Went in, greeted by Tara. Explained we just needed to be able to look on our own. We would search her out if and when we required assistance. She did just that. We found an item in clearance that met all our needs. She treated us as if we had just purchased a high end piece. Very professional and highly appreciated. Shows the Character of Tara Bartlette. I had such a lovely experience at Ashley, and I feel truly grateful to have met Rae. From the moment I walked in, she welcomed me with such warmth, kindness, and genuine care. She took the time to listen to me, understand my needs, and patiently guide me through the different options without ever making me feel pressured. I didn’t leave the store with new furniture this time, but I certainly left with something valuable: the feeling that, with the right plan, I can eventually create the beautiful, comfortable, and quality home I’m dreaming of. Excellent experience from beginning to end. Raval was fantastic as always, finding us the best deals and coordinating our delivery.
