I need to change the mattress
We came in for a mattress because of their 0% financing sale. Prince met us at the front and he offered to make us some French vanillas and was extremely welcoming as we looked through the bed options. He gave us some good information about the mattresses and we went with his Nectar recommendation. He was a joy to be sold by, and we are happy with our mattress and bed set.
Prince was great (and I’m not just saying that cause he complimented us lol). He was personable, amazing energy, and wasn’t pushy. If you’re looking for a seemless experience, go with Prince.
Amazing service and loads of furniture to choose from.
Had a great experience here recently, purchasing a new mattress. Their sleep coach took ample time with us and explained all the differences in their mattress brands/choices. This really helped my husband and I better evaluate what we wanted/needed in a new mattress.
Edit April 11: updated to 4 stars from 1. Heard back from Rose within 24 hours, addressed all concerns and was able to provide us with a guarantee for a brand new dresser. Very efficient, professional and follows up on all communication. Thank you Ordered a dresser and table with 4 chairs one month ago. Initial service in the store was great, with appropriate timelines for delivery of all pieces. Upon arrival of the dresser, there was significant damage to the top and one drawer. After numerous calls to the customer service line, videos being sent of the damages and thorough description, we had landed on the dresser being taken back to the shop for repair (I will add that a company offering us a refurbished dresser for damages caused by the warehouse is already disappointing). After much negotiation, we were mildly satisfied with the dresser being taken for repair of both the top and drawer. We now received an email the day before return of the dresser that they had only repaired the top. After ANOTHER call to customer service, the drawer parts were never ordered and will be another 2-4 weeks. I am beyond disappointed with the customer service of Ashley, and it unfortunately has turned me off of ever wanting to purchase furniture with them again.
