We offer a more relaxed, personalized shopping experience than your typical big-box furniture store. Since opening in 2018, we’ve become a go-to for Canadian students, condo residents, and families in the area. Because we serve a lot of smaller-space shoppers, pieces like the Larce sectional and Modmax collections are big hits—they’re modern, stylish, comfortable, and fit into tight hallways and elevators with ease. We like to keep things simple. Our team takes the time to understand your needs, offers real-world advice, and makes sure you're never overwhelmed. On a typical weekend, we see less than half the traffic of stores like our Heritage or Deerfoot City locations. That means a quieter atmosphere and a lot less pressure while you browse. Looking for a better night’s sleep? Our ProSense Medium by Tempur-Pedic is a local favourite, and our bedding section is one of the best in the city. Our Create Recliner series is one of our best-sellers, and our brand-new outdoor patio line is perfect for the spring season. As part of The Dufresne Group, we proudly support the Hope to Dream program, which helps provide beds to children in need. With team members fluent in English, French, Hindi, Punjabi, and Swahili, we're proud to offer a welcoming and inclusive experience for every guest. Walked in 10 mins before closing after seeing a table through the window and wanting to check it out briefly. We knew it was closing soon, and only intended on taking a closer look, then heading home. Associate at the store was very rude to us as soon as we walked toward the front door, shooing us away with hand gestures. The way we were spoken to made us feel like we were doing something wrong by being interested in something we saw in the window and wanting to see it briefly.

Great experience. Deep Patel (Brentwood branch) was extremely helpful and informative in choosing the furniture for our new home. I’d highly recommend shopping there .

⭐ (1 star) I paid $100 for delivery, only to receive a mattress that arrived visibly dirty — despite being in good condition when I purchased it in-store. Getting any help has been a nightmare. There is no direct customer service line. My email went unanswered. When I called, I was told to contact the store. When I called the store — no answer. This is unacceptable. A $100 delivery fee should guarantee a product arrives in the same condition it left.

Do not shop here. The store is full of liars. We bought a sectional and when we got home we realized it would not fit. We immediately (within 4 hours) called the salesman and told him we needed to take 1 piece of the sectional out. No problem he said...well, it has been a real problem to get our money back for that one piece. First, he told us that he would cancel it right away and we would get an email with instructions on how to accept our etransfer back (since this is how we paid), he said this is how we would get our money back. WRONG! Waited 2 days and nothing. Contacted him again and he said "oops, he was busy that day and that he would do it the next morning at 9am. WRONG! Next day comes, and still nothing. Contacted the sales manager who said he needed to talk to the salesman and he would call me back within a few minutes. NOPE! Contacted the salesman again and he said he reached out to the store manager for him to look into the pricing!! WHAT? It's on the invoice sheet as to what we paid, why does this need to be looked into??? Waited 2 more days and I reached out AGAIN!! Our salesman said it was sent to accounting to price it out and that an email will be sent out to me in 3-5 days!!!! WHAT?? WHY?? Called the sales manager again 5 days after we initially cancelled the one piece and he told me IT COULD NOT BE CANCELLED!!!!!! He told me we had to have it delivered and then return it! So after 5 days of back and forth, we now find out that they did not even cancel the one piece!!!! This is the biggest hassle buying furniture we have ever run into. The amount of lying and deceitfulness is unacceptable. Please go elsewhere to shop for furniture. This store does not deserve our money!

Avoid this place! The staff gave us one delivery date, but when we called to check, they changed it to a later date. They promise fast delivery just to get your business, but they don't keep their word. To make matters worse, they later demanded more money just to deliver our items."

Extremely disappointing experience at Ashley Brentwood Calgary. I purchased a sofa and large rug after being specifically told by staff that the rug was in stock with multiple units available for immediate pickup. Based on this information, I arranged and paid for a moving company to collect both items. The experience quickly became a mess. When the movers arrived at the warehouse to collect the sofa, there was confusion and delay, resulting in approximately one hour of waiting and multiple phone calls before the sofa was finally released. The bigger issue came when I arrived at the Brentwood store to collect the rug. Despite being told the previous day that multiple rugs were available, I was informed that there was actually no inventory available at all and I would need to wait around two weeks. I even tried to be flexible and offered to take any available replacement rug, but discovered there were effectively no rugs available for pickup. The inventory/warehouse area also appeared disorganized and poorly managed. What makes this experience especially frustrating is that I arranged transportation and incurred expenses based on information provided by Ashley staff. Had accurate information been given, I would not have wasted time, money, and effort. Poor communication, inaccurate inventory information, and disappointing customer service. I cannot recommend this location based on my experience.

This place is a Scam, Ashley furniture is a scam do mot trust them, believe what people already said on the reddit. I made the purchase and I’ve been told if I change my mind within the 48 hours, I can cancel my order and get my money back immediately at the store. I reached out to them 24 hours later to cancel my order. They verbally told me your order is cancelled and the refund has been issued! I asked them multiple times for cancellation confirmation and they just assured me(!) that the order cancelled! Now it’s 5 days later, I cannot even see the refund issued as pending on my credit card. The customer service is so rude and not answering what you asked for, just useless repetitive responses! Do not trust them!
