After reading other people’s reviews I feel obligated to write one myself. It seems that the company has gone completely downhill. My husband and I purchased a bed and couch from here on Boxing Day. The first annoyance was they had promised for us to have our items before the new year and the date kept getting pushed back (it was a priority for us to have the items as soon as possible, or we would have gone elsewhere). They then delivered the couch damaged and broke one of our stairway sconces, we received $100 of ‘hush money’ to replace the light but obviously we aren’t able to find anything to match the preexisting sconces in our home. My husband has reached out to talk about our issues twice and no one has returned our calls. Couch was also comfy in store but is rock hard and VERY unstable. While it’s reclined I have had the seat almost flip on me more than once. 😒 Overall disappointing…

0 Stars – Worst Customer Service I've Ever Experienced We purchased a couch and a bed frame from Ashley Furniture on April 27, 2026 and it has been one problem after another. Our couch arrived in June, but it didn't fit our space. We contacted Ashley, and we were told we could keep part of the sectional, purchase a chair instead, and receive a refund for the remaining balance. Our salesperson assured us the refund would be processed within a few weeks. When the chair was delivered, the delivery team damaged our freshly painted wall. They took photos and told us they would report it and that the claims department would contact us. No one ever did. After many phone calls, we discovered the damage had never even been reported. It took countless calls before we finally received compensation for the wall. Meanwhile, our bed frame still hadn't arrived. We were repeatedly told they were waiting on one missing piece. By July, there was still no bed, so we cancelled the order and requested a refund. Just like with the couch, we had to make countless phone calls before the bed refund was finally processed. The biggest issue is that Ashley still owes us thousands of dollars for the couch refund. This isn't a few hundred dollars—it's a significant amount of money. We call every single week, and every time we get a different excuse or a different story about why our refund hasn't been processed. The lack of communication, accountability, and customer service has been unbelievable. We've spent months chasing refunds that should have been handled promptly, and no one seems willing to take responsibility. I would never recommend Ashley Furniture to anyone. This has been, without question, the worst customer service experience we've ever had.

We went to Ashley to get a new couch and chair. Jack Engel talked to us about our needs and made some great suggestions. When I wasn't sure if the chair would look good with the couch, he carried the chair all the way across the showroom so I could see them together. I would definitely recommend Jack and this store.

JJ the manager handled me like a pro and showed me just about everything in the store. When I finally made a decision and placed a down payment, he readily allowed me to change my mind the next morning. I have my couch and it's great. That's where the good story ends. I recently purchased and paid for a chair to go along with the couch. I changed my mind and drove back to the store for a refund. I didn't realize that refunds are handled through their customer support line, so I called them. After jumping through some hoops and rejecting high pressure offers to keep the sale, they processed a refund. I was shorted 10% on the refund as their "policy" is that 10% is an in-store credit. I wasn't told about that and I don't accept it. I won't be shopping at Ashley Furniture again, so, stick your in-store credit where the sun doesn't shine.

We normally meet with our friend Ravel, however in his absence, James was happy to assist us. Due to an upcoming operation, James showed us an amazing tempur-pedic wit adjustable everything… thought for the future. We settled on a beautiful Loveseat, for now. He brought manager, Prince, to give us a better price. So excited for a delivery date of the 27th, just 13 days away🙏 Sending Blessings to all🙏 Janice
