Couches originally purchased at this store, absolutely abhorrent customer service when it comes to handling warranty repairs, months long process jumping through hoops just to have the appointments cancelled, and when the technician did show up, we were told we would have to book subsequent appointments to have the issue completely resolved. The people on the phone tell us to talk to the live chat, and the live chat tells us to call the phone number, still no resolution so far.
