Generally good service, friendly staff and decent prices. Some sales people are a bit too aggressive.

Vinny gave us time to look around and think about our choice and when we needed him he was there to answer our questions. He did not put any pressure on us. We appreciated this.

Sales person Dhaval and Vinny were exceptionally helpful, it was Boxing Day however they made sure to give ample time and attention to us. I would highly recommend buying from them for wonderful shopping experience.

I walked into the Brentwood Ashley store with my toddler in a stroller a while ago after seeing the “24 months zero financing” sign and decided to browse furniture. Instead of being greeted, the front staff member immediately questioned why I had walked past the door earlier and then returned, in an aggressive and confrontational tone. From that moment on, we were followed around the store closely, as if we were suspected of wrongdoing. At one point, the employee was openly pointing at us while speaking to another associate. This was uncomfortable, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable—especially toward a family with a child. When I later asked about financing, the same dismissive attitude continued. There was zero attempt to be helpful or welcoming. I ultimately left without purchasing anything and took my business elsewhere. Judging by the number of similar negative reviews, this does not appear to be an isolated incident. This review is directed to the store manager/owner: your front-line staff are actively driving customers away. If this is the standard you accept, it explains why so many people choose to shop elsewhere.

My experience with Ashley and their delivery team was amazing. The delivery crew was efficient, friendly, polite, and professional. The sales representative was equally as pleasant and efficient to work with. I am very pleased with all of my dealings with Ashley.

Order details • Two beds • Two sofas • One dining table Timeline and issues December 3 • Delivery arrived with a damaged bed headboard • Team rescheduled delivery for December 20 December 20 • Delivery team installed the second bed with side rails that do not match • There is a large gap between the mattress and the end of the bed • Installers did not mention the issue Packaging issue • First delivery left an empty box • I asked the second delivery team to take it for recycling • They refused • They spoke in a disrespectful manner • The box belongs to Ashley Business impact • This is a rental Airbnb property • The unit stayed empty during peak Christmas season • This caused financial loss • The situation caused stress I expect a clear resolution, proper replacement, and follow-up from management.
