Had a positive experience here with one of the lovely sales associates . I couldn’t remember her name but she was very helpful and had a great personality

Gave a decent deal on our mattress we bought, however when we originally spoke the sales representative (darshan) promised free delivery and to throw in two king sized pillows. When we went back to go over the pricing before paying the delivery was not free and I ended up having to switch to picking it up to maintain the price we had agreed on. When I went to pick up the mattress and pillows the pillows were not the correct size. After speaking with them they said they didn’t have any king size pillows and if I wanted them I would have to pay an extra $85. Sales associate was very rude over the phone. This is the type of customer service you’ll get with them.

Very good service in the store in Brentwood Calgary! We have a 15 month old, and our sales attendant was very friendly and patient and helpful, as we browsed a number of options in the store. Our options and purchase and shipping options were all clearly explained in a professional way! Highly recommend the product as well, it is good bang for your buck, in the higher tier for quality in the city.

I had a good experience. I purchased two couches at a reasonable price. Dhval Patel was the salesperson who helped me. He was very helpful and answered all my questions. Excited to receive my new furniture.

After service care is non existent.. At the store I tried out and ordered an adjustable bed frame that was supposed to have the vibrating feature, when it arrived I discovered it was a lower model without the vibrating feature. I called customer service the same day it arrived and contacted our salesperson as well, Both said they would look into it but I never heard back. I contacted both customer service and our salesperson person at least 3 additional times each, every time I was told someone would get back to me within a few days but no one ever did, I finally just gave up and am stuck with a bed missing features. I would not recommend purchasing from this store as if there are any issues you’ll be out of luck. I’m disappointed after spending $7000+ on a bed that I didn’t get the one I wanted. Wish I’d gone with Sleep Country.
