Well lit and laid out store. The ambient music wasn't too intrusive, but it was present. The sales staff were great - friendly and unhurried. I never felt like I was being hunted or pressured. We bought a good deal of stuff and used their outsourced financing and that was fast, easy and a really good deal. Best of all, they are Canadian owned and carry a huge amount of Canadian made stuff. I'm happy to recommend them and will be back.
Ana was great at taking us to exactly what we wanted and being knowledgeable. We did not appreciate the upsell attempt to something we weren't looking for and said no to, which wasted time in our busy day. I'm lpoking forward to getting our purchase at the end of January.
