Had a very good experience. No pressure sales. Alina was very welcoming. Alina offered sound product knowledge regarding the different pieces we were attracted to. Alina was not afraid to ask what she needed to do to win the business today. She then introduced us to Vinny the store manager very pleasant and welcoming presence. Again Vinny asked what he had to do to win the business today. This made me happy because my wife wanted to continue shopping elsewhere. But was satisfied that Alina , Vinny and Ashley were prepared to meet and exceed all our expectations. Having always Prided myself on being a customer service ambassador throughout my career, it was great to get some good old fashioned service with a smile. Great job to all concerned!
Petel in the Ashley Homestore at Brentwood was a great guy in handling the whole transaction process from start to finish
I picked this up from warehouse with damaged box and took it home and corner is damaged. It’s also not the same color as the pictures at all. Talked to customer service, I have to drive another hour to drop it off, not what I was expecting from a great company.

I visited this location today with my partner while browsing for a dining set. There were only two employees working, and Ahmed was one of them. He approached us and asked if we needed assistance. We expressed interest in one of the tables, and he showed us some pricing and options. We then asked if another salesperson, who had helped us previously, was still working there. In response, Ahmed said, “You should have started from there instead of wasting my time,” and immediately walked away leaving us hanging. This was especially surprising, as it is his role to assist customers when no one else is available. We found this behavior very rude and unprofessional, and it left us feeling uncomfortable. Based on this experience, we do not feel inclined to return to this location. I would not recommend dealing with Ahmed, as his attitude demonstrated a lack of customer service, as well as poor work ethic and professionalism toward both customers and colleagues.
