It all comes from the terrible Automated Online Delivery Notification system. I knew originally it was going to take a couple months for the two chairs I ordered. But then just about every week I received text notifications of delivery for the following week, then a confirmation of delivery then the day prior a cancellation. Like every week this went on. Pay the programming cost to check to ensure you even have the stock in ready for delivery. We all knew was going to wait why doesn’t your computer program not know it? lol Fix your system. I reported this three times, was just provided apology but told that is just the way it’s all setup What a joke, what a black eye on your system. What a constant weekly haresment fir myself.

I was here with my mother she purchased a power loveseat recliner. The salesperson was really good, easy going, flexible in her negotiations. It was a lighthearted and successful purchasing experience.

I usually avoid writing negative reviews, but my recent experience left me with no choice. I hope this helps other customers. I have left positive reviews for this store in the past, so this is disappointing to write. I purchased furniture worth about twelve thousand dollars in 2023 and the sales person strongly pushed the coverage plan. Recently, I noticed a few issues with the furniture and tried to get support. The sales staff in store seemed too focused on hitting their targets, and the same sales person who sold me everything barely responded once the sale was done. When I contacted online support, I found out they had no record of the coverage I paid for. After several phone calls and many live chats, I was finally told the coverage was under someone else’s name. This is extremely concerning. My invoice clearly shows my name, so I cannot understand how or why the coverage is linked to another person. I reached out to the sales person again and received excuses like bad weather, even though the store itself was still open. It feels like no one wants to take responsibility for this situation. I want to bring this to the attention of both customers and management. Please make sure your invoice and coverage plan both show your correct name and contact information . What happened to me feels careless at best and shady at worst. I am now looking for ways to escalate this to higher management so proper action can be taken against the sales representative involved.
