We had a good experience looking for a table lamp. Jordan helped us out and also let us look on our own but was available for our questions and Hamy and the store Mgr assisted us at check out.
My husband and I went to Ashley (Brentwood) in search of a new sofa. The second we walked in the door we were greeted by a sales person, which was nice. However after 10 minutes of being closely followed by this person, and having a dozen rather personal questions fired at us the experience got very uncomfortable. We sat on one sofa and immediately the person called another employee over and they bombarded us with price offers on the unit. We could not even discuss any of the furniture between us without interruption and interrogation. We fled the store. There is customer service and then there is harassment!
On August 28th, I took my daughter into the Brentwood Location to get her a bedroom set for her Graduation gift. The salesman was awesome, we had dealt with him before. We purchased a dresser and bed frame. Delivery was set for September 2nd. That day comes and the guys realized there were 2 left legs in the packaging for the bedframe and could not assemble the bed. So a right leg needed to ordered and shipped. Which took a month. On October 4th we recieved the leg, and the problems persisted. Once the leg came , all the hardware was missing to assemble the bed. After they told me it would take a month to get the hardware, i said i wanted to return the bed and get a refund. They then wanted to charge me an 80.00 pick up fee and a 10% restocking fee. Absolutely not happening. So after dozens of phone calls and 4 trips for them to come to my daughters house, finally on October15th, her bed frame is assembled and her Mattress is off the floor. I will NEVER shop with Ashley again, not because the sales people or the quality, but the customer service was an absolute joke.
