Salesperson should not be listening to music on their laptop while attending to a customer. Its unprofessional. Salesperson should not be questioning the customer about the price of an item, they should just say excuse me, and then look it up.
We had a fantastic experience shopping here! Incredible selection and wonderful customer service. Vinny provided excellent customer service and helped us find the perfect pieces for our home and was very patient with us as we made decisions. Also, Deep who helped us at checkout and arranging delivery was excellent too!
We ordered a rug from this location and Deep helped us out. He was so pleasant to work with. Very attentive and has great customer service skills! We can’t wait to return!
Been to many furniture stores in Calgary and have never experienced such great service! Really personable team, our experience felt genuine, had some good chats and laughs and even made a plan to go back for a VIP event in a few weeks.

I wouldn't advise anyone to visit this store. I was yelled at by the store manager because I wanted to simply browse and was not interested in engaging in conversation. Told him multiple times that I was on a phone call and would let him know if I needed help. He then stated to say "You're just going to ignore me then?". He also stated it was store policy to talk to everyone, but I doubt it is store policy to get angry when someone is not interested in conversating. Disheartened and upset with the service at the store. Incredibly hostile environment with a horrible manager.
