Hi, Very Disappointed to bought my furniture from Ashley Heritage Calgary. We bought 2 Bed and Mattress as well as one Sofa amount of $3000( all to gather). Once the delivery came and we noticed that one of my Daughters bed was not perfect , between the Mattress and head board there is gap almost half foot. You can see the pictures below I can upload.When we asked to delivery guys about this gap he told us this is new machine pack mattress so it will be open more once used like 1-2 weeks. Now month of January almost 1.5 months still that Gap is there and all stuff goes under neath even pillow was falled down under the bed between that gap.i have small kids also to play on the bed and if she sleep and fall down and something happened who is responsible? I went to store and ask to “sales man” he was ignore to see and told me you didn’t purchase matters bed cover and extra warranty so we can’t do it. You can called to customer service. Salesman always push to buy extra warranty and pad cover . Pad cover price are $200 plus and outside same pad $75 . After that I went to store manager and show pictures and he told us yes this is the gap and you called to customer service and they will fix. And he helped me to complaint to customer service for almost after 1 and half hour to call customer service and very complicated method to ask all question and AI generated chat and you have to explain but lot of time not understand answer and asking sku # for bed so I asked to store manger and he said we did not have. you have to check back of the bed and fine out. Are joking to customer go home and check with 15 kg bed I have to move and check but this kind of big company they don’t have sky# after sold the product.i asked manger please Check My invoice and let me know sku # he said no I don’t have it. He suggested me to go home and find sku# and again call and complaint. I told him ok I will come back tomorrow and do it to gather As manger he was decline me and told don’t come at store tomorrow Saturday we are very busy no one can help you. So when we purchase that day they are very happy and pushing customers to buy this and that. Next day I called from my self and they told me to Video call with technician and finally he was told same thing that everything is good , we can’t do anything in this product. I’m asked store manager JJ to give proper email so I can send correct person or I can send to you this complaint so you can send this email to correct person to solve my issue. He rejected to give email as well as told me that don’t send me. I told him don’t very I will find out the way to send email to correct person so they know how store people treat to customer after sale. I am very frustrated and not resolve problem yet. I m not expecting this kind of service from Ashley. Please kindly resolve this issue asap. I will go to social media also to not buying anything from Ashley because they are only sale product at store but after service they are not responsible. All are “ sales man” for working commission not for customer service or after sale service.
