Great service!

The sales rep was very nice and helpful, BUT I should have listened to your reviews. I picked up my table from the warehouse, got it home, opened it and to my surprise it was damaged. Im not happy, I have put my concerns into an automated system. Here’s hoping I get a response today.

Worst experience I have ever been in. Purchased a recliner sofa. Went to distribution warehouse and was given the wrong item. They couldn’t do anything to change it. They sent me back to the store. And there they didn’t help me get the right item either. Cancelled order and later received a message to pick up the exact wrong item and till now the matter is not resolved even though I paid cash on day one I still don’t have the item after almost 10 days wasting my time and gas for nothing.

Like normal sales people, pushy for the sale. Pickup was arranged and they were closed that day. Calling the 800 number, they were quick to try blaming me for not picking up. Once they looked at the file, they realized their mistake. My solution was for them to credit back my card or deliver it for free. Naturally, the free delivery was better for them, thus I had to wait another week longer to have my chair. This has turned me off and little chance of me returning.

We bought a large sectional sofa. Several pieces were delivered damaged, stained or broken. It took almost 2 months to have all the repairs completed. They wouldn't replace the furniture. We had to wait for them to repair it. Very frustrating to buy brand new furniture and have it delivered broken. Customer service was not helpful. Once the repairs were completed, it did not match original quality. Would not recommend buying from Ashley, we will not be buying anything from them in the future. Do not accept delivery if anything is broken, they have a 48-hour policy for returns.

I was very pleased with the service from Ashley furniture in delivery of a recliner chair. The guys who delivered were courteous, considerate of others, quick and efficient.

I ordered a leather sofa and love seat recliner set unfortunately, delivery team damage my furniture and currently I'm dealing with useless customer service requesting multiple photos and videos for the last 2 weeks. I already wasted my money and time trying to explain that the furniture delivered was damage. I will never do business with this company. I should have listened to all the bad reviews. Please do not buy this expensive low quality products. My sofa recliner is crooked and it's already sagging not even a month! please stay away from these company!!

⭐️⭐️Update #3⭐️⭐️**** New love seat arrived in showroom condition! The old one was removed by Alex and the new one in place in only a few minutes…the service was great and this love seat is exactly what we expected when we bought from Ashley’s. I cannot thank Rose Marie in Ashley’s service department enough 👍🏻 I only wish she was the first person I spoke to and saved 4 months of everyone’s time…. UPDATE #2***** Just when I thought it couldn’t be worse, service man shows up and tells me the company only gave home e him 4 hours to replace every panel on the love seat but it’s actually 8 hours of labour!! I spoke to service again and they said if it’s not to “showroom condition” when finished, they will send a replacement love seat…. This is the solution the company should have started with at the beginning instead of wasting everyone’s time and resources…what a waste of $$$$. ***UPDATE*** It seems the issue is going from bad to worse, I would recommend reading all the bad reviews before buying here. Alex, the salesman, has gone completely quiet, will not answer my calls or response to texts. I’m still waiting for a manager from the warranty department to contact me as the lady on the warranty desk could not disagree with me that not one manager at Ashley would accept a damaged piece of furniture and then expect it to be repaired “in our living room”. This entails almost replacing every piece of fabric on the loveseat. And they claim it will be brought up to “showroom condition”….. watch for the next update…. Received our new tables and loveseat, delivery service was 5 star. Coffee and end tables look great. Unfortunately the loveseat has black marks on it, workmanship appears to be shoddy and worst of all Ashley won’t do anything until a technician comes and looks at it even though I made it clear these marks weren’t going to be removed. I spoke to the salesman, Alex, who said he can’t do anything until the technician looks at it. So now we have a piece of stained furniture in the middle of our living room. Ashley really needs to improve customer experience once a piece of furniture is delivered! My hopes for a suitable replacement loveseat are very low given the current experience. And it sounds like they only offer an in-store credit if they can’t replace it with an acceptable new piece, that’s totally unacceptable as we paid money for a good piece of furniture of a design we wanted.
