We had a great experience at the Ashley store in Brentwood during our recent purchase of sofas and coffee tables. A special thank-you to Alina, the sales associate who assisted us. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the process. She provided clear information, showed us a variety of options that matched our needs, and made a real effort to offer us the maximum possible discount. Her support made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend this location and especially Alina for anyone shopping for furniture.

I walked into the Brentwood Ashley store with my toddler in a stroller a while ago after seeing the “24 months zero financing” sign and decided to browse furniture. Instead of being greeted, the front staff member immediately questioned why I had walked past the door earlier and then returned, in an aggressive and confrontational tone. From that moment on, we were followed around the store closely, as if we were suspected of wrongdoing. At one point, the employee was openly pointing at us while speaking to another associate. This was uncomfortable, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable—especially toward a family with a child. When I later asked about financing, the same dismissive attitude continued. There was zero attempt to be helpful or welcoming. I ultimately left without purchasing anything and took my business elsewhere. Judging by the number of similar negative reviews, this does not appear to be an isolated incident. This review is directed to the store manager/owner: your front-line staff are actively driving customers away. If this is the standard you accept, it explains why so many people choose to shop elsewhere.

My experience with Ashley and their delivery team was amazing. The delivery crew was efficient, friendly, polite, and professional. The sales representative was equally as pleasant and efficient to work with. I am very pleased with all of my dealings with Ashley.

I purchased a sofa and love seat from Ashley Home store. The sofa right arm wash crushed when it was delivered, the delivery person noted on the ticket that the sofa needed to be replaced. I had to contact customer support and was told they would repair it. The Tech arrived to tell me he couldn’t repair it on site. Again I contacted customer support and was told it had to be shipped back to the shop. I requested a new sofa and they refused. Spoke with Rose at Ashley and they are going to replace the sofa with a new. Pleased that they stepped up and took responsibility for a difficult situation. Received the replacement sofa.
