On a typical weekend, we see less than half the traffic of stores like our Heritage or Deerfoot City locations. That means a quieter atmosphere and a lot less pressure while you browse. Looking for a better night’s sleep? Our ProSense Medium by Tempur-Pedic is a local favourite, and our bedding section is one of the best in the city. Our Create Recliner series is one of our best-sellers, and our brand-new outdoor patio line is perfect for the spring season. As part of The Dufresne Group, we proudly support the Hope to Dream program, which helps provide beds to children in need. Rose reached out to me regarding the issue i had with the glides. Rose offered to replace them for me even though the warranty had passed. The most kind and attentive person ive had the pleasure to speak to. My Initial experience with customer service wasn’t the greatest and I felt as if the money I had spent on a dresser I wanted to keep for a long time wasn’t worth what I paid. Having it for a year and the slides breaking, and then finding out I’d have to pay more money to fix it felt disheartening and disappointing. 0/10 experience went to a 10/10 just because of Rose and the consideration that was put in dealing with my situation. Thank you so much!
Had a great experience. Felt comfortable from the moment we walked in. Had visited 3 other competitors and found only one "maybe" at each, at Ashley we found 3 different sets we would have bought, selection is great. Vinny was a great help, very informative, flexible and friendly. Price range is wide, with something for everyone. Will be doing my future furniture shopping at Ashley.
Rare is the time that you actually can remember a shopping experience as “Refreshing!” And yet it was. Vinny was our salesperson and it felt like he was on our team, simply alongside us to help us on this adventure. I also appreciate that he didn’t ask for a review (like so many people do). His motto seemed to be “I’m not happy till you’re happy!” (Basically the opposite of Air Canada’s motto - “We’re not happy till you’re not happy!” 😂😜 thanks Vinny. My husband and I are a young couple who bought our home two years ago, and since then we’ve made several trips to Ashley Furniture—especially right after moving in. Unfortunately, our experiences have been consistently disappointing. Each time we visited, the sales team failed to acknowledge us. It became especially clear when we walked through the store with an older couple: the sales staff approached and assisted them within seconds, while we were left completely unattended, even though several associates were available and not helping other customers. Because of this repeated experience, we would not return to Ashley Furniture and cannot recommend it
