Ashley home store has terrible customer service. We had our reclining sectional sofa delivered and as soon as the delivery truck pulled away we saw that one of the chairs did not recline properly. Either it was installed improperly from the delivery guys or it was not working from the manufacturer. We called the driver to come back within minutes of them leaving and the said they could not because they had other deliveries to make. We then called “customer service” which is really just an AI runaround. Finally spoke to an actual person 45 minutes later and they said they would file a notice and get a part sent to us which would take 2 weeks to receive. From there someone would be called to install said part. It’s now been a month and no response from anyone. This has turned what was suppose to be a joyful/ fun experience into a frustrating experience. I would not recommend buying from Ashley home store. We are extremely disappointed with them.

Waited on the phone (after speaking w the AI chatbot) for 10 minutes….never connected to a sales representative. Sadly this is customer service today. Ashley Home Store just lost a $ sale to a competitor !
