Very friendly staff and knowledgeable on products. Wanted to win our business on the spot and worked out a great deal to secure the sale. Product (patio furniture) is solid build and looks great. Only issue is that some of the pre drilled holes to assemble were difficult to screw in the bolts. The hex key was difficult to use tighten and some bolts ended up getting stripped because they wouldn’t turn anymore and they still weren’t fully tight

I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING AT ASHLEY AT HERITAGE! Now, I gave up! I just want to share my experience with someone who is interested in furniture at Ashley. I ordered some furniture in person at Heritage with sales person,Princewill.(a king size bed frame, a dresser, two side tables) on May 11th.  The bed frame and the dresser were delivered on May 17. I opened boxes, and I found some damage on the dresser, Also I found stain on the fabric of the headboard. And two side table were supposed to be delivered on June 8. So I reported it on May 20(It was long weekend) and I tried to clean the stain of headboard as they recommended. So It's gone. They said they'll order parts of dresser, that will be delivered approx 2 weeks. But I received over 3 weeks, The part has been damaged. So, the dresser is still in my garage. I got a text for order pickup on June 5. So I pick two side tables up at Ashley distribution centre. As I got back home as, I opened the boxes. Theses have issues too. One has some scratch? or repaired mark on the top table. The other one hasn't finished well on the bottom of top table. That's so frustrated to me. So I called to customer centre for a report on June 6. They said they can fix them. so They pick them up for a repair on June 11. On June 18, I received them and  I disappointed. One table's color tone is darker and It has rough texture. I firmly realized that something wrong as I compared to two tables. The other on has still same issue(bed finished on the bottom). So I call again, and I explained it. and I now really want to get a full refund of these two tables. But they didn't accept. They said " No refund, No replacement to new due to policy. " How they can do that ? They don't care about customer satisfaction. Recently, I sent an email to the salesman about the concerns a couple times, But no response. I visited at ashley at heritage to meet the salesman, Princewill. I asked about email, But He said the mail was full, so he didn't check the email. He seems to not care about my concern. He said he will escalate the concern to Ashley customer service and He promise get back the feedback in 3 days, But he hasn't get me the feedback yet. Totally I disappointed to Ashley furniture and customer service. Every furniture I ordered has an issue. It's never finished. It was first order at Ashley.

Excellent Service and Great Experience! We had a fantastic experience at Ashley Homestore, thanks to the outstanding help from JJ. From the moment we walked in, they were welcoming, patient, and genuinely interested in helping me find exactly what I needed. They took the time to understand our preferences, showed us several great options within our budget, and explained the quality, material, and maintenance of each piece in detail. We never felt rushed or pressured, which made the whole process so comfortable. They even helped coordinate a smooth delivery and followed up after to ensure everything went well. If you're looking for not just furniture, but honest advice and attentive service, ask for JJ! Highly recommended.

Sales went great, after service is horrid. Couch has console issue, called guest careless and was told it was ordered. I then get a message the order was cancelled but out of the 'kindness' of their heart they would order it again (the couch at this point is 2 weeks old). I was told part would arrive Aug 4, so I called about lifestyle bed issue asked about part oh it direct ship and I'll have to call guest careless again to set up appointment My lifestyle bed was making an interesting noise so call guest careless to find out i have to call the 800 number on the remote. So I call them get the part shipped, call guest careless and told they don't install them wth. Call the remote 800 and told that yes they do or should, again bed is 2 weeks old. I have the part the tech was scheduled the bed no longer made the noise so we figure hold on incase issue later. Well that day has come the head part doesn't lift, when tech was here last I asked best way to get it replaced said call guest careless(my version),so I call guest careless and said I have the part i need it installed and before she could say they don't so that i told her what happened a month ago so she checked with the area manager and told yes they do. For the amount of money I spent I expected better service. This may be my last ashley purchase. To sum up, sales good after sale service they can't seem to do anything. 2024/05 and the saga continues….still within 1 yr warranty and I call the 800 to be told have to text the issue to another number after pressing 1 for warranty 2 for furniture (or what ever the order is)….so I text the bs AI and it wants pictures of product and issue, how do you take a picture of product turning itself off? then wants serial number, that should be on file as I can NOT lift the couch to get it. then i get a live body will be in touch in 2 days….but I called in and had a live body that could have taken my report. if I could return this couch I would this has been a horrible experience and should I need extended warranty, that was purchased, I suspect will get a run around. 2024/05 replaced couch so all is ok there. The new couch is ok but not comfy...it will do for now and means I get up more so win 2025/05 have extended warranty and a cracked bed frame....since I can't do another review will add to this one. The post came but different colour than rest of the frame. Sent back they ordered another new post same issue.. Broke down and had it installed the tech Rami was very good and not his fault ashley can't get it together and send right colour. So I will be looking for a night stand elsewhere based on parts that came in....I'd share the picture but it won't let me. So tech good was very professional, the getting right part and still not right colour makes me sad 2025/06/27 - Jason reached out to assist in the experience I've had with extended warranty issues. I appreciate the call and will amend to 2 stars and once solution has been fulfilled I bump it up again. Thank you
