On a typical weekend, we see less than half the traffic of stores like our Heritage or Deerfoot City locations. That means a quieter atmosphere and a lot less pressure while you browse. Looking for a better night’s sleep? Our ProSense Medium by Tempur-Pedic is a local favourite, and our bedding section is one of the best in the city. Our Create Recliner series is one of our best-sellers, and our brand-new outdoor patio line is perfect for the spring season. As part of The Dufresne Group, we proudly support the Hope to Dream program, which helps provide beds to children in need. With team members fluent in English, French, Hindi, Punjabi, and Swahili, we're proud to offer a welcoming and inclusive experience for every guest. If you’re hoping to skip the crowds, the sweet spot is usually between 4–6 PM daily. Rare is the time that you actually can remember a shopping experience as “Refreshing!” And yet it was. Vinny was our salesperson and it felt like he was on our team, simply alongside us to help us on this adventure. I also appreciate that he didn’t ask for a review (like so many people do). His motto seemed to be “I’m not happy till you’re happy!” (Basically the opposite of Air Canada’s motto - “We’re not happy till you’re not happy!” 😂😜 thanks Vinny. Amazing experience, and thanks for remembering us when we returned!
My husband and I are a young couple who bought our home two years ago, and since then we’ve made several trips to Ashley Furniture—especially right after moving in. Unfortunately, our experiences have been consistently disappointing. Each time we visited, the sales team failed to acknowledge us. It became especially clear when we walked through the store with an older couple: the sales staff approached and assisted them within seconds, while we were left completely unattended, even though several associates were available and not helping other customers. Because of this repeated experience, we would not return to Ashley Furniture and cannot recommend it

The delivery guys were excellent!!
The most obnoxious salesmen. Upon entering they descended upon us like vultures. After saying "no thank you" to their advances, they proceeded to follow us at our heels through the store, bothering us at every turn. One even rubbing his hands together like he had come upon his next "catch". Very clearly commission based, very aggressive and will not take no for an answer. Was very uncomfortable. We have been to plenty of furniture stores with better environments and would not spend a dime here due to this type of behavior/training. Save yourself the trip and go elsewhere!
