Graham was good. But as usual you get stalked as soon as you walk in the door. We had been there last week and had narrowed our choice of sectional down to two pieces. We headed straight to them and were followed around. I hate this aspect of shopping. I get these guys are on commission but when someone clearly does not want to engage or be chased around the store then back off.
Me and my family were at ashley store near glendeere circle and The sales associate Mr.Raj at ashley was very kind and helpful. He had all the answers for our questions and he explained all the differences between the various products and helped us to pick the right one according to our needs. I will highly recommend The Ashley store for all kind of your furniture or mattresses, they have the best knowledgeable and friendly staff.

I was originally told by the salesperson that my order would be delivered in the first week of December 2024. However, when I called customer service to check on the status, I was informed that it won’t be available until February 2025. This lack of consistency is really frustrating.
I purchased a dresser last night Nov. 11/24. Alex said if I change my mind (Oleksii Zhukovsky) aka I had 48 hours to let him know as he was leaving work to pick his wife. ON Nov. 12, I phoned Alex and asked him to cancel my order as it does not compliment my existing furniture. He proceded to tell me I Could Not cancel. BUT HE DID TELL ME I COULD CANCEL WITHIN 48 HOURS. HE DENIED TELLING ME THAT. Then he hung the phone up on me. I'M EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED AND UPSET IN THIS KIND OF SERVICE. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.
