Went in looking for a couch yesterday and left with the exact couch we needed for our living room at an incredible price!! The whole sales team was awesome and there if you had questions but not following your around the store like a lot of other places

I had two awful experiences at this Ashley location, I came in with a friend to look at a couch on a weekday and we were immediately greeted by James who made some rather misogynistic and ill-informed comments. He followed us around the store even though we made it clear we were just looking. That being said, when I had some questions he did answer them quickly although I did not want to work with him based on his initial comments. I went back a second time, this time with my mother and James again greeted us with misogynistic comments this time. It was horrible and when I explained to my mom that this is the same man that I told her about previously, she told him in no uncertain terms to leave us alone. It was very unpleasant experience and I actually decided to not buy my couch from that store based on it. I did go to another Ashley location and had a much, much better experience. I was encouraged by the general manager at that location to let the general manager at the heritage location "Troy" know about my experience. When I called today to try and speak with Troy I was rudely told that Troy is "on the floor and is unable to take a phone call" which I think is extremely strange as he is supposedly the general manager. I was also told that I should come to the store and make this complaint in person which I found extremely disrespectful as I'd already been there twice this week with bad experiences each time. I left my phone number, and my name and requested a call back, I was told he would call me at 6:00 p.m., no call has come through. I would recommend any other Ashley furniture home store then this one, the attitudes are poor and for people that are working on commission you would expect better.
Great service from Prince while in store. Have had nothing but issues with our bedframe since the first delivery. Yes … the first. Our initial “white glove service” did not screw in all of the bolts correctly. In fact they didn’t even have the correct tools and stripped every single one. We then had another delivered for replacement. 1 week later we were laying in bed and the centre support bar completely cracked leaving us almost on the ground. We have now been waiting over 2 weeks to hear from Ashley but their “warranty and claims is busy”. GREAT! They claim it will take 2-4 weeks to have some wood and bolts delivered to them. Who knows how long from then until someone is able to come complete the repair. While their sales team is fantastic don’t waste your money on their beds.

Great customer service. They dont pressure you to buy and they don t follow you around. Breyden helped us choose a beautiful dinning set. He is very professional and great customer srvice skills.
