Very bad experience with sales guy name Mr vinny. We visited the store to explore the couch options. We liked few couches but we had no measurement so we have to come back again. The moment I told Mr vinny will come back again , he gave us really bad look with no reply at all. It was so surprising and strange that the sales person literally got pissed off for no reason. It is not mandatory to buy stuff in one visit I believe. It was 8pm and he was rushing us that we have not much time left we are closing 9pm. So inappropriate . Will never go back to this store. Please improve training to this kind of sales people.thanks
Excellent customer service, knowledgeable staff who answered all our questions fully and quickly. We found the best couch suited to us within an hour or two, the staff member even tried to save us money by offering different opinions and options. (In the end she did save us money!). After informing the staff members that we just moved and currently do not have any couch at all, they arranged a delivery as fast as they could for us to be comfortable faster. Tons and tons of options for anyone looking for something that fits their needs, great warranty options available if you require them. I can’t say enough positive things about the experience we had! Will definitely shop there again.
Although the furniture was good, the new young girl was clearly not trained well for this job. We asked them to expedite the delivery since I was out of town. They now just called to say Dec 22! That’s nearly 1 month away from payment. I feel like cancelling this and going to another business. Terrible service.
Alina was the one who assisted me with my shopping, she was very good explaining the things I needed at that time, very patient with me and very understanding with the things I wanted, good communicating as well very good overall.
