Long story short. Purchased a couch set form another store.When it arrived didn't fit in elevator. Store could not provide a second opinion for us. So we went to Ashley. They went up and beyond to help us out. As we had no furniture. They looked at everything they could offer us that they had in warehouse. Within the end of the week, we had the parts of the set. And the part on its way. I can't thank them enough the time and service they showed us.
Aboustly horrible service from the customer client centre and there location in Langley. We purchased 4 stool paid over 2000 plus extra for warranty, on Christmas eve went to pick the stool when we came home one of the stool is damaged, since than we are trying to contact them we even call customer client but they said there are in processing changes over to new partners and than we called again they said there phone is down belive it or no we still have the stool in the box no one came or call
MEHDI PEYGHAMBARZADE was a great salesman. He made me feel comfortable and not under pressure. The manager listened and worked with me to complete the sale. Highly recommend.

My experience : Hopefully this review will have some action : Hoping would not get to this: Defective bar stool issue: I'm writing to you about the transaction I made from your store on December 18' 2022. We paid for the four stools at your Langley store and picked them up from the Langley Warehouse. We placed a 4-item order, however when we got there, one of them was damaged, so we only received 3. The final one, which was a damaged piece, was picked up from the warehouse on the December 24th'2022. It emits a loud noise each time you move it. We visited your Langley location to have the stool replaced, but we were told to go through the client centre. After I called the client desk, they scheduled servicing for January 6th'23. When no one arrived, we contacted the desk and they informed us that there was a system problem and the technicians weren't receiving information about the services. They therefore organised a second service for on January 13th, but once again, nobody turned up. We had to wait so long to have one stool repaired, what terrible customer service. We have been waiting so patiently for you to take action that it's not my fault the system isn't working. When I called the customer support line again, they scheduled a service for January 27th, but once again, no one came up. I have never experienced poorer customer service than this. We have been waiting for a simple stool repair for a very long time. I'm pleased we held off on making a sizable purchase from your shop. I would never suggest buying furniture from this store to anyone. We contacted customer service again, you can see documentation hopefully it's as the representative stated he would, and said he has to send out hardware to repair, and I was told to fix it myself. This was almost 1 month ago still no parts. Can someone please take responsibility on your end and make this right. Hopefully I will receive a reply and have this corrected. The stool needs to be mended or replaced right away Dinesh and Premika Narayan
Ashley makes good furniture
When my husband and I moved from Port Moody to Langley, we had to give away our BELOVED sofa because it wouldn't fit in the new building's elevator or doorways. We spent a long weekend shopping at stores all over greater Vancouver and most of them offered 6 weeks to 3 months for delivery of a new couch which was far too long for us. We spotted the Langley Ashley Furniture at the very end of the day and found a fantastic sectional that would fit in our space and that matched our decor (we weren't aware Ashley did not do any customizations on fabric but thankfully their selection worked for us). They scheduled a delivery a week later (YES!!!) and the delivery team arrived early, communicated well, and had the sofa in place and unwrapped within minutes. They were absolutely incredible and made the whole thing so easy.
Love love love my new couch! The delivery driver Sardar Abdullah went over and above trying to get my couch to fit up my stairs and made miracles happen! Thanks for the amazing couch and service Ashley furniture!
