We were there just to check out some counter chairs. The sales associate showed us some options. We found one on clearance and in good condition.
I bought a L Couch for my house and didn't fit true the door. The sales person never asked me the size of my doors. Then the couch was returned to the store. They were going to refund the money mines 10% a total of $1318.75 and it's pass already a month and I haven't received the money back . I called millions of times and they just tell me the problem will get resolved by someone but they don't followup and ignore my refund completely. I am tired of calling them. When to the store and the manager says can't do anything about the refund.

I bought 3 items total value $3,076.46 on Jul 4 and delivery was on Aug 18. One item was not delivered but no one called me until I called to the customer service to find out it was out of stock. They have arranged delivery on Aug 25 but no one came. I called again on Aug 26 to find out and they said delivery postponed to mid Sep but no one called to inform me. So I requested refund and they would only refund 95% and keep 5% as store dollar. They told me refund would take 5 days but today Sep 3 I still not get my refund back. I pay a lot of money but very poor customer.

I had a bad experience at the Brentwood store. I was promised that the unit I bought will be shipped to the Brentwood store only for me to get there and redirected to southeast for pickup. I feel manipulated at the point of purchase and I don’t feel like I will recommend this store to anyone. Bad customer service
Very disappointed with my experience with Ashley Furniture. My delivery date was repeatedly extended, which caused significant inconvenience and frustration. I expected better communication and reliability from a major furniture company. The lack of clear information about the delivery timeline made the experience even more frustrating. Customers should be given accurate delivery dates and kept properly informed when there are delays. Based on my experience, I would be very cautious about ordering furniture here, especially if you need your furniture by a specific date. I am still waiting for my refund, and the refund has not been properly paid to me. This has been outstanding for too long. Please confirm the exact refund amount, the date it was processed, and when the money will be credited back to my original payment method. I would appreciate this being resolved immediately.
