We had a great experience at Ashley Furniture! The staff was incredibly friendly, kind, and patient throughout the entire process. They made us feel welcome, answered all of our questions, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. Excellent customer service and a pleasant shopping experience from start to finish. We would definitely recommend Ashley Furniture to anyone looking for quality furniture and outstanding service!

The staff at the Brentwood Ashley Home store were all extremely helpful and friendly.

I didn’t buy and never will. The customer service was horrendous. I have a walking disability- made worse by fatigue. The sales men sent me to the back of the store to look at the fabric, they just pointed. If they had taken one second to listen, this was something they could have assisted with, without depleting all of my energy. Then made me go to a computer to see what options they have; aka their website, which I obviously had seen since I came in asking for the item by name. I asked for them to tip the screen or move it closer because I needed to sit. That was a huge inconvenience for him. The person who was “helping” was polite-ish but had awful communication. I had to repeat what I was looking for at least 4 times. He’d often walk away without a word. I felt I was inconveniencing them by being there. His other rude coworker came over at one point and said to him “you free” while he was talking to me and then they both just walked away with out a word. There was another “employee” sitting on a couch scrolling, never looked up. The 2 women working there wouldn’t even look at me. There was no effort to actually make a sale, when I’d walked in ready to buy. Having worked in customer service for 25 years - I’d fire all of them immediately. Rude, disappointing, annoying, waste of freaking energy!

Had a positive experience here with one of the lovely sales associates . I couldn’t remember her name but she was very helpful and had a great personality

Gave a decent deal on our mattress we bought, however when we originally spoke the sales representative (darshan) promised free delivery and to throw in two king sized pillows. When we went back to go over the pricing before paying the delivery was not free and I ended up having to switch to picking it up to maintain the price we had agreed on. When I went to pick up the mattress and pillows the pillows were not the correct size. After speaking with them they said they didn’t have any king size pillows and if I wanted them I would have to pay an extra $85. Sales associate was very rude over the phone. This is the type of customer service you’ll get with them.

After service care is non existent.. At the store I tried out and ordered an adjustable bed frame that was supposed to have the vibrating feature, when it arrived I discovered it was a lower model without the vibrating feature. I called customer service the same day it arrived and contacted our salesperson as well, Both said they would look into it but I never heard back. I contacted both customer service and our salesperson person at least 3 additional times each, every time I was told someone would get back to me within a few days but no one ever did, I finally just gave up and am stuck with a bed missing features. I would not recommend purchasing from this store as if there are any issues you’ll be out of luck. I’m disappointed after spending $7000+ on a bed that I didn’t get the one I wanted. Update: Rose was excellent to deal with, she arranged for the bed frames to be swapped out with the ones we’d initially ordered. Changing my review from 1 star to 3 as it was a rigmarole but turned out fine in the end. Thanks Rose :)
