Very organized, professional and thorough on the delivery and setup!
The staff was great, especially Prince the manager, he's an amazing guy who helped me get the best bed and mattress at a fantastic price.
Ryan L was amazing to work with! He was super helpful, knowledgeable, and made finding and buying our couch easy and stress-free. We also got a great deal, which made the experience even better. Highly recommend!
Excellent customer service with Ana. Extremely knowledgeable and took the time for us to browse. Explained why some pieces would not fit into my space due to delivery. Photos to follow
A huge thanks to Neill and Joan for helping with the transaction
This is a wonderful store with a huge selection of beautiful, comfortable, and modern furniture. I would like to say a special thank you to the consultant Rae. She was very attentive to my needs, listened to me carefully, and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I would also like to thank the furniture assembler Oleksii, who packed everything well and professionally, loaded it into my car, and made sure everything arrived home safely without any damage. Thank you to Ashley Home Store and especially to the people who work there.
Changing my review. We still have a great experience buying furniture with the help of Joan. She very accommodating one text away and give you quick answer for you questions. Reason for changing: The costumer service take forever to replace parts and still missing a lot. For a brand new bed there are a lot of deficiency and broken stuff, It’s just need assembling yet most of the drawer don’t aligned and broken parts even before assembling it. I don’t know how this pass the quality control before you even box the product.
I have made a review before and I am updating that because the customer services now worst than before. Extremely disappointed with Ashley HomeStore’s handling of a warranty claim and billing error. In December 2023, I purchased furniture worth about $12,000 from the Ashley HomeStore at 88 Heritage Gate SE, Calgary. In September 2025, I made a claim for one damaged bed. I was told the bed could not be repaired or replaced with the same model, so customer service instructed me to go into the store and select another queen-size bed. At the store, I was clearly told my claim value was approximately $1,400, and I selected a bed within that amount. The new bed was delivered, and the old one was picked up the same day. At no point was I told there would be an additional charge or that the claim value might change. Months later, I suddenly received notices from Collections saying I owe $629.98. I was then told Ashley made an internal error in calculating the claim value and that I am now responsible for paying the difference. This was never communicated at the time of selection, and I acted in good faith based on information provided by Ashley staff. To make matters worse: No clear breakdown or explanation has been provided for how the $629.98 was calculated I was given a one week plus deadline from the day the letter got to me from collections. Customer service acknowledged the issue and said it would be fixed, yet Collections still contacted me Customers should not be held financially responsible for Ashley’s internal errors. This situation has caused unnecessary stress and has completely eroded my trust in this company. If anyone has information on consumer protection authorities, regulators, or agencies that can assist with this type of consumer dispute, please reach out. I am actively seeking guidance on how to escalate this matter appropriately. I am also considering filing formal complaints with Service Alberta’s Consumer Investigations Unit, the Better Business Bureau (BBB), and other applicable consumer protection agencies. I would not recommend Ashley HomeStores in general. No matter the location.
