If I could give a zero as a review I would. I came to the Langley location and Yuvi was the most unhelpful worker to ever exist. I have never left a bad review for a company but the level of disrespect and inability to help of us was unmatched. He did not have his best intentions to help us and mistreated us the entire time we were there. We wanted to look for a new headboard for a bed and he didn’t even guide us to where the bed was and left us talking to ourselves as he left to attend other costumers while I was expressing my concerns to him. He made other comments that were not empathetic with our situation. I am never going back to this store after this experience. They treated us horribly.
Gurmeet was an absolute pleasure to work with as it related to our needs and required measurements of a sofa and chair. He gave us space and time to have discussions and checked in with us as it was appropriate. Look forward to its arrival on moving day!!!
The salesmen are liars and will tell you whatever they need to make the sale. We specifically asked if a couch was prone to pilling. We were told by 3 separate sales people that they have sold tons of these couches and not once has anyone complained of pilling. The couch is now 6 months old and is completely pilled and the frame squeaks. Absolute piece of junk. Specifically the keener couch but beware of the sneaky salespeople in this place
