Bought a sofa and recliner and told will pay from my own card but the sales person pushed us to buy Fairstone credit card saying there is no fee and no interest for this. I told no thanks then Manger came promised the same saying there will not be any additional charges so bought fairstone credit card and now there is an annual fee charged for the card.,!! This will be my last purchase with Ashley, Cross selling products with false promises.,!!
Matress showed up filthy and with holes in the bottom. Called customer service. They were no help apparently Ashley has a firm not return policy and the most they could offer is a Matress cleaning. If you are planned on buying a mattress from Ashley you should reconsider.
Ashley homestore did an excellent job for me. Their delivery date and time was right on, and the delivery personnel were good and very accommodating, very professional. They didn't leave any debris or mess in their trail. I'll definitely go back to Ashley homestore brentwood for any future purchases

We were shopping for a reclining sofa for our rec room. The service at the store was excellent. We found a product we liked at a reasonable price (I had already done some comparison shopping at other stores). Delivery was scheduled within a week. The delivery experience was exceptional - we were able to track the driver, who came during the window as promised. The crew was polite and efficient at setting up the sofa. Completely satisfied.
