On a typical weekend, we see less than half the traffic of stores like our Heritage or Deerfoot City locations. That means a quieter atmosphere and a lot less pressure while you browse. Our Create Recliner series is one of our best-sellers, and our brand-new outdoor patio line is perfect for the spring season. As part of The Dufresne Group, we proudly support the Hope to Dream program, which helps provide beds to children in need. We had a wonderful experience at Ashley! We dealt with Karan to choose a bed frame which was a very easy and pleasant experience. He was a very personable chap! We dealt with Ahmed for the mattress and power base and he was extremely knowledgeable,professional and genuinely wanted to help us. We can’t wait to get the bed and get the zero G on; thanks to all at Ashley for helping us sort a cracking deal.
Salesperson should not be listening to music on their laptop while attending to a customer. Its unprofessional. Salesperson should not be questioning the customer about the price of an item, they should just say excuse me, and then look it up.
We had a fantastic experience shopping here! Incredible selection and wonderful customer service. Vinny provided excellent customer service and helped us find the perfect pieces for our home and was very patient with us as we made decisions. Also, Deep who helped us at checkout and arranging delivery was excellent too!
We ordered a rug from this location and Deep helped us out. He was so pleasant to work with. Very attentive and has great customer service skills! We can’t wait to return!
Been to many furniture stores in Calgary and have never experienced such great service! Really personable team, our experience felt genuine, had some good chats and laughs and even made a plan to go back for a VIP event in a few weeks.
