Friendly sales staff but a few frustrations. When it came to purchasing, I would prefer seeing a printed breakdown of the cost which wasn’t available when asked. When asked to pay at the terminal, I had to confirm the price was correct for myself and noticed their sofa & loveseat promotion was not applied. I was also told to sign the terms and conditions first before getting to read them.
I had a great experience working with Jack at the Heritage location when purchasing my adjustable bed base. Jack was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to clearly explain all the benefits and features of the different options. What I really appreciated was that he made sure I actually tried the adjustable bed base and different positions to ensure I was choosing the right model for my needs. There was no pressure—just excellent advice, patience, and genuine customer service. Jack’s knowledge, professionalism, and friendly approach really stood out. He made the entire experience easy and helped me feel confident that I was making the right choice. I highly recommend Jack at the Heritage location if you’re looking for excellent service and knowledgeable advice. Thank you, Jack!
Awful experience. First delivery our bed frame was installed incorrectly and the delivery guys cracked the wooden slats, which forced a 2nd delivery. Now 12 months later and I get a statement from Fairstone (furniture financing) with a $35 annual fee charge. This is despite Prince (salesmen) saying and I quote “no payments for 15 months”, which is now a lie. Prince also lied to us when selling us the warranty protection 5 years plan. I quote Prince “If you don’t make a claim, you get the money back after 5 years”. Which is a complete lie. It’s a store credit that you can use towards another purchase, not a refund like described. This is very manipulative sales tactics and I would expect better.

There was a mistake with our dining set purchase, but Rose, the owner, personally reached out to us and made sure everything was taken care of. We really appreciate how she handled the situation and showed that she truly cares about her customers. We also came back to the store and purchased a nightstand, and had a wonderful experience with Joan, who was so friendly, helpful, and pleasant to deal with. Thank you to the Ashley team for making things right and taking care of us. We really appreciate it! ❤️
Although there was a mix-up with our dining set at first, Rose, the owner, reached out personally to ensure everything was handled properly. We truly respect a business that stands behind its service. We recently went back to pick up a nightstand and was taken care of by Joan, who was extremely helpful, kind, and pleasant. After reading other people’s reviews I feel obligated to write one myself. It seems that the company has gone completely downhill. My husband and I purchased a bed and couch from here on Boxing Day. The first annoyance was they had promised for us to have our items before the new year and the date kept getting pushed back (it was a priority for us to have the items as soon as possible, or we would have gone elsewhere). They then delivered the couch damaged and broke one of our stairway sconces, we received $100 of ‘hush money’ to replace the light but obviously we aren’t able to find anything to match the preexisting sconces in our home. My husband has reached out to talk about our issues twice and no one has returned our calls. Couch was also comfy in store but is rock hard and VERY unstable. While it’s reclined I have had the seat almost flip on me more than once. 😒 Overall disappointing… UPDATE: They reached out via text to sort out my issues, nothing has been done, couch is still damaged and no one has called us 👌🏻
