Awful experience. First delivery our bed frame was installed incorrectly and the delivery guys cracked the wooden slats, which forced a 2nd delivery. Now 12 months later and I get a statement from Fairstone (furniture financing) with a $35 annual fee charge. This is despite Prince (salesmen) saying and I quote “no payments for 15 months”, which is now a lie. Prince also lied to us when selling us the warranty protection 5 years plan. I quote Prince “If you don’t make a claim, you get the money back after 5 years”. Which is a complete lie. It’s a store credit that you can use towards another purchase, not a refund like described. This is very manipulative sales tactics and I would expect better. Update Sept 24/2026: ask you can see below Harmeet gave me her number to text her about my concerns. It’s been a month and Harmeet never responded. I had a 2nd individual Rose follow up today, I texted the same number and another no response..
James was excellent salesman and spent a lot of time making sure that we got exactly what we wanted. The only problem was that we ordered a love seat based on sitting on the sofa and the love seat arrived the seat depth was too deep to be comfortable
