The delivery crew delivered wrong size of my bed frame at the first time and made several scratches on my walls . But then there is some stain when I finally received a correct item. They are unprofessional. I paid for a new bed and I was supposed to receive a bed without deficiencies . They did not do quality control or just delivered a display into my house. So my experience is horrible with Ashely.
Working with Prince to find our perfect sofa , was effortless. The customer service and product knowledge was top tier. thanks for a great experience.
Beyond disappointed. We ordered the Portdown bed. Originally told it would be delivered Sept 14. Instead, we were updated on August 10 that it would be delivered August 14. They came Aug 14. They brought the bed, took our old bed frame, but wouldn’t take box springs even though we bought a bed that doesn’t have box springs. We had stated 3 items and they took one. So fine. They start assembling the bed, scratch the headboard, and then determine they didn’t bring the right rails for the bed. So they leave all this unassembled furniture in our master bedroom. We were told the updated railings would come August 18. August 18 rolls around, we receive messages that it’s not being delivered. My husband has to call to find out when we’re getting it. Not until Sept 14. This white glove service we paid for is anything but. We’re now sleeping on the floor with a mattress, with a bunch of drawers and miscellaneous stuff in our room, and a headboard that their workers already chipped.
Worst worst experience , Especially beware of sales person Prince very pushy sales guy will make u buy stuff with no clear visibility to terms and conditions. We bought couple of beds and mattress and haven't yet received the main bed also worst Nectar mattress crazy expensive and can't return even were made multiple confirmation of 90 days return No helpful response even from customer service so far Never will recommend anyone
Had a terrible experience with this store. We paid for a dining set and drove to pick it up ourselves. After hauling the heavy boxes up to our second-floor, we realized during assembly that they had gave us the wrong set. We went back to the store that same day and called them 3 times to get it resolved. The staff promised a manager would contact us within 2 days to arrange a swap. It has now been 3 weeks, and we have heard nothing back despite our follow-up. Leaving a customer stranded with the wrong, heavy furniture for weeks with zero follow-up shows a complete lack of customer care. I cannot recommend this store to anyone. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere.
Terrible customer service and dishonest sales practices We had a very frustrating experience at the Ashley HomeStore on Heritage Gate SE. We went in to purchase a dining set and specifically negotiated a deal for the high-chair/counter-height model, .the sale person gave us a price that I thought is it a good deal for high chairs set,did the paperwork, and took our payment. We then drove 20 minutes to their warehouse to pick up the set and drove all the way home to haul the heavy boxes up the stairs of our home. When we unpacked and started assembling the furniture, we realized the salesman had actually billed and sold us the cheaper, regular-height set instead. The post-sale support has been non-existent: Customer Service: Called twice on the day of pickup. We were told the store would email us back within hours, but nobody ever did. Store Visit: We drove 30 minutes back to the store to resolve it in person. The salesperson avoided us. Management Follow-up: Another lady promised management would look into it and contact us within 2 days. It has now been almost 3 weeks, and no one from Ashley has reached out or taken accountability for this mistake. They tricked us on the sales floor and completely abandoned us afterward. I do not recommend shopping at this location.
Tara was so lovely and helped us find the perfect chair for our nursery. We are very pleased with our experience and are very happy with our purchase.
What a horrible horrible experience… bought 2 beds and a mattress month ago was told at time will be delivered in week and still waiting. On the day of delivery was told can only deliver one bed and now no one is there to respond or help. Will never recommend anyone to buy from them. No helpful response only waiting and waiting on customer service. SHIT SERVICE….ONLY WILL MAKE U BUY BUT AFTERWARDS U ARE ON UR OWN Further to my last review after another weeks of wait still haven’t received the bed yet…. What a terrible terrible service
