Joan has been great with providing us the furniture best suited for our needs and design choices. We were sold on a nice sofa and dining table from Ashley thanks to her. Shoutout to the moving crew Raman, Harman, and Bharat for their efficient and speedy work. They were in and out of delivery in less than fifteen minutes. Will be shopping here again thanks to their incredible team.
NEVER buy from this store! Bought new $$$ mattress and full bedroom furniture set. Furniture came DAMAGED upon delivery! Ashley Customer Service response is: “we need to try to “fix it”, we can’t replace it with new.” Their “fix job” was not good (no fault of the tech, just tough to repair). Been battling with them for months to replace it. Went into store to talk to manager directly to resolve the issue. They never respond to your inquiries! Brutal experience! Would never recommend anyone to shop at this store! Do your business elsewhere!
The delivery drivers were professional in doing the job that was requested and it was completed in a timely manner.
Prince was amazing in helping us make our purchase. Gave us space to look around by ourselves, but was around when we had questions. No pressure.
