, technician will come,motor comes in the daytime , nothing happened, weeks go by, from the customer service, to supervisor, totally incompetent, buyer beware I gave him one star, tell my story , zero stars is more appropriate, incompetent business.
I had an excellent experience in Ashley in Heritage, Calgary. RAE attended to us and she was extremely patient and friendly. She is an excellent salesperson.
Edit June 4: I have reduced back down to 2 stars. After being guaranteed a new dresser, we had one delivered back in early May that had significant paint damage. After communication with the supervisor again, it took until June 3 for a dresser to arrive that was in true condition worthy of a “new product.” Just under 3 months of hassle, one gift card provided for 2 dining chairs that also were not delivered together. No offer this time for any sort of compensation and another day spent waiting for a delivery. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Edit April 11: updated to 4 stars from 1. Heard back from Rose within 24 hours, addressed all concerns and was able to provide us with a guarantee for a brand new dresser. Very efficient, professional and follows up on all communication. Thank you Ordered a dresser and table with 4 chairs one month ago. Initial service in the store was great, with appropriate timelines for delivery of all pieces. Upon arrival of the dresser, there was significant damage to the top and one drawer. After numerous calls to the customer service line, videos being sent of the damages and thorough description, we had landed on the dresser being taken back to the shop for repair (I will add that a company offering us a refurbished dresser for damages caused by the warehouse is already disappointing). After much negotiation, we were mildly satisfied with the dresser being taken for repair of both the top and drawer. We now received an email the day before return of the dresser that they had only repaired the top. After ANOTHER call to customer service, the drawer parts were never ordered and will be another 2-4 weeks. I am beyond disappointed with the customer service of Ashley, and it unfortunately has turned me off of ever wanting to purchase furniture with them again.
