Dear Ashley Furniture Customer Service, I am writing regarding my furniture order, which has had its delivery date extended repeatedly. I made this purchase based on the delivery date originally provided to me for August 05, 2026, but the continued delays have caused significant inconvenience. I would like a firm and confirmed delivery date, not another estimated date. If Ashley Furniture cannot provide a definite delivery date within a reasonable timeframe, I would like to discuss cancelling the order and receiving a full refund. Please escalate this matter to a manager and provide me with a clear resolution as soon as possible. Thank you, Mohammad Ali

Terrible customer service. They call us one day before the delivery date that your product is out of stock and we had planned our move according to the planned delivery. I can understand that there can be logistical issues but the delivery coordinator was extremely rude and arrogant. DONOT order product from them at all.
I had a great experience shopping at Ashley Furniture. Karan was extremely helpful and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. He took the time to show us the different recliner options without being pushy and was able to negotiate a great discount for us. We actually went back a few days later during a store event, and Karan was once again incredibly helpful. He helped us get an additional discount and also assisted us in choosing a nightstand that complemented our purchase. I really appreciated his excellent customer service, knowledge, and willingness to go the extra mile. I would definitely recommend Karan to anyone shopping at Ashley Furniture!

I had a very bad experience with a salesman named Mr. Vinny. We went to the store to check out the sofa options. We liked one sofa, so we had to go back again. I came with Mrs. Mai. I told Mr. Vinny that I would come back again, I bought the sofa on 11/28. The salesman said that it will be delivered to your home on 5/12. But the broken sofa sent by this seller was so surprising and strange that the salesman really got angry for no reason. I think it is not a good thing to buy goods in this store. I will never go back to this store again. Please improve the training of this type of sellers. Thank you.
