When we entered the store we were greeted with a warm welcome and assisted right away by Dhaval Patel. He gave us different options of what we are looking for. Employees were friendly & treated you as a person.
Misleading Warranty Information – Beware! We were repeatedly told that if we didn’t use our warranty within five years, we’d receive a store credit—no other conditions mentioned. Now, when trying to claim it, we’re suddenly told we must spend an extra $1,000 and that the warranty can be used within six months after expiration (which was never disclosed). This deceptive practice is unacceptable. Ashley Furniture needs to provide honest, clear warranty details instead of misleading customers. Future buyers, be sure to get all the fine print before purchasing!
We had over 4 items of furniture delivered, the 3 gentleman were very polite, professional and didn’t waste anytime putting the furniture together. Lovely service and the furniture is gorgeous.

Ashley store in Brentwood: Sheetal is very helpful! She was welcoming and friendly, knowledgeable about the furniture, provided useful information about the warranty and return policy, and is overall a pleasure to deal with. The driver kept us up to date on delivery times and was very friendly and professional.
