On a typical weekend, we see less than half the traffic of stores like our Heritage or Deerfoot City locations. That means a quieter atmosphere and a lot less pressure while you browse. Looking for a better night’s sleep? Our ProSense Medium by Tempur-Pedic is a local favourite, and our bedding section is one of the best in the city. Our Create Recliner series is one of our best-sellers, and our brand-new outdoor patio line is perfect for the spring season. As part of The Dufresne Group, we proudly support the Hope to Dream program, which helps provide beds to children in need. Excellent first-time experience toward furnishing a new flat. The support was stellar.
$10,000+ spent, adjustable bed dead in 2 days, then 2 weeks of being ignored. I bought two beds and mattresses (over $10,000) from the Brentwood Ashley HomeStore. The adjustable bed stopped working two days after delivery. What followed was two full weeks of chasing: the salesperson went silent, the store told me to call customer service, and customer service promised a callback "within 24 hours" over and over — nobody ever called back. They gave me email addresses that don't even work anymore. I had to explain the whole story from zero three separate times. Today I drove to the store at noon for a meeting with the manager that THEY arranged. He wasn't there. At 1pm they said he had "just arrived" — then a fire alarm, then "he'll call you back," then at 2pm "he's in a meeting." Two weeks later: zero resolution, bed still broken. Save your money and your time — buy your furniture elsewhere.
Fast & easy. I knew what I was looking for, but I like that they will take away your old furniture, offer you a five-year warranty that includes cleaning in case you have any pets, and that it’s quick in delivery.
I picked this up from warehouse with damaged box and took it home and corner is damaged. It’s also not the same color as the pictures at all. Talked to customer service, I have to drive another hour to drop it off, not what I was expecting from a great company.
