Our Create Recliner series is one of our best-sellers, and our brand-new outdoor patio line is perfect for the spring season. Very rude staff as usual. The guy at the front door kicked us out 20 min before closing time. They should train the staff to welcome customers not to send them out!
We had an excellent experience. The salesperson Darshankumar shah was very friendly, patient and professional throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain all the features of the furniture, answered all of our questions, and helped us make the best decision without any pressure. His customer service was outstanding, and he made us feel comfortable from the start. We highly recommend him to anyone looking quality furniture and excellent service.
We had a great experience at Ashley Furniture! The staff was incredibly friendly, kind, and patient throughout the entire process. They made us feel welcome, answered all of our questions, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. Excellent customer service and a pleasant shopping experience from start to finish. We would definitely recommend Ashley Furniture to anyone looking for quality furniture and outstanding service!
After service care is non existent.. At the store I tried out and ordered an adjustable bed frame that was supposed to have the vibrating feature, when it arrived I discovered it was a lower model without the vibrating feature. I called customer service the same day it arrived and contacted our salesperson as well, Both said they would look into it but I never heard back. I contacted both customer service and our salesperson person at least 3 additional times each, every time I was told someone would get back to me within a few days but no one ever did, I finally just gave up and am stuck with a bed missing features. I would not recommend purchasing from this store as if there are any issues you’ll be out of luck. I’m disappointed after spending $7000+ on a bed that I didn’t get the one I wanted. Update: Rose was excellent to deal with, she arranged for the bed frames to be swapped out with the ones we’d initially ordered. Changing my review from 1 star to 3 as it was a rigmarole but turned out fine in the end. Thanks Rose :)

Edit as at July 21st: My item is still not delivered. Delivery has been rescheduled 3 more times since my last review update. I have called the phone number left in response to my review multiple times with no one answering. On Sat, July 18th, a customer service person said "the item got to the warehouse after the delivery guys had set out for the day". This morning July 21st, another customer service person said "it might be that the item has been sold and is no more available at the store, the warehouse never received the item". ASHLEY FURNITURE, get your acts together and deliver my item! It has been 2 months!! I have been the one calling and following up, no communication from the store, no follow up from the sales guy. This is the worst service I have received in my life. If you value your peace, run from this location! Addendum: As much as I appreciated the service I received on purchase day, I must say I am extremely appalled and so frustrated by how, since May 22nd, I am yet to receive delivery of my 2nd item. Between June 8th and today, I have made 9 calls to customer service, and I have messaged Dhaval at least twice, but he directed me to customer service instead of helping resolve whatever internal problem they have that is delaying my delivery. Customer service keeps blaming the store while the store directed me to customer service. I paid for the item and delivery at the store, not online, yet the store can not resolve whatever is causing the delay. This is UNACCEPTABLE! I have had to cancel activities at least 3 times just to make sure I am home for the delivery, yet, delivery didn't happen.. As of today, July 11th, customer service has confirmed that the item is still at the store. Can you guys please deliver my item!
